Claims (2)
- 流入される電流を測定する測定部と、
前記測定部が測定した電流から故障電流が流入したことを決定し、スイッチ部に開放信号を伝送し、電力用半導体に遮断信号を伝送する検出部と、
前記遮断信号によってオフ状態に切り替える電力用半導体と、
前記電力用半導体に並列連結されて、故障電流を遮断する抵抗部と、
前記抵抗部と並列連結され、故障電流の発生時に流入される故障電流を一次的に遮断する第1パワーヒューズと、
前記抵抗部と直列連結され、前記抵抗部との直列連結が、前記第1パワーヒューズと並列連結され、前記抵抗部を通過する故障電流を二次的に遮断する第2パワーヒューズと、
前記電力用半導体と直列連結され、前記電力用半導体との直列連結が、前記第1パワーヒューズと並列連結され、前記開放信号により接点を開放する前記スイッチ部とを含み、
前記検出部は、前記開放信号を前記遮断信号より先に伝送して前記スイッチ部の開放により発生するアーク電流を前記電力用半導体が遮断し、
前記電力用半導体は、絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタ(IGBT)、ゲートターンオフサイリスタ(GTO)、または集積ゲート整流サイリスタ(IGCT)のうちいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、限流器。 - 前記測定部は、変流器及びロゴスキーコイルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の限流器。
