Description
・「熱入力セクション」すなわち「塩水ヒータ」・・・ここでは、ボイラまたは他の熱プラントからの加熱蒸気により、プロセスに熱が供給される。
・「熱回収セクション」・・・ここでは、熱が、全体的にかつプロセスに対して内的に、フラッシング塩水の流れからチューブ束内の再循環塩水へと熱交換される。
・「熱排出セクション」・・・ここでは、熱が、プロセスの流れと、新鮮な海水の冷却流れとの間で熱交換される。プラントのこの部分が低温であるため、多量の熱エネルギが海水に廃棄され、メイクアップ(補給水)流れにより極く少量の熱エネルギが回収される。
・水の生成すなわちプラントキャパシティ、
・脱塩プラントのG.O.R.(利得出力比)すなわちプロセス効率、および
・蒸留水の品質
に関して高めることにある。
・任意の熱排出段から、より高い凝縮温度を有する他の任意の熱排出段への蒸気再循環ラインを設けること、
・任意の熱排出段から、任意の熱回収段への蒸気再循環ラインを設けること、
・任意の熱回収段から、より高い凝縮温度を有する他の任意の熱回収段への蒸気再循環ラインを設けること、
・任意の熱回収段から熱入力セクション(塩水ヒータ)への蒸気再循環ラインを設けること、および
・上記ルートの任意の組合せを設けること、

Claims (4)
- 加熱蒸気を熱源とする塩水ヒータを備えた熱入力セクションと、多段フラッシュ(MSF)蒸留ユニットの熱回収セクションと、熱排出セクションとを用いた塩水の脱塩方法であって、海水が熱排出セクションへポンプ圧送され、再循環塩水が熱回収セクションへポンプ圧送され、前記熱排出セクションでは塩水が凝縮されて蒸留水が得られる構成の塩水の脱塩方法において、熱排出セクションおよび/または熱回収セクションの少なくとも1つの段で発生される蒸気は、取出されかつフラッシング塩水の流れに対して上流側の他の蒸留段内にポンプ圧送されることを特徴とする脱塩方法。
- 少なくとも塩水ヒータ(1)と、多段フラッシュ(MSF)蒸留ユニット(2)の脱塩ゾーンとを有し、脱塩ゾーンが熱回収セクション(3)と、塩水を凝縮して蒸留水を得る熱排出セクション(4)とを備えている構成の塩水の脱塩プラントにおいて、発生される蒸気を、熱回収セクション(3)および/または熱排出セクション(4)の少なくとも1つの段から、フラッシング塩水の流れに対して上流側の他の蒸留段へと再循環させる少なくとも1つの蒸気再循環ライン(22及び/又は22’)が設けられていることを特徴とする塩水の脱塩プラント。
- 前記蒸気再循環ライン(22及び/又は22’)用の付加ポンプ(23及び/又は23’)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の脱塩プラント。
- 前記蒸気再循環ライン(22及び/又は22’)は、蒸気ジェットエジェクタに導かれていることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の脱塩プラント。
