- 圧縮機で用いるステータリング(80)であって、
第1のカット部(62a)が形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第1のカット部に相補的な第2のカット部(62b)が形成された第2の円周方向端部とを有する第1のセグメントを含み、互いに円周方向に結合するように構成された第1の複数のセグメント(82)と、
第3のカット部(64a)が形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第3のカット部に相補的な第4のカット部(64b)が形成された第2の円周方向端部とを有する第2のセグメントを含み、互いに円周方向に結合するように構成された第2の複数のセグメント(84)と
を備えるステータリング(80)であって、第1のカット部(62a)、第2のカット部(62b)、第3のカット部(64a)及び第4のカット部(64b)の形状が、前記ステータリング(80)の組立をMurphyプルーフ可能にするものである、ステータリング(80)。 - 第1の複数のセグメント(82)が、第3のカット部(64a)及び第4のカット部(64b)の少なくとも1つが形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第2のカット部(62b)が形成された第2の円周方向端部とを有する第1の結合セグメント(86)を更に含む、請求項1記載のステータリングアセンブリ(80)。
- 第1の複数のセグメント(82)が、第1のカット部(62a)が形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第3のカット部(64a)及び第4のカット部(64b)の少なくとも1つが形成された第2の円周方向端部とを有する第2の結合セグメント(88)を更に含む、請求項2記載のステータリングアセンブリ(80)。
- 第2の複数のセグメント(84)が、第1のカット部(62a)が形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第3のカット部(64a)及び第4のカット部(64b)の少なくとも1つが形成された第2の円周方向端部とを有する第2の結合セグメント(88)を更に含む、請求項2記載のステータリングアセンブリ(80)。
- 第2の複数のセグメント(84)の各セグメントが、第3のカット部(64a)が形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第4のカット部(64b)が形成された第2の円周方向端部とを含む、請求項1記載のステータリングアセンブリ(80)。
- 第1のカット部(62a)が第2のカット部(62b)と実質的に同等である、請求項1記載のステータリングアセンブリ(80)。
- 第3のカット部(64a)が第4のカット部(64b)と実質的に同等である、請求項1記載のステータリングアセンブリ(80)。
- 圧縮機ケーシング(59)と、
前記圧縮機ケーシングに結合された請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のステータリング(80)と
を備えるガスタービンエンジン(10)で用いる圧縮機(12)。 - ステータリング(80)の組立方法であって、
第1のカット部(62a)が形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第1のカット部に相補的な第2のカット部(62b)が形成された第2の円周方向端部とを有する第1のセグメントを含む第1の複数のセグメント(82)を用意する段階と、
第3のカット部(64a)が形成された第1の円周方向端部と、第3のカット部に相補的な第4のカット部(64b)が形成された第2の円周方向端部とを有する第2のセグメントを含む第2の複数のセグメント(84)を用意する段階と、
第1の複数のセグメント(82)を第2の複数のセグメント(84)とに円周方向に結合する段階と
を含んでいて、第1のカット部(62a)、第2のカット部(62b)、第3のカット部(64a)及び第4のカット部(64b)の形状が、前記ステータリング(80)の組立をMurphyプルーフ可能にするものである、方法。
