Description
・ 傷を受けた心筋に接触したとき、電気接触抵抗は、圧力を正確には反映せず、それ故直圧測定が必要となる。
・ カテーテルが心壁に横向きに接触したとき(カテーテルの長さに沿って)、心壁上でカテーテルにより及ぼされる圧力が低い場合でさえ、接触面積が大きいため、電気接触抵抗が低い場合がある。図3の圧力及び/又は角表示は、操作者が、この種の状況を検出し修正するのを可能にする。
・ 同様に、カテーテルが柱状壁(trabeculated wall)に接触したとき、電気接触抵抗は、適用された圧力が低い又は圧力が適用されていない場合でさえ、低い場合がある。直圧測定により、操作者は、同様に、この種の状況を検出及び修正することが可能になる。
Claims (8)
- 被験体の体内の侵襲的プローブの操作者が見るために配置されたディスプレイスクリーンと、
プローブの曲げ角及びプローブ上の圧力から成るパラメータの群から選択される、侵襲的プローブの少なくとも1種のプローブパラメータに関する測定値を受信し、測定値に応答してディスプレイスクリーン上に前記少なくとも1種のプローブパラメータを表す1つのアイコンを表示するように接続されたプロセッサと、
を具備し、
前記1つのアイコンがプローブの曲げ角及びプローブ上の圧力の両方を示し、前記1つのアイコンの形状によってプローブの曲げ角が示され、前記1つのアイコンの色によってプローブ上の圧力が所定の圧力範囲内であるか否かが示される、医療処置を実施するための装置。 - 侵襲的プローブを備え、前記プローブが、弾力的接合部で曲がる遠位先端を有し、前記プロセッサが、遠位先端による体内組織の係合に起因する接合部の変形を測定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プローブが、心筋組織に係合するように被験体の心臓の内腔内に挿入するための、カテーテルを備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルが、心筋組織を焼灼するように、遠位先端を介してエネルギーを適用するように構成され、前記操作者が前記1つのアイコンに応答してエネルギーの適用を制御する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- プローブの付近で磁界を発生させるための少なくとも1つの磁界発生器を備え、前記プロセッサが、磁界に応答して、接合部の変形及び体内のプローブの位置の両方を測定するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、体内のプローブの場所を表すようにディスプレイスクリーン上に前記1つのアイコンを位置決めするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、体内器官の表面のマップを作成して、マップに対してディスプレイスクリーン上に前記1つのアイコンを位置づけ、プローブと表面との間の圧力を測定するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- プログラム命令が格納されているコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体であって、該命令が、コンピュータによって読み取られるとき、コンピュータに、プローブの曲げ角及びプローブ上の圧力から成るパラメータの群から選択される、被験体の体内の侵襲的プローブの少なくとも1種のプローブパラメータに関する測定値を受信させ、測定値に応答して、プローブの操作者が見るために、ディスプレイスクリーン上に、前記少なくとも1種のプローブパラメータを表す1つのアイコンを表示させ、
前記1つのアイコンがプローブの曲げ角及びプローブ上の圧力の両方を示し、前記1つのアイコンの形状によってプローブの曲げ角が示され、前記1つのアイコンの色によってプローブ上の圧力が所定の圧力範囲内であるか否かが示される、コンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。
