Claims (1)
- 心房細動監視システムであって、
ECG信号に基づき、P波テンプレート情報とRR間隔情報とを提供するビート分類器と、
前記ECG信号におけるノイズアーチファクトの評価を計算するノイズ推定器と、
前記ビート分類器からのP波テンプレート情報と前記ノイズアーチファクトの評価とに基づき、P波特徴を抽出するP波特徴抽出器と、
前記ビート分類器からのRR間隔情報と前記ノイズアーチファクトの評価とに基づき、RR間隔特徴を抽出するRR間隔特徴抽出器と、
前記P波特徴と前記RR間隔特徴とに基づき、心臓リズムをAF又は非AFとして分類するAF分類器と、
前記AF分類器に応答して、AF分類を報告するディスプレイと、
AFリズム検出の感度/特異性バランスを調整するためのユーザ入力であって、選択された患者集団タイプに関するAFリズム検出パラメータを自動的に設定することを可能にする、ユーザ入力とを有する、心房細動監視システム。
