Claims (10)
- 鉄道システムを制御する装置において:
前記鉄道システムの軌道に沿った今後通過すべき位置における前記鉄道システムの複数の区画の間の予測される連結力を判断する第1の要素であって、前記複数の区画が、1以上の動力ユニットと非動力ユニットを備え、前記予測される連結力が前記複数の区画の内の1以上の区画の自然加速と前記鉄道システムの共通加速から予測されて判断され、前記予測される連結力が前記鉄道システム又は前記鉄道システムの前記複数の区画の予測されるスラック条件を表す、前記第1の要素と;
前記予測される連結力に呼応して作成又は修正された走行計画を使用して前記鉄道システムの前記動力ユニットによる引張力または制動力の適用を制御する第2の要素と
を備え、
前記走行計画が、前記軌道における前記鉄道システムの走行のための速度又は動力の軌跡を含み、
前記走行計画に従って前記軌道に沿った前記鉄道システムの実際の走行中に前記鉄道システムの複数の区間で実際に発生した実際の連結力が所定の限度内になるように前記走行計画が作成または修正される、
装置。 - 前記鉄道システムは、線路網を通過する鉄道車両を含み、前記鉄道車両は、スラック条件を示し、前記第2の要素は、引張力または制動力の適用を制御して、前記鉄道車両または前記鉄道車両の区画のスラック条件を維持するか、または前記スラック条件を改変し、
前記動力ユニットは、機関車を含み、前記非動力ユニットは気動車を含み、前記第1の要素は、前記気動車における連結力の変化の位置を判断するように構成される請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記動力ユニットは、離間する複数の機関車からなり、前記第1の要素は、前記複数の機関車に対する連結力の変化を判断し、前記第2の要素は、前記連結力の変化により前記複数の各々の機関車に及ぼされる力の大きさに呼応して前記複数の各々の機関車における引張力または制動力の前記適用を制御する請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記連結力は、不確定範囲を含み、前記第2の要素は、前記スラック条件と前記不確定範囲とに呼応して引張力又は制動力を適用し、
前記第1の要素は、前記鉄道システムの仮定される移動パラメータに呼応して仮定されるスラック条件を、実際の移動パラメータに呼応して実際のスラック条件として連結力を判断し、前記不確定範囲は、前記仮定される移動パラメータと前記実際の移動パラメータとの間における関係に呼応する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 運転士が前記鉄道システムは、運転士が手動運転により制御されるように構成されており、
前記運転士に前記連結力に呼応して助言的制御動作を提供する助言的制御システムをさらに含み、前記助言的制御作用は、さらに、助言的引張力適用または助言的制動力適用からなり、前記運転士は、前記第2の要素の手動運転により前記助言的制御動作を実行するか否かを判断する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記引張力および制動力の適用計画からの逸脱に呼応して前記スラック条件を前記1つ以上の位置において再判断する要素を含む請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 鉄道システムの運転士に前記スラック条件の視覚的または聴覚的指示を提供する第3の要素をさらに含む請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第3の要素は、前記スラック条件の図形またはテキスト指示を提供するように構成され、現在の所定のスラック条件にあるか、または未来の所定のスラック条件となることが予想される前記鉄道システムの割合と、現在の所定のスラック条件にあるか、または未来の所定のスラック条件となることが予想される前記鉄道システムの気動車の台数と、現在の所定のスラック条件にあるか、または未来の所定のスラック条件となることが予想される前記鉄道システムのトン数との少なくとも1つをさらに含む請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の要素による前記引張力または制動力の適用に対する前記スラック条件の応答を予測する第4の要素をさらに含み、前記第3の要素は、鉄道システムの運転士に対して、前記予測される応答の指示を提供する請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記鉄道システムは、先頭機関車編成と非先頭機関車編成と中間の気動車とからなり、前記第3の要素は、前記先頭機関車編成と前記非先頭機関車編成との間における前記気動車の前記スラック条件の指示を提供し、第4の要素は、前記非先頭機関車編成の後続の前記気動車の前記スラック条件の指示を提供する請求項7乃至9のいずれかに記載の装置。
