Description
(1)シリカ及び/又は少なくとも1種のシリカ前駆体、水、ジエチルジメチルアンモニウム化合物、トリエチルメチルアンモニウム化合物、及びジエシルジメチルアンモニウムとトリエチルメチルアンモニウム化合物の混合物から成る群から選ばれる、少なくとも1種のテトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物、及び少なくとも1種の塩基、及び任意に、少なくとも1種の適切な種材料を含む混合物を準備する工程;
(2)工程(1)に従い得られた混合物を、自己生成の圧力下(熱水条件)下に、120〜160℃の範囲の温度に、5〜10日間加熱し、層構造のシリケートを含む懸濁液を得る工程、
を含む方法に関する。
(1)シリカ及び/又は少なくとも1種のシリカ前駆体、水、ジエチルジメチルアンモニウム化合物、トリエチルメチルアンモニウム化合物、及びジエシルジメチルアンモニウムとトリエチルメチルアンモニウム化合物の混合物から成る群から選ばれる、少なくとも1種のテトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物、及び少なくとも1種の塩基、及び任意に、少なくとも1種の適切な種材料(seeding material)を含む混合物を準備する工程;
(2)工程(1)に従い得られた混合物を、自己生成の圧力下(成行きの圧力下)(熱水条件)下に、120〜160℃の範囲の温度に、5〜10日間加熱し、層構造のシリケートを含む懸濁液を得る工程、
を含む方法に関する。
(3)工程(2)に従い得られた懸濁液からシリケートを分離する工程、
を含む方法にも関する。
(4)洗浄、
及び/又は
(5)乾燥
する工程を含む方法にも関する。
(3)工程(2)に従って得られた懸濁液からシリケートを分離し、及び更に、
(4)分離されたシリケートを、6.5〜7.5の範囲のpHまで洗浄する工程、及び
(5)分離され、及び任意に洗浄されたシリケートを、好ましくは100〜150℃の範囲の温度で乾燥させる工程、
を追加的に含む方法にも関する。
(6)(2)又は(3)又は(4)又は(5)に従い得られたシリケートを、好ましくは300〜700℃の範囲の温度、より好ましくは300〜600℃の範囲の温度でか焼する工程、
を追加的に含む方法にも関する。
通常、成形物は、得られる成形物が、所望の用途にとって適切であるならば、本発明の層構造のシリケート及び/又はテクトシリケートに加え、考えられる全ての更なる化合物をも含んで良い。
(I)上述した層構造のシリケート及び/又はテクトシリケート、又は上述した方法によって得ることができる、又は得られた層構造のシリケート及び/又はテクトシリケート、及び任意に少なくとも1種のバインダーを含む混合物を製造する工程、
(II)混合物を練る工程、
(III)練った混合物を成形し、少なくとも1種の成形物を得る工程、
(IV)少なくとも1種の成形物を乾燥する工程、
(V)少なくとも1種の乾燥した成形物を、か焼する工程、
を含む方法にも関する。
図1〜4は、実施例1〜4に従い得られた、乾燥した層構造のシリケートのX−線回折パターンを示している。図1は、比較のために、RUB−36構造の線パターンを更に含んでいる。粉X−線回折パターンを、単色性のCuKアルファ−1照射を有するSiemens D−5000に記録した。選択方位(方位配列)を回避するために毛細管のサンプルホルダを使用した。回折データーをBraunからの位置敏感(型)検出器を使用して、8〜96°(2−シータ)の範囲で、及び0.0678°のステップ幅で、収集した。パウダーダイヤグラムの指標付けをパウダーXに備えられたプログラムTreor90を使用して行った(Treor90は、URL http://www.ch.iucr.org/sincrics−top/logiciel/を介して自由にアクセスできるパブリックドメインのプログラムである)。図中、「°」で表される角度2シータを、横座標に沿って示し、そして強度を縦座標に沿って示した。
1139.7gの水性ジエチルジメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシド(20.62質量%)溶液をビーカーに計量導入し、これに、238.9gのアモルファスシリカ(Aerosil(登録商標))を分けて加え、そしてこの混合物を2時間攪拌し、黄色の懸濁液を得た。
976.9gの水性ジエチルジメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシド(20.62質量%)溶液を、ビーカーに計量導入し、これに、204.7gのアモルファスシリカ(Aerosil(登録商標))を分けて加え、そしてこの混合物を1時間攪拌し、黄色の懸濁液を得た。
1628.2gの水性ジエチルジメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシド(20.62質量%)溶液を、ビーカーに計量導入し、これに、341.2gのアモルファスシリカ(Aerosil(登録商標))を分けて加え、そしてこの混合物を2時間攪拌し、黄色の懸濁液を得た。
651.6gの水性ジエチルジメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシド(20.62質量%)溶液を、ビーカーに計量導入し、これに、136.5gのアモルファスシリカ(Aerosil(登録商標))を分けて加え、そしてこの混合物を1時間攪拌し、黄色の懸濁液を得た。
Claims (22)
- 少なくともシリコンと酸素を含む、層構造のシリケートを製造する方法であって、
(1)シリカ及び/又は少なくとも1種のシリカ前駆体、水、ジエチルジメチルアンモニウム化合物、トリエチルメチルアンモニウム化合物、及びジエチルジメチルアンモニウムとトリエチルメチルアンモニウム化合物の混合物から成る群から選ばれる、少なくとも1種のテトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物、及び少なくとも1種の塩基、及び任意に、少なくとも1種の適切な種材料を含む混合物を準備する工程;
