Claims (21)
- 二重壁膨張式ボトルブランクの製造方法であって、(i)液体不浸透性の可撓性ホイル材料の2枚のシートを積み重ねる工程、(ii)前記シートを打ち抜いて、各々が輪郭の形成された周縁を有する、形状の一致したブランクをそれぞれ形成する工程、(iii)1つ以上の膨張位置を除いて、前記輪郭の形成された周縁に従う接合継ぎ目に沿って2つの前記ブランクを結合させ、それによって、前記膨張位置を通じて膨張流体を中に導入できる二重壁ブランクを画成する工程、(iv)所定のパターンに配置された複数の別個の補強継ぎ目で前記2つのブランクを追加に結合させ、それによって、膨張により立てられたときにボトルの直立した周壁を提供する、前記二重壁ブランクの少なくともそのような部分に交差した膨張式補強構造のグリッド加工部を画成する工程、(v)前記二重壁ブランクを折り曲げる工程、および(vi)所定の充填/分配位置を除いた、前記二重壁ブランクの接合された周縁の部分を互いに選択的に結合させて、前記ボトルを直立させるための底壁、前記周壁および上壁により囲まれた内腔を有する二重壁膨張式ボトルブランクを画成する工程を含み、前記充填/分配位置が、前記液体を前記内腔に充填し、そこから分配するための分配オリフィスを画成するように前記上壁に位置しており、前記膨張式補強構造が、膨らまされたときに前記内腔の周りに外骨格を提供するものである方法。
- 積層され、シートの輪郭の形成された周囲に沿って結合された流体不浸透性可撓性ホイル材料の内側と外側のシートから構成された膨張式二重壁ボトルにおいて、結合された前記シートが、結合された周囲の部分が、接合継ぎ目に沿って互いにそれ自体で結合され、それによって、前記ボトルの直立した膨張状態で、(i)前記ボトルを直立させるための底壁、(ii)前記底壁から直立し、前記内側シートにより包まれた内腔を取り囲む周壁、(iii)上壁、(iv)液体を前記内腔に充填し、そこから分配するための、前記上壁にある、分配オリフィス、および(v)少なくとも前記周壁において前記内側シートと前記外側シートの間の少なくとも1つの膨張室であって、完全に膨らまされ、加圧されたときに、直立した前記ボトルに相対的な剛性を提供する膨張室、を画成するように折り曲げられており、前記外側と内側のシートが、前記周壁に存在し、所定のパターンで配置された複数の別個の補強継ぎ目でさらに結合され、それによって、膨張状態で、前記内腔の周りに補強外骨格を共に提供する、前記膨張室内の交差する膨張式補強構造のグリッド加工部を画成するものである膨張式ボトル。
- 前記交差する膨張式補強構造のグリッド加工部が前記上壁中に延在し、それによって、全体的な剛性および形状安定性を増加させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記交差する膨張式補強構造のグリッド加工部が、前記ボトルの基準面または底壁に対して平行に延在する複数の膨らまされた畝、および共通する補強継ぎ目により隔てられた2つの畝の間にそれぞれ延在し垂直に交差する複数の微小支柱であって、前記2つの畝に隣接する上部および下部補強継ぎ目によって上端と下端で範囲が定められた微小支柱からなることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 二重壁ブランクの積層されたシートが、該二重壁ブランクを、区画化線に沿って多面体に折り曲げられる所定の数の別個の二重壁板に再分割する該区画化線に沿って結合され、隣接する板の自由縁が互いに結合され、それによって、充填空洞が形成され、膨らませた結果として、実質的に平らな側面を有する多面体ボトルに直立させられる膨張式自立式ボトルブランクが形成されることを特徴とする請求項2から4いずれか1項記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 二重壁ボトルブランクが、前記ボトルの直立した向きで、ボトルの直立した角を画成する前記区画化線の両側に延在する複数の別個の補強支柱を有し、該補強支柱が、前記ボトルブランクの膨張状態において、互いに対して押し付け、前記ボトルの前記周壁を構成する隣接する板の間のそうでなければフイルム・ヒンジ状である区画化線を補強するように、前記ボトルの充填空洞中に膨らむように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2から5いずれか1項記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記ボトルの前記上壁は、3、4またはそれより多くの三角形上壁板によるピラミッドの形状であり、前記ボトル空洞に入る前記分配オリフィスは、前記多面体ボトルの個々の上壁板が収束する頂点位置に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 