図4は、分割ロール装置40を示す正面断面図である。分割ロール装置40は、ロール装置100を並設したものである。ロール装置100は、ロール装置19と構成が類似している。ロール装置100については、ロール装置19と異なる構成についてだけ説明し、同一の構成については同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 一端部に開口を有し、他端部が閉じられたハウジングユニットと、
前記ハウジングユニットの一端部の開口から突出するように設けられるロールを前記ハウジングユニット内で回動可能に支持する軸受部材と、
前記ハウジングユニットの開口を封止するシール部材と、
前記ハウジングユニット内を、前記ロールが配置される一端部側の空間と他端部側の空間とに分断する弾性変形可能な円板状の弾性膜とを備え、
前記弾性膜は、前記ハウジングユニットの内周部に当接させて前記ハウジングユニットに圧入されていることを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記ハウジングユニットには、前記他端部側の空間を大気に開放する大気開放孔部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記軸受部材は、前記ロールに固定される内輪と、前記ハウジングユニットに固定される外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に設けられる複数のころとを有し、前記複数のころにより前記外輪に対して前記内輪が前記ロールの軸方向に摺動可能になっている転がり軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の軸受装置。
- 弾性膜は、ダイヤフラムであり、
前記ダイヤフラムは、その軸線を中心に円環状に配置される凹部を有しており、
前記凹部は、前記一端部側の空間から前記他端部側の空間に向かって凹んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の軸受装置。
