Description
The present invention relates to a compound that is a precursor of a (meth) acrylamide compound.
The (meth) acrylamide compound, which is one of the polymerizable compounds, is highly reactive and is used as a raw material for various synthetic resins and as a crosslinking agent for industrial applications such as coating materials, paints, printing inks, adhesives, and resist materials. Widely used. For example,
In general, a (meth) acrylamide compound is produced by reacting a (meth) acrylic acid ester with an amine compound. In this method, an alkylamine is further added to the (meth) acrylic group of the obtained amidated compound. The compound reacts or is further amidated, and the yield decreases.
On the other hand, for example, a method in which an alkyl alkyl compound and an alkylamine compound are reacted to convert them to aminoamide (amide adduct) and then thermally decomposed or a method of adjusting the reaction concentration of monoalkylamine is known. (For example, refer to
However, when there are a plurality of (meth) acrylamide groups in one molecule, it is necessary to further improve the problem of suppression of by-products.
Therefore, it is desired to develop precursors (synthetic intermediates) for producing various synthetic resin raw materials and cross-linking agents, in particular, compounds having a plurality of (meth) acrylamide groups useful for ink compositions. It was.

The present inventors have conducted intensive studies in view of the above problems. As a result, a compound that can be a synthesis precursor of a (meth) acrylamide compound was found, and further, it was found that the synthesis reaction of the (meth) acrylamide compound via the precursor can achieve a higher yield than the conventional method. The present invention has been completed based on this finding.

2. Evaluation of Curability of Acrylamide Compounds (A1) and (A2) The thermosetting properties of the obtained acrylamide compounds (A1) and (A2) were evaluated by the following procedure.
[Evaluation of curability]
After preparing the sample solution which consists of an acrylamide compound (A1) or (A2), a radical polymerization initiator, and an organic solvent and apply | coating on a copper plate, this was heated and evaluation of the progress of radical polymerization and the tactile sense before and after a heating was evaluated. . The progress of radical polymerization was confirmed by a decrease in the 806 cm −1 peak derived from the acrylic group by heating using FT-IR (Varian 3100 FT-IR (trade name), manufactured by Varian). Details are shown below.
An evaluation sample liquid 1A was prepared by dissolving 250 mg of an acrylamide compound (A1) and 25 mg of AIBN (azobisisobutyronitrile) as a radical polymerization initiator in 1 mL of methanol. 10 μL of this sample solution for evaluation 1A was weighed and applied on a copper plate.
The copper plate coated with the sample solution was measured with FT-IR, and an 806 cm −1 peak derived from an acrylic group was confirmed. Thereafter, the copper plate was heated in an oven at 100 ° C. for 1 hour in a nitrogen atmosphere. When the copper plate after heating was measured again by FT-IR, the 806 cm −1 peak derived from the acrylic group was decreased. From this result, it was confirmed that radical polymerization of the acrylamide compound (A1) proceeds.
Furthermore, when the tactile sensation before and after heating was evaluated, the sample plate after heating had no viscosity even when touched, and it did not change even before rubbing with the belly of the finger. From this, it was confirmed that the sample liquid applied on the copper plate was cured by heating.
Subsequently, the curability of the acrylamide compound (A2) was evaluated in the same manner as the acrylamide compound (A1). As a result, it was confirmed that the acrylamide compound (A2) also has the same degree of curability as the acrylamide compound (A1).
