Description
−上記人物に刺激を与えること,
−上記人物に刺激生成行為(stimulus creating act)を実行することを要求すること,
−潜在的刺激生成周囲音(potentially stimulus-creating ambient sound)を識別すること。
上記EEGモニタはさらに上記刺激によって引き起こされるEEG信号からの誘発反応(induced response)を識別するEEG反応検出手段,および上記少なくとも一つの誘発反応に基づいて上記表皮電極が上記人物のEEG信号を受信しているかを(受信している場合を)(if said skin surface electrodes receive EEG signals of said person)決定(判定)する分類器を備えている。
1)聴覚経路での上記刺激の処理における音響信号に対する直接的かつ自律的反応
2)脳の表皮における処理によって引き起こされる反応
Claims (19)
- 人物の頭部において持ち運ばれるように構成される個人用装着可能EEGモニタであって,
上記人物からの一または複数のEEG信号を測定する表皮電極を有するEEGセンサ部,
上記EEGセンサ部から転送されるEEG信号を受け取るように構成され,上記人物からのEEG信号をモニタリングするように構成されるEEG信号分析器,
以下の少なくとも一つを実行するように構成されるEEG刺激制御手段,
−上記人物に刺激を提供すること
−上記人物に刺激生成行為を実行することを要求すること
−潜在的刺激生成周囲音を識別すること
上記刺激によって引き起こされるEEG信号からの誘発反応を識別するEEG反応検出手段,および
上記少なくとも一つの誘発反応に基づいて上記表皮電極が上記人物のEEG信号を受信しているかを決定する分類器,
を備えるEEGモニタ。 - 上記電極がドライ電極である,請求項1に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 少なくとも一つの電極が,上記人物の外耳道内に配置されるように構成されている,請求項1または2に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記EEG刺激制御手段が上記人物に聴覚刺激を提供する,請求項1,2または3に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記EEG刺激制御手段が,誘発反応を生じさせることが可能な周囲からの音を識別するように構成されている,請求項1,2または3に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記EEG刺激制御手段が,上記人物に両目を開くことおよび閉じることを要求するように構成されている,請求項1,2または3に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記刺激が少なくとも2回繰り返される,請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記外耳道内に配置されるように構成される上記少なくとも一つの電極がイヤピース上に配置されており,上記イヤピースが上記人物の外耳道にフィットする恒久的形状を備えている,請求項3に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記EEGセンサ部の外部にパッド電極を備え,上記パッド電極がモニタされるべき上記人物の頭部に配置されるように構成されている,請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 誘発反応を識別することによって,少なくとも3つの電極の妥当性検証を同時に検査するように構成されている,請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記誘発反応を識別することによる電極の妥当性検証が,表皮上に配置されている電極(複数)間の電気インピーダンスを測定することと組み合わされている,請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記EEG信号が受信されない場合を上記人物に通知する通知手段を備えている,請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- EEG信号を受信する電極を識別しかつ上記人物からのEEG信号をモニタするためにこれらの電極を選択する手段を備えている,請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- EEG信号が上記電極によって受信されていない事象中に,外部ユニットに無線通知を送信する手段を備えている,請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 人物のEEG信号を,上記人物の頭部において持ち運ばれるEEGモニタによって連続的にモニタリングする方法であって,
表皮電極を有するEEGセンサ部によって上記人物からの一または複数のEEG信号を測定し,
EEG信号処理手段を有する処理ユニットに上記EEGセンサ部からEEG信号を転送し,
上記処理ユニットにおいて上記人物からのEEG信号をモニタリングし,
以下の少なくとも一つを実行することによって上記EEG信号中に誘発反応を引き起こし,
−上記人物に刺激を与えること
−上記人物に刺激生成行為を実行することを要求すること
−刺激生成周囲音を識別すること
上記刺激によって引き起こされるEEG信号から誘発反応を識別し,
上記誘発反応に基づいて上記表皮電極が上記人物のEEG信号を受信しているかを決定する,
方法。 - 上記EEG信号が上記人物によって受信されていない場合を上記人物に通知する,請求項15に記載の方法。
- EEG信号を受信している特定電極を識別する,請求項15または16に記載の方法。