円筒または楕円/長円外形および断面の飲み口が、ピラミッド状上壁板の頂点の延長部に、前記上壁の一体部品として設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記飲み口が、前記2枚の積層されたブランクシートの各々が、その周縁に沿って結合され、それによって前記ボトルの膨張空洞と流体連通した飲み口膨張室を提供する一致した矩形飲み口フラップを有するという点で前記二重壁ボトルブランクの一体部品として形成されており、二重壁の周囲が結合された前記飲み口フラップが、前記ボトルの前記内腔に入る前記分配オリフィスを画成または提供する充填/分配位置を除いて、それ自体で接合されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記内腔へと/そこからの選択されたアクセスを可能にしたり閉じたりするために自閉式正常時締め切り弁が配置されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記飲み口が、前記飲み口膨張室の膨張と加圧の際に、リップバルブ構造を提供するように構成されており、前記充填オリフィスから前記ボトル空洞まで延在する、弾性的に開放可能であるがそうでなければ自閉式の分配通路が、周囲が結合され接合された前記飲み口フラップの対抗する表面間に形成されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 選択的に折り曲げられ結合されて、前記ボトルブランクの膨張中に前記分配オリフィスを展開し、それに渡り延在し、前記飲み口充填/分配オリフィスを覆う形状および延伸嵌め蓋を提供する、飲み口フラップの選択されたものの延在部にある、前記ブランクシート自体の適切に形成されたシールフラップを使用して製造され形成された、前記飲み口の一体部品として取り外しできる安全シールが提供されることを特徴とする請求項8から11いずれか1項記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 自閉式一方向または逆止め弁構造が、前記2枚のシートが互いに接合/結合されていない前記二重壁ブランクの膨張位置に設けられており、該逆止め弁が、前記膨張式二重壁ブランクを構成する前記2枚のシートと一体に形成された構成要素からなることを特徴とする請求項2から12いずれか1項記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記逆止め弁が、前記二重壁ブランクの前記内側と外側のシートの前記輪郭の形成された周囲から膨れて存在する2つの膨張タブであって、それぞれの周囲で互いに溶接されて、そうでなければ周囲が密封された内側と外側のシート内でその間に画成された膨張空洞と流体連通した膨張予備室、前記タブの内の1つに形成されている膨張オリフィス、およびベロまたはダイヤフラムフラップを画成し、前記ボトルブランクの膨張空洞の加圧により、前記膨張オリフィスに対して膨張圧力により維持されたときに、該膨張オリフィスを選択的に密封し閉じるように配置された膨張タブからなるフラップ弁であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 裂くことのできる収縮構成が、前記二重壁ブランクの積層シートの間に存在する前記膨張空洞と流体連通して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2から14いずれか1項記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記膨張タブが、該膨張タブを除去するための弱いまたは避ける地点として構成された接合された積層シートの周囲と前記予備室との間のくびれ部分を含み、それによって、通気のために前記ボトルの前記膨張空洞を大気に曝露することを特徴とする請求項15記載の膨張式ボトル。
- 前記シートの打ち抜きが、前記シートを互いに積層させる前または後のいずれかに行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記シートの打ち抜きが、平らな接合されたシートに与えるべき意図する最終的な輪郭に従う接合継ぎ目に沿って前記2枚のシートを結合させた後に行われることを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記シートの周囲に沿って結合して前記二重壁ブランクを形成し、前記複数の別個の補強継ぎ目で前記2枚のシートを追加に結合し、前記区画化線に沿って前記シートを結合して、請求項5記載のブランク内に別個のパネルを提供する各工程を、溶接により行うことを特徴とする請求項1、17または18記載の方法。
- 前記二重壁ブランクが、巻き上げられたフイルムストック材料を使用して、2つの貯蔵ロールからそれぞれのフイルムを引き出し、往復結合型およびアンボスユニットで、または連続回転式結合ローラ型および対抗する加圧ローラユニットでこれらを互いに1つにすることによって、製造されることを特徴とする請求項1、17、18または19記載の方法。
- 複数の別個の二重壁ブランクが、前記往復結合型およびアンボスユニット、または前記連続回転式結合ローラ型および対抗する加圧ローラユニットを通過するときに、切断され、結合したフイルムストックに連続的にパターン溶接され、支持ストリップが、連続して切り抜かれ、溶接された二重壁ブランクパターンの間、並びに局部的に結合したフイルムの側縁に沿って残され、それによって、別個のいくつかの接合位置で接合されたままとなっている完成した個々のボトルブランクを提供するためのその後の折り曲げと結合動作のために引き出すことのできる、コア上に巻き上げられたか、または分配カセットにZ折りされたストック材料を得ることを特徴とする請求項20記載の方法。
