Claims (3)
- 建造物を構成する構造材の震動を摩擦材の摩擦力で制止する摩擦ダンパー用ライニングであって、
前記摩擦材を補強する繊維材と、該摩擦材の摩擦力を調整する摩擦調整材と、該繊維材と該摩擦調整材とを結合する結合材とを含む摩擦材と、
前記摩擦材が一体的に固着されるバックプレートと、を備え、
前記結合材は、熱硬化性樹脂を含み、
前記繊維材は、前記摩擦材に対し15体積%以上45体積%以下であり、
前記摩擦調整材は、一又は複数種の固体潤滑材を前記摩擦材に対し5体積%以上25体積%以下含み、モース硬度7.5以下の硬質粒子を該摩擦材に対し2体積%以上15体積%以下含み、さらに該固体潤滑材と該硬質粒子の体積%比が0.5以上4.0以下であり、
前記摩擦材は、前記バックプレートに対する厚みの比が0.3以上4.0以下であり、
前記バックプレートは、ビッカ−ス硬度110以上の鉄鋼材で構成され、前記摩擦材が固着される面の反対側の前記摩擦ダンパー用ライニングが埋設される前記構造材と当接する面に、潤滑材が固着されるか或いは潤滑層が形成される、
摩擦ダンパー用ライニング。 - 前記固体潤滑材は、平均粒径が1μm以上100μm未満の粒子状のグラファイトを含む、
