Description
The present invention relates to a bathroom drying apparatus.
It is becoming common to install a bathroom dryer that also serves as a ventilation device in a house. Such a bathroom drying apparatus is provided with an air supply fan, an exhaust fan, a heater, and the like in the apparatus body. The outside air is sucked into the apparatus body by the air supply fan, and the outside air is supplied to the bathroom while being heated by the heater. By doing so, warm air is circulated in the bathroom. And if clothes are dried in a bathroom, the temperature of clothes will rise with the warm air which circulates, and can thereby evaporate the water | moisture content of clothes actively. In addition, since the temperature of the walls, ceilings, floors, etc. in the bathroom rises due to the circulating warm air, moisture (water droplets) adhering to the walls, ceilings, floors, etc. can be actively evaporated, and drying in the bathroom Can also ventilate the bathroom.
By the way, in the above-mentioned bathroom drying apparatus, warm bathroom air containing evaporated water is sucked into the apparatus main body by an exhaust fan and exhausted as it is outside the building, so the heat energy of the bathroom air is wasted. There is a drawback.
Therefore, a heat exchange element is provided in the main body case, and the heat exchange element is used to exchange heat between the bathroom air exhausted by the exhaust fan and the outside air sucked by the air supply fan. There has been proposed a bathroom drying device that collects the thermal energy of the internal air and returns it to the bathroom (see Patent Document 1 below).
However, the technique described in Patent Document 1 below has a problem that when dew condensation occurs in the heat exchange element, dew condensation water generated by the dew condensation accumulates in the apparatus main body. That is, the air in the bathroom is hotter and humid than the outside air, and when the heat exchange element performs a heat exchange with the outside air, if the air is rapidly cooled by the outside air, the moisture contained in the bathroom air is heated. Condensation is caused by the exchange element, and dew condensation water generated by the condensation is accumulated in the apparatus main body.
Therefore, Patent Document 2 below proposes a bathroom drying apparatus for solving the problem of condensation. The technology described in the following Patent Document 2 includes an exhaust fan that sucks air inside the bathroom and discharges it outside the building, an air supply fan that sucks outside air outside the building and supplies it to the bathroom, an exhaust fan, and an air supply fan This is a bathroom drying apparatus comprising a drive means for rotating the air and a heat exchange element for exchanging heat between the air in the bathroom sucked by the exhaust fan and the outside air sucked by the air supply fan. This bathroom drying device forms a drain outlet at the bottom of the exhaust chamber provided on the downstream side of the heat exchange element along the flow of air in the bathroom, and moisture in the bathroom air is condensed during heat exchange. The condensed water is discharged out of the apparatus main body through a drain discharge port.
In the above-mentioned conventional bathroom drying apparatus, the amount of condensed water generated by condensation is not so large, and the condensed water that is dripped is continuously generated. For this reason, when a drain outlet is formed at the bottom of the exhaust chamber and the condensed water is discharged from the drain outlet, all the condensed water does not flow without stagnation, and water does not flow around the bottom of the exhaust chamber or the drain outlet. May remain. If the dew condensation water remains in the bottom of the exhaust chamber or around the drain outlet in this manner, it becomes a hotbed where mold and germs are generated, which may cause odor.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and its purpose is to perform a drying operation while exchanging heat between the air in the bathroom and the outside air, and the condensed water generated during the heat exchange. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bathroom drying apparatus that can be treated without dripping, and that does not generate a puddle of dripping water that may cause mold and other germs.
In order to solve the above problems, a bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention is a bathroom drying apparatus that sucks air from the bathroom and dries the bathroom, and sucks air from the bathroom and discharges it to the outside. And a bathroom air supply passage that sucks outside air from the outside and supplies it to the bathroom, an exhaust ventilation means for causing an air flow in the bathroom exhaust passage, and an air supply and ventilation means for causing an air flow in the bathroom supply passage. Heat exchange between the heater for raising the temperature of the air supplied into the bathroom, the air in the bathroom exhausted through the bathroom exhaust passage, and the outside air supplied through the bathroom air supply passage Controlling the heat exchange element, the exhaust ventilation means and the air supply ventilation means to adjust the air flowing in the bathroom exhaust flow path and the bathroom air supply flow path, and driving the heater to air in the bathroom Control hand to control the heating It has a, and. The control means controls the exhaust ventilation means and the air supply ventilation means while driving the heater to heat the air in the bathroom, and allows air to flow through the bathroom exhaust flow path and the bathroom supply air flow path. Thus, a bathroom drying operation for performing heat exchange by the heat exchange element is executed. Further, the control means stops the ventilation in the bathroom air supply channel at the end stage of the bathroom drying operation and stops the ventilation in the bathroom exhaust channel, and the bathroom exhaust flow in the stopped state. The element drying operation for drying the heat exchange element is performed for a predetermined time by continuing ventilation in the road.
