Claims (4)
- 溶離液を用いて、 99m Tcを生成するジェネレータから99mTcを溶離させ、得られた99mTc溶離液に3M以上の、KOHまたはNaOHを使用してアルカリ濃度を調整した後、ケトン系有機溶剤を混合し、99mTc溶離液中の99mTcをケトン系有機溶剤で選択的に抽出し、その後加熱によりケトン系有機溶剤を除去し、99mTcの溶液を得ることを特徴とする99mTc濃縮方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記ジェネレータが、 99 Moが吸着された高分子ジルコニウム化合物であって、前記ケトン系有機溶媒が、メチルエチルケトンであることを特徴とする 99m Tc濃縮方法。
- 中性の 99m Tc溶解液に、アルカリ調整液を混合して、 99m Tc溶解液をアルカリ溶液に調整する、 99m Tc溶解液調整塔と、アルカリ調整された 99m Tcにケトン系有機溶剤を供給し、攪拌することにより、 99m Tc含有ケトン系有機溶剤とそれ以外の廃液に分離させる 99m Tc抽出塔と、分離された 99m Tc含有ケトン系有機溶剤に生理食塩水を加え、加熱によってケトン系有機溶剤を除去させる 99m Tc濃縮塔と、濃縮された 99m Tc含有食塩水を回収する 99m Tc回収塔を備えた 99m Tc濃縮装置において、
さらに、前記 99m Tc濃縮塔で除去されるケトン系有機溶剤を回収貯蔵する有機溶剤回収塔と、回収されたケトン系有機溶剤を前記 99m Tc抽出塔に供給する有機溶剤循環ラインを設けたことを特徴とする 99m Tc濃縮装置。 - 請求項3に記載の装置において、前記ケトン系有機溶媒がメチルエチルケトンであることを特徴とする 99m Tc濃縮装置。
