Description
熱分解装置は、分離器で分離した循環粒子が流下する上側降下管と、該上側降下管の下端から上り勾配に形成された傾斜管と、該傾斜管の上端から循環粒子を流下させてガス化炉に供給する下側降下管とにより粒子移動部を形成しており、前記傾斜管の上端と下端の途中に原料を供給する原料供給装置を有することを特徴とするガス化設備、に係るものである。

Claims (3)
- 循環粒子とガス化剤の存在下で原料をガス化するガス化炉と、ガス化炉でのガス化時に生成したチャーを導入して燃焼することにより循環粒子を加熱する燃焼炉と、燃焼炉からの燃焼ガスを分離器に導いて排ガスと循環粒子とに分離し循環粒子を前記ガス化炉に戻すようにしているガス化設備であって、分離器で分離した循環粒子を粒子移動部内に移動させつつ原料供給装置から原料を供給して原料を熱分解させ、熱分解ガス取出口により熱分解ガスを取り出すと共に、熱分解残渣を前記ガス化炉に供給する熱分解装置を備え、
熱分解装置は、分離器で分離した循環粒子が流下する上側降下管と、該上側降下管の下端から上り勾配に形成された傾斜管と、該傾斜管の上端から循環粒子を流下させてガス化炉に供給する下側降下管とにより粒子移動部を形成しており、前記傾斜管の上端と下端の途中に原料を供給する原料供給装置を有することを特徴とするガス化設備。 - 熱分解装置にガス導入装置を備え、導入されたガスが上昇流形成ガスとなる請求項1に記載のガス化設備。
- 上昇流形成ガスがガス化剤である請求項1又は2に記載のガス化設備。
