Abstract

本发明涉及电器开关,具体地说是一种能够自动控制断路器接通断开的执行机构,所述驱动装置包括膨胀体、加热器,所述膨胀体配合连接力传递机构,所述加热器通电时,膨胀体内的膨胀物质受热膨胀推动力传递机构,力传递机构带动断路器开关机构,实现断路器断开或闭合;本发明的有益效果:本发明利用物质的相变体积膨胀下由温度变化产生的膨胀力及位移推动断路器自身开关机械机构的闭合或断开,实现电器开关的远程控制。此发明的结构简单、控制能量小、动作可靠、可实现结构小型化且成本低,该结构可以被应用于微型断路器(MCB),塑壳断路器(MCCB)等类似电器开关的自动开、闭手柄或机构的场合,结合控制回路,容易实现电器开关的远程控制。

Description

断路器闭合/断开执行机构
[技术领域]
本发明涉及电器开关技术领域,具体地说是一种能够自动控制断路器接通断开的执行机构。
[背景技术]
目前接通或断开电路,一般是使用断路器,其自动合闸及断开的执行机构,往往是采用电机或电磁铁等动力驱动,甚至是采用结构复杂的电机、减速器、连杆一起动作,从而产生断路器闭合及断开所需要的功率。这种执行机构不但结构复杂、体积大、动作时能量消耗高,而且相应的控制部分成本也很高,同时由于结构过于复杂,其可靠性也就相应地降低了。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是要解决上述现有技术方式的不足而提供一种断路器闭合/断开执行机构,使其成为可靠性高、能耗低、控制容易且成本低、结构简单的装置,以便于普遍应用。
为实现上述目的设计一种断路器闭合/断开执行机构,包括驱动装置、力传递机构,所述力传递机构配合连接断路器开关机构,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括膨胀体、加热器,所述膨胀体配合连接力传递机构,所述加热器通电时,膨胀体内的膨胀物质受热膨胀产生体积-位移变化推动力传递机构,力传递机构带动断路器开关机构,实现断路器断开或闭合。
所述膨胀体内的膨胀物质体积变化由物质本身的固相-液相或液相-气相之相变时所产生
所述膨胀体包括金属外壳、安装在金属外壳内的膨胀物质、体积膨胀-位移膨胀转换器。
所述膨胀物质为石蜡等有机或无机物质。
所述加热器采用PTC(正温度系数热敏电阻)或电热器件。
所述力传递机构包括顶杆、弹簧及软线。
本发明的工作原理是:当导线通电时,加热器发热使膨胀体内的膨胀物质受热膨胀,从而推动力传递机构,力传递机构将位移和力传递给断路器开关机构或手柄,将断路器断开或闭合。
本发明的有益效果:本发明利用物质的相变体积膨胀下由温度变化产生的膨胀力及位移推动断路器自身开关机械机构(或手柄)的闭合或断开,实现电器开关的远程控制,其中膨胀的控制由电加热方式实现。此发明的结构简单、控制能量小、动作可靠、可实现结构小型化且成本低,该结构可以被应用于微型断路器(MCB),塑壳断路器(MCCB)等类似电器开关的自动开、闭手柄或机构的场合,结合控制回路,容易实现电器开关的远程控制。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作详细描述:
根据图1所示,本发明的断路器闭合/断开执行机构是安装在断路器的外面,其主要由力传递机构1、膨胀体2、加热器3、导线4和断路器开关机构(开关手柄)5组成,所述力传递机构配合连接断路器开关机构,所述力传递机构包括顶杆、弹簧及软线,所述膨胀体配合连接力传递机构,所述膨胀体包括金属外壳、安装在金属外壳的膨胀物质、体积膨胀-位移膨胀转换器,所述膨胀体是利用物质的固相-液相或液相-气相相变所产生的体积变化(也即膨胀)以及液体物质、金属或非金属的热膨胀,采用加热方式(可以是PTC正温度系数热敏电阻或其他电加热方式)使物质产生相变,产生闭合或断开电器开关所需要的功率(力+位移或扭矩+转角)。
如图2所示,本发明的断路器闭合/断开执行机构的结构和图1完全相同,其区别仅是所述的执行机构安装在断路器的内部。

Claims (3)

1.一种断路器闭合/断开执行机构,包括驱动装置、力传递机构,所述力传递机构配合连接断路器开关机构,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括膨胀体、加热器,所述膨胀体配合连接力传递机构,所述加热器通电时,膨胀体内的膨胀物质受热膨胀产生体积-位移变化推动力传递机构,力传递机构带动断路器开关机构,实现断路器断开或闭合,所述膨胀体内的膨胀物质体积变化由物质本身的固相-液相或液相-气相之相变时所产生,所述膨胀体包括金属外壳、安装在金属外壳内的膨胀物质、体积膨胀-位移膨胀转换器,所述膨胀物质为石蜡;所述力传递机构包括顶杆、弹簧及软线。
2.按权利要求1所述的断路器闭合/断开执行机构,其特征在于:所述加热器采用PTC(正温度系数热敏电阻)。
3.按权利要求1所述的断路器闭合/断开执行机构,其特征在于:所述加热器采用电热器件。