(2)工程(1)に従い得られた混合物を、自己生成の圧力下に、120〜160℃の範囲の温度に、5〜10日間加熱し、層構造のシリケートを含む懸濁液を得る工程、
を含み、及び工程(1)に従い得られる混合物が、SiO2及び/又はSiO2として計算されるシリカ前駆体、少なくとも1種のテトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物、及び水を含み、且つ前記混合物は、SiO2:テトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物:水が、1:(0.3〜0.7):(9〜15)のモル割合であることを特徴とする方法。 - 工程(1)に従い使用される水溶液が、ジエチルジメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシド、トリエチルメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシド、又はジエチルジメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシドとトリエチルメチルアンモニウムヒドロキシドの混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)に従い得られる混合物が、SiO2及び/又はSiO2として計算されるシリカ前駆体、少なくとも1種のテトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物、及び水を含み、且つ前記混合物は、SiO2:テトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物:水が、1:(0.4〜0.6):(9〜15)のモル割合であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)に従い得られる混合物が、SiO2及び/又はSiO2として計算されるシリカ前駆体、少なくとも1種のテトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物、及び水を、SiO2:テトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物:水として、1:(0.45〜0.55):(9.5〜10.5)のモル割合で含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 混合物が、工程(2)に従い、8.5〜9.5日間の範囲の期間、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 混合物が、工程(2)に従い、5.5〜6.5日間の範囲の期間、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 混合物が、工程(2)に従い、6.7〜7.5日間の範囲の期間、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)に従い得られる混合物が、SiO2及び/又はSiO2として計算されるシリカ前駆体、少なくとも1種のテトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物、及び水を含み、且つ前記混合物は、SiO2:テトラアルキルアンモニウム化合物:水が、1:(0.45〜0.55):(12.0〜13.0)のモル割合であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 混合物が工程(2)に従い、7.5〜8.5日間の範囲の期間、加熱されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 混合物が、工程(2)に従い、130〜150℃の範囲の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)に従い、非結晶質のシリカが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程(1)に従う混合物が、追加的に、層構造のシリケート中のSi原子の少なくとも一部を同形置換するのに適切な、少なくとも1種の元素の供給源を少なくとも1種含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- (3)工程(2)で得られた懸濁液からシリケートを分離し、及び任意に更に、
(4)分離されたシリケートを洗浄する工程、及び/又は
(5)分離され、及び任意に洗浄されたシリケートを乾燥させる工程、
を追加的に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 分離され、及び任意に洗浄され、及び/又は乾燥されたシリケートが後処理され、これにより、層構造シリケート中のSiが、少なくとも1種の適切な元素で、少なくとも部分的に同形置換されることを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- (6)(2)又は(3)又は(4)又は(5)に従い得られたシリケートをか焼する工程、
を追加的に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - か焼されたシリケートが後処理され、これにより、か焼されたシリケート中のSiが、少なくとも1種の適切な元素で同形置換されることを含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載された方法によって得ることができる層構造のシリケート。
- 請求項15又は16の何れかに記載の方法によって得ることができるテクトシリケート。
- 請求項17〜20の何れか1項に記載の層構造のシリケート、又は請求項21に記載のテクトシリケートを、分子篩、触媒、触媒担体、又はこれらのバインダー、吸着材として、イオン交換のために、セラミックスの製造のために、又はポリマーに使用する方法。
