Description
Claims (21)
- 第1の管状コンポーネントの端部における雌ねじ部(2)と第2の管状コンポーネントの端部における雄ねじ部(3)とを備え、前記雌ねじ部(2)は雌ねじ(4)、内周面上の少なくとも1つの雌シール面(12)、少なくとも1つの雌軸当接面(8)を備え、前記雄ねじ部(3)は雄ねじ(5)、外周面上の少なくとも1つの雄シール面(13a)、少なくとも1つの雄軸当接面(7)、および前記雄ねじ(5)と前記ねじから離れる前記ねじ部の自由端部に位置した軸方向当接面(7)との間に設けられたリップ(9)を備え、前記雄シール面(13a)は前記ねじと近接して前記リップ(9)上に位置し、前記雄ねじ(5)は前記雄軸当接面(7)が前記雌軸当接面(8)と接触するように前記雌ねじ(4)内に組み立てられ、前記雄シール面(13a)は対応する前記雌シール面(12)と干渉接触し、前記雄シール面(13a)と前記雄軸当接面(7)との間の前記リップ(9)の遠位部は他方のねじ部の対応面から径方向に離れている既製のねじ山付き管状連結体(1)であって、
前記連結体は、前記リップ部(9)の前記遠位部と前記他方のねじ部の前記対応面との間に形成されたチャンバ(17)を備え、
前記チャンバ(17)は、前記雄シール面(13a)と前記軸方向当接面(7)との間において、前記雄ねじ部における前記リップ部(9)の前記遠位部の外面により径方向内側を画定され、かつ、前記雌ねじ部の内面により外側を画定され、
少なくとも1つのリークチャンネル(19、20、23、24)が前記雄または雌ねじ部の1つに設けられて前記チャンバ(17)の全体を前記連結体の内部と連通させ、前記連結体の内部の圧力と前記チャンバ(17)内の圧力とを等しくすることを特徴とする、連結体。 - 前記リークチャンネル(20)は、前記雌ねじ部に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の連結体。
- 前記リークチャンネル(19)は、前記雄ねじ部に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の連結体。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、少なくとも1つの孔(23)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の連結体。
- 前記孔(23)は、前記リップ(9)に設けられるとともに、前記リップ(9)の内面(21)と外面(15)とに開口することを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項3を引用する場合の請求項4に記載の連結体。
- 前記孔は、前記雌軸当接面(8)よりも前記第1の管状コンポーネントの自由端部から離れた位置における前記第1の管状コンポーネントの内面と前記雄ねじ部の前記リップに対向する前記雌ねじ部の内面との間の前記雌軸当接面(8)の側に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2または4に記載の連結体。
- 前記孔(24)は、連結体軸に対して傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の連結体。
- 前記リークチャンネル(19)は、少なくとも1つの溝を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の連結体。
- 前記溝は、実質的に放射状であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の連結体。
- 前記溝は、径方向に対して実質的に傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の連結体。
- 前記溝は、実質的に螺旋形状をなすことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の連結体。
- 前記溝は、実質的に断面において半円状であることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の連結体。
- 前記溝は、実質的に断面において矩形状であることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の連結体。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、少なくとも1つの前記雄または雌当接面の上昇した粗さにより作り出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の連結体。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、穿孔により作り出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の連結体を製造するための方法。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、研磨により作り出されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載の連結体を製造するための方法。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、圧延により得られることを特徴とする、請求項8〜13のいずれか1項に記載の連結体を製造するための方法。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、高速旋盤により作り出されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜14のいずれか1項に記載の連結体を製造するための方法。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、ショットブラスティング、サンドブラスティングまたはエッチングにより作り出されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜14のいずれか1項に記載の連結体を製造するための方法。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、少なくとも前記雄または雌軸当接面に金属コーティングまたは合成材料コーティングを堆積させることにより作り出されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3および8〜14のいずれか1項に記載の連結体を製造するための方法。
- 前記リークチャンネルは、少なくとも前記雄または雌軸当接面上の金属または合成材料にリングを固定することにより得られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3および8〜14のいずれか1項に記載の連結体を製造するための方法。
