Claims (1)
- 現場における複数個の青果物(A)のサンプルの表皮から葉緑素計(20)を用いて前記各サンプルのクロロフィル絶対量Cを計測し、クロロフィル吸収帯波長の吸光度の2次微分値(d 2 R/dλ 2 )と前記クロロフィル絶対量(C)との関係を回帰分析して関係式(Y)又はマップを取得する工程と、
投光部(C)から光を対象青果物(A)に照射し、その透過光又は反射光を受光部(4)で検出する検出工程と、
前記透過光又は前記反射光を分光分析して、前記対象青果物(A)におけるクロロフィル吸収帯波長の吸光度の2次微分値(d2R/dλ2)を求める2次微分値演算工程と、
前記2次微分値(d2R/dλ2)を前記関係式(Y)又は前記マップに当てはめて、前記対象青果物(A)のクロロフィル絶対量(C)を推定する推定工程と、
前記推定されたクロロフィル絶対量(C)の大小から前記対象青果物(A)の熟度を判定する判定工程と、