According to the bathroom drying apparatus of the present invention, the bathroom drying operation in which heat is exchanged by the heat exchange element by flowing air through the bathroom exhaust passage and the bathroom air supply passage while heating the air in the bathroom with the heater. Therefore, it is possible to effectively use the bathroom by transferring the heat in the bathroom from the exhaust to the supply air, and to perform an efficient bathroom drying operation. More specifically, warm and humid air warmed by the heater passes through the bathroom exhaust passage, while cold outside air passes through the bathroom exhaust passage, so that heat is transferred from the warm exhaust to the cold supply air in the heat exchange element. Is passed. As a result, warm and moist air in the bathroom exhaust flow path is cooled in the heat exchange element and condensation occurs. Therefore, in the present invention, the element drying operation is executed at the end of the bathroom drying operation to dry and remove the dew condensation water generated during the bathroom drying operation. Specifically, before stopping the ventilation in the bathroom exhaust channel at the end of the bathroom drying operation, the ventilation in the bathroom air supply channel is stopped, and in the stopped state, the ventilation in the bathroom exhaust channel is stopped. It is supposed to continue. By doing so, since cold outside air is not supplied to the heat exchange element, it is possible to prevent generation of new condensed water in the heat exchange element. Further, since warm air is supplied to the heat exchange element through the bathroom exhaust passage, evaporation of condensed water already generated in the heat exchange element can be promoted to dry the inside of the heat exchange element. Therefore, it is possible to provide a bathroom drying apparatus that does not generate a puddle of dripping water that may cause mold and other germs as a hotbed and odor.
In the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, a temperature sensor that detects an outdoor air temperature is provided in the bathroom air supply channel, and the control means detects a temperature detected by the temperature sensor during the execution of the bathroom drying operation. If the temperature is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, it is preferable not to execute the element drying operation.
The bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention is configured to evaporate the condensed water in the heat exchange element by performing the element drying operation so as not to generate a puddle due to the dropped water. However, since the element drying operation is performed mainly for element drying, it is preferable to avoid the operation as much as possible and contribute to energy saving when the heat exchange element is not wet. Therefore, in this preferable aspect, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor during execution of the bathroom drying operation is equal to or higher than the predetermined temperature, it is determined that the outside air is not cold enough to cause condensation, and the element drying operation is not performed. It is supposed to be.
Further, in the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, a time measuring unit that measures a time for performing the bathroom drying operation is provided, and the control unit is configured to perform the element drying operation when the time measured by the time measuring unit is equal to or less than a predetermined time. It is also preferable not to execute.
As described above, since the element drying operation is performed mainly for element drying, it is preferable to avoid the operation as much as possible and contribute to energy saving when the heat exchange element is not wet. Therefore, in this preferred embodiment, when the time for performing the bathroom drying operation is equal to or shorter than the predetermined time, it is determined that heat exchange is not performed to the extent that condensation occurs, and the element drying operation is not performed.
Further, in the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, a temperature sensor for detecting an outdoor air temperature is provided in the bathroom air supply channel, and the control means is configured such that the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is a first temperature. The second execution which is the execution time of the element drying operation when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is the second temperature lower than the first temperature than the first execution time which is the execution time of the element drying operation. It is also preferable to perform the element drying operation so that the time becomes longer.
As described above, in the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, the element drying operation is performed to evaporate the condensed water in the heat exchange element so as not to generate a puddle of dripped water. On the other hand, since the element drying operation is mainly performed for element drying, it is preferable to adjust the operation time according to the wetness of the heat exchange element. Therefore, in this preferred embodiment, when the temperature of the heat exchange element is lower than the first temperature, it is determined that the condensed water is attached to the heat exchange element as compared with the case of the first temperature, and the element is dried. The second execution time, which is the operation execution time, is set longer than the first execution time. Thereby, the operation time of the heat exchange element drying operation can be adjusted according to the amount of condensed water adhering to the heat exchange element.
Further, in the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, the control means changes an air flow rate of the air flowing in the bathroom exhaust passage during the element drying operation according to an operation mode executed after the bathroom drying operation. Is also preferable.
In this preferred embodiment, in the element drying operation executed at the end of the bathroom drying operation, the air flow rate of the air flowing through the bathroom exhaust passage is changed according to the operation mode executed after the bathroom drying operation. Condensed water adhering to the heat exchange element can be evaporated while suppressing the influence on the operation after drying.
Further, in the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, when it is a ventilation operation that exhausts air from the bathroom that is executed after the bathroom drying operation, the control means includes the interior of the bathroom exhaust passage during the element drying operation. It is also preferable to change the flow rate of the flowing air so as to be larger than that in the bathroom drying operation.
Ventilation operation is to ventilate the air in the bathroom, so if it is a ventilation operation that is performed after the bathroom drying operation, there is little need to consider the temperature drop in the bathroom in the element drying operation, It is preferable to shift to ventilation operation as soon as possible. Therefore, in this preferred embodiment, by changing the ventilation rate of the air flowing in the bathroom exhaust passage during the element drying operation so as to be larger than that during the bathroom drying operation, the drying rate of the heat exchange element can be increased, The time for drying operation can be shortened and an early transition can be made to ventilation operation.
