傷害の一酸化窒素レベルをモニタするためのモニタリングユニット21と、
一酸化窒素レベルをあらかじめ定義された閾値と比較することによって制御信号を生成するための生成ユニット22と、
制御信号にしたがって傷害治療のための光の照射量を調整するための調整ユニット23と、
を有する。
メトヘモグロビン・レベルを検出し、
メトヘモグロビン・レベルと一酸化窒素レベルとの比例関係にしたがって、一酸化窒素レベルを算出する。
Claims (7)
- 傷害治療の処置を制御する装置であって、
前記傷害の一酸化窒素レベルをモニタするためのモニタリングユニットと、
前記一酸化窒素レベルをあらかじめ定義された閾値と比較することによって制御信号を生成するための生成ユニットと、
前記制御信号にしたがって前記傷害治療のための光の照射量を調整するための調整ユニットと、
を有し、
前記モニタリングユニットは、
Fe2+からFe3+への遷移による磁場を検出し、
磁場にしたがって、Fe3+のレベルを取得し、
前記Fe3+のレベルに基づいて、メトヘモグロビンのレベルを計算し、
前記メトヘモグロビン・レベルと前記一酸化窒素レベルとの比例関係にしたがって、前記一酸化窒素レベルを算出する装置。 - モニタリングユニットは、
前記傷害の近くの表層を照らし、
前記表層から反射された光のスペクトルを取得し、
前記スペクトルにしたがってメトヘモグロビン・レベルと酸化ヘモグロビン・レベルとの間の比率を分析し、
前記メトヘモグロビン・レベルと前記酸化ヘモグロビン・レベルとの間の前記比率に基づいて、メトヘモグロビン・レベルを算出する、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記モニタリングユニットは、
前記傷害の近くの表層を照らし、
前記表層から反射された光の周波数帯を取得し、
反射した前記光を電流に変換することによって、前記表層から反射した前記光の電流を検出し、
前記電流にしたがってメトヘモグロビン・レベルと酸化ヘモグロビン・レベルとの間の比率を分析し、
前記メトヘモグロビン・レベルと前記酸化ヘモグロビン・レベルとの間の前記比率に基づいて、前記メトヘモグロビン・レベルを算出する、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 一酸化窒素レベルがあらかじめ定義された閾値より高い場合、制御信号は照射量を増やすことを示し、前記一酸化窒素レベルが前記あらかじめ定義された閾値より低い場合、前記制御信号は照射量を減少させることを示す、
請求項1記載の装置。 - 傷害に対する治療の光を発する複数の光源と、前記光源からの光の照射量を制御するための装置と、を有する傷害治療デバイスであって、前記装置は、
前記傷害の一酸化窒素レベルをモニタするためのモニタリングユニットと、
前記一酸化窒素レベルをあらかじめ定義された閾値と比較することによって制御信号を生成するための生成ユニットと、
前記制御信号にしたがって前記傷害治療のための前記光の照射量を調整するための調整ユニットと、
を有し、
前記モニタリングユニットは、
Fe2+からFe3+への遷移による磁場を検出し、
磁場にしたがって、Fe3+のレベルを取得し、
前記Fe3+のレベルに基づいて、メトヘモグロビンのレベルを計算し、
前記メトヘモグロビン・レベルと前記一酸化窒素レベルとの比例関係にしたがって、前記一酸化窒素レベルを算出する傷害治療デバイス。 - モニタリングユニットは、前記傷害からの情報を収集するために、ベースに複数の光源とともに設置された複数のセンサを有し、前記情報は、磁場の情報又はスペクトルの情報を含む、請求項5記載の傷害治療デバイス。
- 前記センサは、巨大磁気抵抗センサである、請求項6記載の傷害治療デバイス。
