Description

Claims (10)
- ロータを含むガスタービンエンジン(10)用の過回転防止システム(40)であって、
前記ガスタービンエンジンに結合した燃料供給源に結合された燃料絞り/遮断弁(50)と、
前記燃料絞り/遮断弁に結合された第1の燃料システムインタフェース(56)(FSI−1)と、
前記FSI−1に結合された第2の燃料システムインタフェース(58)(FSI−2)と、
前記FSI−1及びFSI−2に結合され、第1のドライバA(106)及び第2のドライバA(108)を含みかつ第1の論理アルゴリズム及び第2の論理アルゴリズムがプログラミングされた第1の制御システム(102)と、
前記FSI−1及びFSI−2に結合され、第1のドライバB(110)及び第2のドライバB(112)を含みかつ前記第1の論理アルゴリズム及び第2の論理アルゴリズムがプログラミングされた第2の制御システム(104)と、
を含み、
前記第1の論理アルゴリズムは、前記第2の論理アルゴリズムとは異なる方法、算出法及び過回転閾値を使用する
ことを特徴とする、システム(40)。 - 前記燃料絞り/遮断弁(50)が、前記FSI−1(56)及びFSI−2(58)から過回転信号を受信した時に前記ガスタービンエンジン(10)への燃料流を中断するように構成される、請求項1記載のシステム(40)。
- 前記第1の制御システム(102)が、前記第1の論理アルゴリズムを用いて前記第1のドライバA(106)の作動を決定しかつ前記第2の論理アルゴリズムを用いて前記第2のドライバA(108)の作動を決定するように構成される、請求項1または2記載のシステム(40)。
- 前記第2の制御システム(104)が、前記第1の論理アルゴリズムを用いて前記第1のドライバB(110)の作動を決定しかつ前記第2の論理アルゴリズムを用いて前記第2のドライバB(112)の作動を決定するように構成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のシステム(40)。
- 前記FSI−1(56)が、遮断シャトル弁(74)に結合されたサーボ弁(70)を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のシステム(40)。
- 前記サーボ弁(70)が、電動油圧式サーボ弁(EHSV)を含む、請求項5記載のシステム(40)。
- 前記FSI−2(58)が、遮断シャトル弁(80)に結合されたサーボ弁(78)を含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のシステム(40)。
- 前記サーボ弁(78)が、電動油圧式サーボ弁(EHSV)を含む、請求項7記載のシステム(40)。
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)であって、
ロータと、
該エンジンに燃料を供給して前記ロータを作動させるように構成された燃料送給システム(44)と、
前記燃料送給システムに結合された過回転防止システム(40)と、
を含み、前記過回転防止システムが、
前記燃料送給システムに結合された燃料絞り/遮断弁(50)と、
前記燃料絞り/遮断弁に結合された第1の燃料システムインタフェース(56)(FSI−1)と
前記FSI−1に結合された第2の燃料システムインタフェース(58)(FSI−2)と、
前記FSI−1及びFSI−2に結合され、第1のドライバA(106)及び第2のドライバA(108)を含みかつ第1の論理アルゴリズム及び第2の論理アルゴリズムがプログラミングされた第1の制御システム(102)と、
前記FSI−1及びFSI−2に結合され、第1のドライバB(110)及び第2のドライバB(112)を含みかつ前記第1の論理アルゴリズム及び第2の論理アルゴリズムがプログラミングされた第2の制御システム(104)と、
を含み、
前記第1の論理アルゴリズムは、前記第2の論理アルゴリズムとは異なる方法、算出法及び過回転閾値を使用する
ことを特徴とする、ガスタービンエンジン(10)。 - 前記燃料絞り/遮断弁(50)が、前記FSI−1(56)及びFSI−2(58)から過回転信号を受信した時に該ガスタービンエンジン(10)への燃料流を中断するように構成される、請求項9記載のガスタービンエンジン(10)。
