Claims (6)
- 人の生理学的状態を決定するシステムにおいて、
前記人の複数の心拍をサンプリングする少なくとも1つのセンサと、
制御ユニットであって、
前記心拍サンプルから一連の心臓RR間隔を抽出し、
続いて起こるRR間隔のポアンカレプロットを提供し、ここで2つの続いて起こるRR間隔が前記ポアンカレプロットにおけるエントリを形成する、
ように構成された前記制御ユニットと、
を有し、前記制御ユニットが、
前記ポアンカレプロット内の複数のエントリに対して重心を決定し、
前記ポアンカレプロット内の前記複数のエントリにわたり楕円又は円をフィットさせ、前記楕円又は円の中心が前記重心と一致し、
前記楕円又は円と前記ポアンカレプロット内の前記複数のエントリのそれぞれとの間の各距離を決定し、
前記決定された全ての距離が所定の第1の閾値内に収まるか否かを決定することにより前記人がコヒーレンスであるか否かを決定する、
ように構成される、システム。 - 前記制御ユニットが、前記ポアンカレプロットに含まれる前記複数のエントリの分散を決定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記エントリのポアンカレプロットを円と一致するように変換する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記人の生理学的状態が、前記人のコヒーレンスの尺度を示す、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記複数のエントリにわたり楕円をフィットさせる、請求項1、2、又は、4に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記複数のエントリの分散が最小化されるように前記人をガイドするように聴覚刺激、視覚刺激、触覚刺激の少なくとも1つを出力するアクチュエータのための制御信号を出力する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
