Description

The present invention relates to a buckle structure for a vehicle seat.

As this type of buckle structure, the buckle structure of a vehicle seat disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. This buckle structure includes a seat belt capable of restraining an occupant, a tongue member provided at an end of the seat belt, and a buckle member capable of locking the tongue member.
The vehicle seat includes a reclining device that connects the seat cushion and the seat back, and a cover member that covers the reclining device from the side of the seat.

Therefore, in the known technique, a plate member (flat plate shape) is attached to the above-described cover member, and the side portion of the seat cushion is covered with this plate member. A storage portion (stepped gap) is formed between the plate member and the side portion of the seat cushion. By arranging the buckle member in the storage portion in a compact manner, it is possible to prevent or reduce the buckle member from falling off the seat cushion.

However, in the above-described known technique, there is a case where the buckle member disposed in the storage portion is not apparent at first glance. For this reason, the operation of locking the tongue member and the buckle member may be troublesome, and the configuration is somewhat lacking in convenience.
Of course, the buckle member may be protruded on the seat. However, the protruding buckle member may be a hindrance when seated, and the seating property of the seat is likely to deteriorate.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to dispose the buckle member more conspicuously while maintaining the seating property of the seat as much as possible.

As means for solving the above problems, a buckle structure for a vehicle seat according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a seat belt capable of restraining an occupant, a tongue member provided on the seat belt, and a buckle member capable of locking the tongue member. Have
In the present invention, after the seat belt is wound around the occupant, the buckle member and the tongue member are locked. At this time, it is desirable that the buckle member is made conspicuous so that the tongue member can be smoothly locked.

Therefore, in the present invention, a storage portion capable of storing the buckle member is provided at the rear portion of the seat cushion of the vehicle seat , and the above-described buckle member is stored in the storage portion via the link member (arranged so as to fit). Then, by rotating the link member electrically, the buckle member is inclined forward to the front side of the seat and protrudes from the storage portion (disposed more conspicuously).

Further, the vehicle seat buckle structure of the first invention is such that one end of the link member described above is directly attached to the lower portion of the buckle member so as to be rotatable, and the other end of the link member can be rotated closer to the seat front side of the inner surface of the storage portion. It is arranged at the center position seen in the height direction of the storage part.
Thus, by allowing the half rotation on the rear side of the seat with the other end of the link member as the center of rotation to be allowed to rotate without causing the link member to protrude to the front side of the seat , the buckle member is stored in the restraining position within the storage portion. It is set as the structure displaced between the mounting positions which protrude from a part. That is, the buckle structure of the present invention includes a restrained state in which one end of the link member is disposed below the other end and the buckle member is housed in the housing portion, and one end of the link member is disposed above the other end. The member can be displaced between the mounting state in which the member protrudes from the storage portion.
According to the present invention, by setting the rotation angle of the link member to be large, even if the link member is relatively compact, the buckle member can be largely displaced between the restraining position and the mounting position.

In the first invention according to the present invention, the buckle member can be arranged more conspicuously while maintaining the seating property of the seat as much as possible. According to the first invention, the buckle structure can be made more compact.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In each of the drawings, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat.
A vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 includes a seat cushion 4, a seat back 6, and a headrest 8. These configurations include a pad member P forming a sheet outer shape and a skin material S covering the pad member P (see FIG. 3).
The seat cushion 4 is provided with a seat belt 9 (band-like) that can restrain an occupant and a buckle member 30 (described later). A tongue member 10 (described later) is attached to the seat belt 9. One end of the seat belt 9 is fixed to the other side of the seat cushion 4, and the other end of the seat belt 9 is fixed to the seat back 6 side.

After the seat belt 9 is wound around an occupant (not shown) on the seat cushion 4, the tongue member 10 is locked to the buckle member 30. In this type of configuration, it is desirable that the buckle member 30 is made conspicuous so that it can be smoothly engaged with the tongue member 10.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the buckle member 30 is made conspicuous while maintaining seating property of the seat by a buckle structure described later.

[Buckle structure]
The buckle structure of the present embodiment includes a storage portion 4R, a tongue member 10, a link member 20, and a buckle member 30 (see FIGS. 1 to 3). The tongue member 10 is a flat plate member having a convex shape (when viewed from the front), and has a pressing portion 12 on the tip side. A substantially rectangular locking hole 14 is provided at the center of the tongue member 10.
Further, the buckle member 30 is disposed in the storage portion 4 </ b> R via the link member 20. The buckle member 30 of the present embodiment has a mounting position that protrudes from the storage portion 4R in FIG. 2A and a restraint position in the storage portion 4R in FIG. Can be displaced. Each configuration will be described below.

