Description
Claims (5)
- ガスタービンのための軸流ターボコンプレッサであって、
ハブ側に自立した、ベーン先端(4)を備えたガイドベーン(3)によって形成されたベーン翼列(2)と、前記ハブ側の前記ベーン先端(4)に直接的に隣接して配置され、且つ前記軸流ターボコンプレッサ(1)の流れ経路を画定したシャフトカバー(6)と、
を備えた軸流コンプレッサにおいて、
径方向ギャップが前記シャフトカバー(6)と前記ベーン先端(4)との間に形成され、前記ギャップは、前記軸流ターボコンプレッサ(1)のアセンブリが辛うじて完成することが可能であり且つ多数の凹部(7)が前記シャフトカバー(6)に形成されるように最小の寸法とされており、
前記凹部(7)の1つは各々の前記ベーン先端(4)に対応しており、対応した前記ベーン先端(4)に直接的に隣接して配置され、且つ前記軸流ターボコンプレッサ(1)の作動の際に各々のベーン先端(4)が対応した前記凹部(7)内に沈み込んで、前記ベーン先端(4)の1つが前記シャフトカバー(6)と顕著に接触することがないように寸法が決定されていることを特徴とする軸流ターボコンプレッサ。 - 前記ベーン先端(4)と接触する際に降伏することが可能なハニカムのような、および/またはフェルトのような構造体(10)が、各々の前記凹部のベースに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸流ターボコンプレッサ。
- 各々の前記凹部(7)は前記ベーン先端(4)においてガイドベーン(3)のプロファイルに適合した、シャフトカバーの面上の輪郭形状(8)と、事前に指定された深さ(9)と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の軸流ターボコンプレッサ。
- 前記軸流ターボコンプレッサ(1)の作動の際に、前記ベーン先端(4)と前記シャフトカバー(6)との間の径方向の相対移動が補正されることが可能であるように、前記凹部(7)の深さ(9)は画定されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軸流ターボコンプレッサ。
- 前記軸流ターボコンプレッサ(1)の作動の際に、前記ベーン先端(4)と前記シャフトカバー(6)との間の軸方向の相対移動が補正されることが可能であるように、前記凹部(7)の輪郭形状(8)は画定されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の軸流ターボコンプレッサ。