Further, in the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, when the heating operation for driving the heater is performed after the bathroom drying operation, the control means is configured to move the interior of the bathroom exhaust passage during the element drying operation. It is also preferable to change the flow rate of the flowing air so as to be smaller than that in the bathroom drying operation.
Since the heating operation warms the air in the bathroom, if the heating operation is performed after the bathroom drying operation, it is necessary to avoid a temperature drop in the bathroom as much as possible in the element drying operation. Therefore, in this preferred embodiment, the air flow rate in the bathroom exhaust flow path during the element drying operation is changed so as to be smaller than that during the bathroom drying operation, so that the element can be used without escaping the warm air in the bathroom as much as possible. Drying operation can be performed.
Further, in the bathroom drying apparatus according to the present invention, as another flow path independent of the bathroom exhaust flow path, a second bathroom exhaust flow path for sucking air from the bathroom and discharging it to the outside is provided, and the control means includes: When performing a ventilation operation for exhausting air from the bathroom after the bathroom drying operation, after performing the heat exchange element drying operation using the bathroom exhaust channel, the ventilation operation is switched to the second bathroom exhaust channel. It is also preferable to carry out.
Ventilation operation ventilates the air in the bathroom, so if it is a ventilation operation that is performed after the bathroom drying operation, the exhaust through the heat exchange element is rounded up as soon as possible to reduce pressure loss. It is preferable to shift to a ventilation operation. Therefore, in this preferred embodiment, a second bathroom exhaust flow path is provided as a bathroom exhaust flow path that does not pass through the heat exchange element, and the bathroom exhaust flow path is used when performing a ventilation operation for exhausting air from the bathroom after the bathroom drying operation. After performing the heat exchange element drying operation, the ventilation operation is performed by switching to the second bathroom exhaust passage. Therefore, after drying of the heat exchange element, the exhaust gas that does not pass through the heat exchange element can be exhausted, and a ventilation operation that does not suffer pressure loss due to the heat exchange element can be performed.
According to the present invention, it is possible to perform a drying operation while performing heat exchange between the air in the bathroom and the outside air, and it is possible to perform the treatment without dripping the condensed water generated during the heat exchange, It is possible to provide a bathroom drying apparatus that does not cause a puddle of dripping water, which can cause mold and other germs, and cause odor.

In step S28, energization of the
In step S30 shown in FIG. 8, it is determined which operation mode is the operation mode to be ended. When the operation mode to be ended is the clothing drying operation mode (when processing has continued from step S11 in FIG. 7), the process proceeds to step S31. When the operation mode to be ended is other than the clothes drying operation mode (when processing has continued from step S19 or step S28 in FIG. 7), the process proceeds to step S33.
In step S31, the operation duration time of the operation mode to be ended is determined. If the operation duration time of the operation mode to be ended is 30 minutes or less, step S32 is skipped and the process proceeds to step S33. If the operation duration time of the operation mode to be ended exceeds 30 minutes, the process proceeds to step S32.
In step S32, the supply air temperature to the bathroom drying device DM is determined based on the outside air temperature measured in step S07. If the supply air temperature to the bathroom dryer DM is 25 ° C. or lower, the process proceeds to step S40. If the supply air temperature to the bathroom drying device DM exceeds 25 ° C., the process proceeds to step S40 shown in FIG.
In step S33, it is determined whether the timer that started counting in step S06, step S16, or step S25 has timed out.

FIG. 9 shows the main procedure of the element drying operation of the bathroom drying apparatus DM. In step S40 shown in FIG. 9, it is further determined whether or not there is a mode selected as the next operation mode and, if there is a selected mode, whether it is the heating operation mode or the cool air operation mode. If there is no mode selected as the next operation mode, the process proceeds to step S41. If the heating operation mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S46. If the cool breeze operation mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S57.
If there is no mode selected as the next operation mode, the routine returns to the constant ventilation operation mode. Therefore, in step S41, a drying timer in the element drying operation mode is set, and the timer count of the control unit CU is started. The temperature detected by the temperature sensor St is higher than the first execution time ts that is the execution time of the element drying operation mode when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor St is the first temperature (for example, 20 ° C.). The second execution time is set to the first execution time so that the second execution time, which is the execution time of the element drying operation mode when the second temperature is lower than the first temperature (for example, 15 ° C. or 5 ° C.). The time ts is set to 1.2 times (when the second temperature is 15 ° C.) or 1.5 times (when the second temperature is 5 ° C.).

In step S46 when the heating operation mode is selected as the next operation mode, the
In step S50 following step S49, the rotational speed of the
In step S52 following step S51, it is determined whether or not the operation mode has been changed. In step S54, the rotational speed of the