(Storage section)
The storage portion 4R is a recess having dimensions (opening dimensions and depth dimensions) that can store a buckle member 30 described later. Moreover, it is preferable that the accommodating part 4R has a dimension that allows at least half rotation of the link member 20 (link arm 22) (see FIG. 3).
In this embodiment, the pad member P on one side of the seat cushion 4 (below the occupant's waist) is provided with a substantially rectangular storage portion 4R (concave portion), and then the inner surface of the storage portion 4R is covered with the skin material S. And the buckle member 30 is attached in the accommodating part 4R via the link member 20 mentioned later.

(Link member)
The link member 20 is a member that displaces the buckle member 30, and includes a pair of link arms 22 (described later), a rotating member 24 that electrically rotates the link arm 22, a power supply member 26, and a sensor unit (illustrated). (See FIG. 3 and FIG. 4).
The power supply member 26 is a member that supplies electric power to the rotating member 24, and is, for example, an in-vehicle power supply provided in the vehicle seat 2 or the passenger compartment.
The rotating member 24 is disposed at the center position on the inner surface of the storage portion 4R, and is electrically connected to the power supply member 26. By connecting the link arm 22 to the rotating member 24, the link arm 22 can be rotated electrically.

Each of the pair of link arms 22 is a substantially rectangular (side view) flat plate member (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The pair of link arms 22 have, for example, a length that can be accommodated in the storage portion 4R, and the length is set to be relatively short (short).
The link arm 22 has a narrow (narrow) width dimension from one end side to the other end side. One end of the link arm 22 has a first protrusion 22f (small-diameter cylindrical protrusion), and the other end (rotation center) of the link arm 22 is a second protrusion 22s (large-diameter cylindrical protrusion). Projecting part).
In this embodiment, the first protrusion 22f is rotatably attached to the lower part (center) of the buckle member 30. Further, the second protruding portion 22s is connected to the rotating member 24 (the center position of the storage portion 4R). At this time, the first protruding portion 22f is disposed at a position behind the seat with respect to the second protruding portion 22s. By doing so, the link arm 22 can be rotated behind the seat around the second protrusion 22s (rotation angle θ).

Then, the buckle member 30 is displaced between the restraining position and the mounting position by the rotation of the link arm 22 on the rear side of the seat (see FIG. 3).
In the present embodiment, the first protruding portion 22f is disposed below the second protruding portion 22s (rotation center), and the buckle member 30 is stored in the storage portion 4R (restrained state). The first protrusion 22f is disposed above the second protrusion 22s by the rotation of the link arm 22 on the rear side of the seat. Then, the buckle member 30 projects forward from the seat 4R while being tilted forward (attached state) by the rotation operation and the own weight of the link arm 22. At this time, the protrusion amount of the buckle member 30 can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation angle θ of the link arm 22.
Further, in the present embodiment, the second protrusion 22s (rotation center) is provided at the center position (rotation member 24) of the storage portion 4R, thereby allowing a substantially half rotation of the link arm 22 on the rear side of the seat (rotation angle). θ is set large). Thus, by setting the rotation angle θ of the link arm 22 to be relatively large, the buckle member 30 can be largely displaced between the restraining position and the mounting position by the link arm 22 (relatively short).

(Buckle member)
The buckle member 30 includes a case 40 and a buckle body (a plate member 50, a release member 60, and a lock member 70) housed in the case 40 (see FIGS. 4 and 5).
The case 40 of the present embodiment is a substantially rectangular (front view) box, and includes a first wall 40f and a second wall 40s. An upper opening 42 into which the tongue member 10 can be inserted is provided at the upper end of the case 40, and a lower opening 44 into which the internal configuration can be inserted is provided at the lower end of the case 40.

