Claims (3)
- 無線通信システムにおける移動局の緊急ベアラサービスを管理する方法であって:
前記移動局が、複数の通常のサービスを提供する通常のセルで待ち受ける段階と、
ネットワークノードがNAS(non-access stratum)レベル輻輳制御を適用している場合に、バックオフタイマを含む、通常のアタッチ手順を拒否するために用いられるアタッチ拒否メッセージを受信する段階と、
IMS緊急呼である、パケット交換の緊急ベアラサービスが前記バックオフタイマの実行中に開始された場合に、パケット交換緊急アタッチ手順を開始する段階と、
前記ネットワークノードが、緊急アタッチ種別を含むアタッチ要求メッセージを受信し、かつ、前記バックオフタイマが実行中である場合に、前記緊急ベアラサービスの前記パケット交換緊急アタッチ手順を優先させる段階であって、アタッチ受容メッセージを用いて応答する、段階と、
を有し、
前記パケット交換緊急アタッチ手順を開始する段階は、緊急アタッチ種別を含む前記アタッチ要求メッセージを前記ネットワークノードへ送信する段階を含む、
方法。 - 前記NASレベル輻輳制御は、前記ネットワークノードにおける一般的なNASレベルの輻輳又は前記ネットワークノードにおけるアクセスポイント名の輻輳に起因して適用される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記バックオフタイマは、GMM(GPRS Mobility Management)バックオフタイマである、
