Description
上記ガス柱が帯状の円柱体(即ち、帯のように長く延びた円柱体)を螺旋状にしたものであり、上記ガス柱が縦向に設置するとともに横向及び縦向の換気通路を有し、そのため加工を便利にし、通気性が良く、潮気(湿気)を排除しやすく、マットレス、ソファ、マッサージ椅子、座布団等の製造に用いられる場合、人体健康への影響を解除(排除)する。
[実施例1]
Claims (5)
- スプリング主体を含んだ螺旋状のガススプリングにおいて、
前記スプリング主体が圧力ガス収容室を備えたガス柱(1)により構成され、上記ガス柱(1)が螺旋状をなし、上記ガス柱(1)には前記圧力ガス収容室と連通する少なくとも一つの通気孔(2)が設けられており、
前記ガス柱(1)の外側壁には、当該ガス柱に隣接する別のガス柱との間で相互結合を容易にするための接続平面(3)が設けられており、
前記ガス柱(1)の側壁の少なくとも一層が、高分子有機材料、又は、それと織物との複合体により作製され、ここで、高分子有機材料と織物との複合とは、高分子有機材料を織物の細孔に充填するか或は織物一側に被覆することを意味する、
ことを特徴とする螺旋状のガススプリング。 - 上記ガス柱(1)の上端及び下端にそれぞれ位置する上端開口部及び下端開口部の内径が、上記ガス柱(1)の中間に位置する螺旋状の中間部によって形作られる中間開口部の内径より小さくなっており、
前記螺旋状の中間部によって形作られる複数の中間開口部の内径は、互いに一致する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の螺旋状のガススプリング。 - 上記ガス柱(1)の上端開口部及び下端開口部には硬質リングが敷設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の螺旋状のガススプリング。
- 上記スプリング主体にはハウジングが外嵌されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の螺旋状のガススプリング。
- 上記スプリング主体の高さが4〜20cmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の螺旋状のガススプリング。