(Internal structure)
The plate member 50 is a substantially horizontal U-shaped (side view) plate member, and has a first side portion 50f and a second side portion 50s (both are flat) (see FIGS. 4 and 5). The plate member 50 is attached to the inner surface of the first wall 40f with its lower portion (release end) facing the lower opening 44.
An insertion portion 52 (insertion portion) into which the tongue member 10 can be inserted is provided at the upper end (connection end) of the plate member 50. The side of the plate member 50 is open, and a release member 60 described later is engaged so as to be movable up and down (sliding).
Further, an engagement hole 54 into which the lock member 70 can be inserted is provided on the upper side of the first side portion 50f and the second side portion 50s. A long hole 56 extending vertically is provided on the lower side of the first side portion 50f.

An injector 58 and a spring member 59 are disposed in the plate member 50 (between the first side portion 50f and the second side portion 50s). The injector 58 is a substantially inverted U-shaped (front view) member, and has a pair of extending arms 58a extending downward. The spring member 59 has a cylindrical coil shape and is supported by a support portion (not shown) of the plate member 50.
In the present embodiment, the injector 58 is disposed above the long hole 56 and urged upward by the spring member 59. The injector 58 is moved toward the long hole 56 against the spring member 59 by the insertion force (pressing) of the tongue member 10.

The release member 60 is a substantially rectangular (front view) box, and includes a pair of outer plates 60o and a pair of inner plates 60i (see FIGS. 4 and 5). The pair of outer plates 60o (flat plate shape) are members that form both sides of the release member 60, and have claw portions 61 that bend inward.
In addition, the pair of inner plates 60i are flat members that are arranged to face each other inside the outer plate 60o.

Each of the pair of inner plates 60 i includes a stopper portion 62, an insertion hole 64, a release portion 66, and a leg portion 68. The insertion hole 64 is a hole through which a lock member 70 described later can be inserted. The stopper portion 62 is a protruding portion provided on the inner surface of the inner plate 60 i and is a portion that prevents movement of the lock member 70 in the insertion direction.
The release portion 66 is a slope-like projecting portion provided on the inner surface of the inner plate 60i, and has a substantially semicircular shape with the stopper portion 62 as a bottom side.
The leg portion 68 is a cylindrical portion that protrudes toward the first wall 40f, and is a portion that is inserted into the long hole 56 described above. In this embodiment, the claw portion 61 of the outer plate 60 o is engaged with the side portion of the plate member 50 while the leg portion 68 of the inner plate 60 i is inserted into the upper end of the long hole 56. By doing so, the release member 60 can be slidably attached to the plate member 50.

The lock member 70 is a substantially rectangular box (front view), and includes a latch member 72, a holding hole 74 that holds the latch member 72, and a leaf spring member 76 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). The latch member 72 is a substantially U-shaped member, and has a pair of arm portions 72a projecting on both sides.
In this embodiment, the latch member 72 is held in the holding hole 74 so that the latch member 72 can slide toward the inner plate 60i. Then, the lock member 70 is attached to the inner surface of the second wall 40 s so that the latch member 72 faces the stopper portion 62. At this time, the latch member 72 is brought into contact with the stopper portion 62 by the urging force of the leaf spring member 76.
Then, the latch member 72 is released from the contact with the stopper portion 62 by the downward sliding movement of the release member 60 (by completely inserting the tongue member 10), and thereafter, the latch member 72 is engaged with the engagement hole by the urging force of the leaf spring member 76. 54 is invaded.

[Locking operation]
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, after detecting the seating operation of the occupant by the sensor unit, the link member 20 is operated to displace the buckle member 30 to the mounting position. Then, after the seat belt 9 is wound around an occupant (not shown) on the seat cushion 4, the tongue member 10 is inserted into the buckle member 30. At this time, the tongue member 10 can be smoothly inserted into the buckle member 30 (inclined forward toward the front side of the seat).

Then, by inserting the tongue member 10 completely into the buckle member 30, the injector 58 in the plate member 50 moves toward the long hole 56 side while elastically contracting the spring member 59 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). Then, when the extended arm 58a of the injector 58 presses the leg portion 68, the release member 60 is slid downward. The sliding movement of the release member 60 releases the contact between the latch member 72 and the stopper portion 62, and then the latch member 72 is inserted through the insertion hole 64 and inserted into the locking hole 14 of the tongue member 10. Thereby, the tongue member 10 is engaged with the buckle member 30.
2 and 3, after the locking of the tongue member 10 and the buckle member 30 is detected by the sensor unit, the link member 20 is actuated to displace the buckle member 30 to the restraining position. At this time, the buckle member 30 fits in the storage portion 4R and is stored well, so that the surface of the seat cushion 4 is substantially flush (the appearance and seatability of the seat is improved).

