Claims (3)
- 一方に被加熱気体の入口と燃焼ガスの排出口を備え、他方に被加熱気体の出口と燃焼ガスの供給源を備えたハウジングと;前記ハウジング内に水平方向に並べて配置された、互いに平行な複数本の管とを有し;前記複数本の管は、交互に高さが変わる千鳥状に配置され、それぞれの管の一方端が前記燃焼ガスの供給源に接続されるとともに、他方端が前記燃焼ガスの排出口に接続され、前記一方端と前記他方端の途中に方向を反転する折り返し部を少なくとも3箇所有しており、千鳥状に隣接する管と管との間隙をW、前記折り返し部を挟んで上側と下側との間で最も近い管と管との間隙をVとしたとき、V/Wが5.0〜20.0であり、かつ、前記複数本の管のそれぞれの長さをL、内径をDとしたとき、L/D≧200である間接型熱風発生機。
- 前記燃焼ガスの供給源が、ハウジング内に設けられた燃焼室と、燃焼室内に先端部が開口したバーナである請求項1記載の間接型熱風発生機。
- 一方が前記燃焼室のバーナ側の根元近傍に開口し、他方が前記複数本の管の前記一方端と接続されている入口側接続部によって、前記複数本の管の一方端が前記燃焼ガスの供給源と接続され;一方がハウジング外部に開口し、他方が前記複数本の管の前記他方端と接続されている出口側接続部によって、前記複数本の管の他方端が前記燃焼ガスの排出口と接続されている請求項2記載の間接型熱風発生機。
