Description
本発明の遮断器開閉動作機構の駆動装置が遮断器の外部或いは内部に取り付けており、ヒーターワイヤーに電気を入れるとヒーター5が発熱し、シェル内部の膨張物質4(或いは膨張物質4と流体媒体7の混合物)をある温度まで加熱すると、固−液相変化が発生し、体積が大きくなり(即ち膨張)、適当なサイズのエジェクタピストン1を通して体積膨張を変位と力に転換し、遮断器の力伝達機構11に伝達し、力伝達機構は遮断器スイッチ機構(ハンドル)15を押して、遮断器を開閉させる。

Claims (5)
- 遮断器開閉動作機構であって、前記遮断器開閉動作機構はヒーター、シェル、前記シェル内部の密封室内の流体の膨張物質、エジェクタピストンを含み、前記シェルの上面にエジェクタスルーホールを開け、前記エジェクタスルーホールに前記エジェクタピストンを移動可能に設置し、前記エジェクタピストンと前記シェルの間が密封接続され、前記シェル内部の密封室にあるエジェクタピストン部分は前記膨張物質と直接的或いは間接的に接続され、前記シェル内部の前記密封室に流体媒体と膨張物質があり、前記シェル内部の前記密封室中のエジェクタピストン部分は前記流体媒体中に配置され、
前記シェル内部の前記密封室に分離ダイアフラムが設置され、前記分離ダイアフラムは前記膨張物質と流体媒体の間に設置される、遮断器開閉動作機構。 - 前記エジェクタピストンと前記シェルの間にシールを設置し、前記シールはOリング、ガスケット、リングシールセット或いはそれらの組合せを採用している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断器開閉動作機構。 - 前記ヒーターが前記シェル内部の前記膨張物質或いは前記膨張物質に接触する前記シェルの外部に設置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の遮断器開閉動作機構。 - 前記膨張物質がパラフィンであり、前記ヒーターはPTC正温度係数サーミスタ或いは電気加熱デバイスを採用する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の遮断器開閉動作機構。 - 前記膨張物質の体積変化は、前記膨張物質自身の固相−液相の変化によって発生する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の遮断器開閉動作機構。