[Release action]
The tongue member 10 can be removed from the buckle member 30 by pressing the release member 60 downward (see FIG. 5).
At this time, due to the downward sliding movement of the release member 60, the arm portion 72 a of the latch member 72 moves along the release portion 66 (slope shape) and comes out of the locking hole 14. Thereby, the engagement of the tongue member 10 and the buckle member 30 is released. Then, the tongue member 10 is discharged (disengaged) from the buckle member 30 by the injector 58.
Note that the buckle member 30 after the engagement / disengagement operation may be held at the restraining position or may be displaced to the mounting position. For example, after the engagement / disengagement operation is detected by the sensor unit, the link member 20 is activated to displace the buckle member 30 to the mounting position.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the buckle member 30 at the mounting position is protruded from the seat cushion 4 (housing portion 4R), so that the arrangement position of the buckle member 30 can be easily recognized. In addition, since the buckle member 30 at the mounting position is tilted forward, the locking operation with the tongue member 10 can be performed smoothly.
In the present embodiment, the buckle member 30 is automatically housed compactly in the housing portion 4R when the occupant is seated. For this reason, it is possible to prevent or reduce the buckle member 30 from interfering with the seating, and to properly maintain the seating property of the seat. Furthermore, the passenger | crew restraint force of the seatbelt 9 can be maintained suitably by latching the buckle member 30 and the tongue member 10 in the accommodating part 4R (under a passenger | crew's waist | hip | lumbar part).
In this embodiment, the rotation angle θ of the link member 20 (link arm 22) is set to be relatively large. Thereby, even if it is a comparatively compact link arm 22 (link arm 22 which fits in a storage part), the buckle member 30 can be greatly displaced between a restraint position and a mounting position. In the present embodiment, the buckle member can be displaced by the rotational operation (simple configuration) of the pair of link arms 22.

The buckle structure of the vehicle seat 2 of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can take other various embodiments.
(1) In this embodiment, the buckle member 30 is simply configured to be supported by the link member 20. Unlike this, the buckle member 30 and the bottom of the storage portion 4R may be connected by webbing (string-like or cord-like member). In this configuration, even if the seat belt 9 is pulled due to an occupant's operation or the like, the buckle member 30 can be prevented or removed from the storage portion 4R by webbing. Further, since the buckle member 30 is supported by webbing, the link member 20 can be further reduced in weight.

(2) Moreover, in this embodiment, the example which restrains a passenger | crew directly with a seatbelt was demonstrated. For example, the seat belt can restrain a child seat (indirectly restrain an occupant on the child seat). In this case, the child seat can be restrained and fixed more reliably by the storing operation of the buckle member (traction of the link member).

(3) In the present embodiment, a plurality of link members 20 are used. However, a single link member 20 may be used. The shape and dimensions of the link member 20 can be changed as appropriate.
(4) Moreover, in this embodiment, the buckle member 30 was accommodated in the accommodating part 4R so that the surface of the seat cushion 4 might become substantially flush. The buckle member 30 at the restraining position may protrude from the storage portion 4R or may be immersed in the storage portion 4R to such an extent that the seat seating property and occupant restraint property are not adversely affected.
(5) Moreover, in this embodiment, the example which operates the buckle member 30 automatically using a sensor part was demonstrated. The buckle member 30 can also be operated by manually operating a power source.

(6) Moreover, although one shape of each member was illustrated in this embodiment, it is not the meaning which limits the shape of these members. Similarly, the shape of the storage portion 4 </ b> R can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the buckle member 30. Further, a single buckle member, a link member, a tongue member, and a storage portion may be provided on the vehicle seat, or a plurality thereof may be provided.
In addition, the disposition position of the link member (link arm) in the storage portion can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the buckle member and the protruding amount.

(7) In the present embodiment, an example in which the seat cushion 4 is provided with the storage portion 4R has been described. The storage portion can be formed at any position on the rear portion of the seat cushion 4 depending on the arrangement of the seat belt 9. The storage portion can also be formed between the seat cushion and the seat back.
Further, the end portion of the seat belt 9 can be fixed to any of the seat cushion 4, the seat back 6, and the headrest 8, and can also be fixed to various vehicle configurations such as a door portion. A tongue member can also be attached to one end of the seat belt 9.
