Claims (1)
- 海や湖沼を含む水領域上に設置され、風力によって発電する風力発電装置と、
前記水領域を上池とし、該水領域の水底地下内に形成された貯水槽を下池として、前記風力発電装置で発電された電力によって前記下池の水を前記上池に揚水し、前記上池の水を前記下池に放水することで発電する揚水発電装置と、を備え、
前記風力発電装置で発電される電力のうち前記揚水に費やされる電力を除く電力と、前記揚水発電装置で発電される電力との組み合わせを、送電電力として外部に送電する水上発電システムであり、
前記送電電力が所定時間一定となるように、前記揚水発電装置による発電および前記揚水を制御する制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、1日の各時刻において前記風力発電装置で発電される電力の推移を示す発電パターンに基づいて、前記一定とする送電電力を設定し、前記発電パターンに基づいて一定の電力で安定して揚水が行えるように1日の各時刻における揚水用電力を設定して、該揚水用電力を前記風力発電装置で発電される電力から減算した電力を各時刻における送電用電力とし、該送電用電力と前記揚水発電装置による揚水発電電力との和が、前記送電電力になるように各時刻における前記揚水発電電力を設定する、
ことを特徴とする水上発電システム。
