Description
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも一時的に、少なくとも2つの工作物を保持するための固締具であって、当該固締具の一部が、前記工作物に形成された穴又はボアに実質的に整合して配置され、
当該固締具は、長手方向軸を画成するコレット体と、ハウジング体と、並進運動可能な可動中心体と、移動停止手段と、備え、
前記コレット体は、
略円形開口部を画成する第1又は遠位端と、
前記第1又は遠位端に隣接し、内面及び外面を有し、且つ、前記第1端から長手方向に延びる少なくとも2つの第2のスロットを画成し、これにより、少なくとも2つの可撓性フィンガーを画成し、前記各フィンガーが先導面及び続き面を有する略環状の突出部の一部を備える、第1壁部と、
略円形開口部を画成する第2又は近位端と、
前記第2端に隣接し、内面及び外面を有する第2壁部と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング体は、第1又は遠位端、第2又は近位端、外面及び内面を有し、ボア及びその軸を画成して、前記コレット体の少なくとも前記第2又は近位端を受け、前記ハウジング体の第2又は近位端が、該ハウジング体のボア径よりも小さい径を有する穴を画成し、
前記並進運動可能な可動中心体は、前記ハウジング体のボアに前記コレット体を軸方向へ移動させるために、前記ハウジング体の第2又は近位端の穴を通って延びると共に前記コレット体に係合され、
前記移動停止手段は、前記ハウジング体の第1又は遠位端から前記コレット体が意図せずに脱却することを防止することを特徴とする固締具。 - 前記可動中心体はネジ部を備え、前記コレット体の内面は前記可動中心体のネジ部に対して回転式に相補的なネジ部を備え、前記ハウジング体のボア内の前記コレット体の並進運動を許容するが、前記可動中心体の回転の間、前記コレット体の回転を協働して妨げるためのコレット体回転防止手段及びハウジング体回転防止手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固締具。
- 前記ハウジング体回転防止手段は、前記ハウジング体の内面から前記ハウジングの外面へと延びる、前記コレット体回転防止手段を受けるためのスロットを備え、前記コレット体回転防止手段は前記コレット体の一部から放射状に延びる突起部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固締具。
- 前記ハウジング体回転防止手段は、前記ハウジング体の軸に整合すると共に、前記ハウジング体の内面から前記ハウジングの外面へと延びる、直径方向両側に2つのスロットを備え、
前記コレット体回転防止手段は、前記コレット体の第2壁部から放射状に延びる直径方向両側の一対の突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固締具。 - 前記ハウジング体回転防止手段は、前記コレット体回転防止手段を受けるための前記ハウジング体の内面の非環状の断面部を備え、
前記コレット体回転防止手段は、そこに並進運動可能な前記コレット体の非環状の断面部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固締具。 - 前記ハウジング体回転防止手段が多角形内面を備え、前記コレット体回転防止手段が多面体の頭部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固締具。
- 前記コレット体移動停止手段は、前記コレット体回転防止手段の一部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の固締具。
- 前記ハウジング体移動停止手段は、前記ハウジング回転防止手段の一部を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の固締具。
- 前記ハウジング体移動停止手段は、前記ハウジング体のボアの減少した直径部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の固締具。
- 前記コレット体は、その第2又は近位端でネジ式挿通部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載の固締具。
- 前記可動中心体は、前記ネジ部で前記コレット体の内径よりも大きい外径を有する非ネジ部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2から10のいずれか一項に記載の固締具。
- 前記可動中心体は駆動部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2から10のいずれか一項に記載の固締具。
- 前記ハウジング体の第2又は近位端でブッシュが、前記ハウジング体のボア径よりも小さい径を有する穴を画成し、前記可動中心体の外径がブッシュの穴径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の固締具。
- 前記ハウジング体外面の一部は、複数の平面を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の固締具。
