Description
本発明において好ましくは、板ばねは、移行部分を介して互いに結合されている第1のばね脚部と第2のばね脚部とを有している。
好ましくは、第1のばね脚部及び第2のばね脚部は夫々、無負荷状態において、ほぼ平坦である。
好ましくは、第1のばね脚部及び第2のばね脚部は、互いに相対的に所定の角度を成して配置されている。
好ましくは、第1のばね脚部はばね懸架部分を形成する。
好ましくは、たわみ継手部分は第2のばね脚部を含む。
好ましくは、第2のばね脚部は第1のばね脚部よりも短い。
好ましくは、第2のばね脚部は、第1のばね脚部に対してほぼ垂直に方向付けられている。
好ましくは、板ばねは、移行部分の領域、及び場合によっては第1のばね脚部の領域に括れ部を有する。
好ましくは、板ばねは1つの部材から製造されている。
好ましくは、板ばねはプレス加工法により、熱硬化性又は熱可塑性のマトリックスを備えた一方向プリプレグから製造されている。
Claims (4)
- 場合によって発生する横方向案内荷重を吸収し、かつ板ばね取付け装置に伝達することができ、板ばねは、第1の端部(2)を備えた第1のばね脚部(5)と、第2の端部(3)を備えた第2のばね脚部(11)と、前記両ばね脚部(5,11)を互いに結合する移行部分(7)とを有する、繊維強化されたプラスチック材料から成る自動車用板ばねであって、
前記板ばね(1)の第1の端部(2)及び第2の端部(3)は、モーメントに対して耐性を有するように及び移動に対して耐性を有するように、夫々に対応配置されている板ばね取付け装置(4)に固定されており、
前記第1のばね脚部(5)は、自動車のハブ(10)に作用結合しているばね懸架部分(8)を形成し、前記ハブ(10)は、前記第1の端部(2)と前記第2の端部(3)との間で前記第1のばね脚部(5)に作用し、前記ばね懸架部分(8)は、前記ハブ(10)により負荷がかかった場合に変形し、
前記第2のばね脚部(11)はたわみ継手部分(11)を形成し、該たわみ継手部分(11)はその変形により、前記たわみ継手部分(11)寄りの、前記ばね懸架部分(8)の端部の移動を、負荷に起因して前記ばね懸架部分(8)が変形した場合に補償することができることを特徴とする、繊維強化されたプラスチック材料から成る自動車用板ばね。 - 前記第2のばね脚部(6)は前記第1のばね脚部(5)よりも短いことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の板ばね。
- 負荷に起因する前記ばね懸架部分(8)の変形時に前記板ばね(1)には、前記板ばね(1)の長手方向における引張負荷と、前記板ばね(1)の長手方向に対して横方向の曲げ負荷が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の板ばね。
- 前記板ばね(1)の第1の端部(2)及び第2の端部(3)は、舌片状の、ばねの目がない端部領域として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の板ばね。
