When the hair is chemically treated (such as bleaching treatment), the hair surface may be damaged, and the hair may lose its smoothness and gloss.
Therefore, a hair rinse containing a specific modified silicone has been proposed in order to repair damaged hair and impart smoothness and gloss to the hair (Patent Document 1).

However, when the hair is treated with such a conventional hair rinse, the hair is smooth but rough and has a thick adsorption feeling, and the gloss is not sufficient. Furthermore, there is a problem that the effect of applying hair rinse does not last much.

The action and mechanism of the present invention can be considered as follows.
That is, hair damaged by chemical treatment such as bleaching has the cuticles on the hair surface curled up (FIG. 2). It is generally considered that this is the cause of the damaged hair losing its smoothness and gloss.

Therefore, conventionally, a method for repairing damaged hair has been adopted in which a cuticle is adhered to the hair surface by forming (coating) a coating film on the hair surface using a hair rinse, and as a result, the cuticle is prevented from rising.

However, the coating film formed by the conventional hair rinse does not have sufficient film strength. Therefore, it was not possible to sufficiently prevent the cuticle from rolling up (FIG. 3).

On the other hand, the coating film formed by the hair rinse of the present application has a strong application of an agent A coating layer (especially an amine group) and an agent B coating layer (especially a carboxyl group) by an acid / base neutralization reaction. As a result of bonding, a tough film with extremely high film strength is obtained. As a result, curling up of the cuticle is completely prevented (FIG. 1), and the peeling resistance of the coating film is improved, so that the effect of applying the hair rinse is also maintained.
