基台に回転可能に取り付けられ、所定の供給手段から供給される被計量物を受け取る受取手段と、
該受取手段で受け取った前記被計量物を圧縮する圧縮手段と、
該圧縮手段で圧縮された前記被計量物を均す均し手段と、
該均し手段で均された前記被計量物の余剰部分を切断する切断手段と、
該切断手段で切断された前記被計量物を外部に排出する排出手段とを備え、
前記圧縮手段は、前記受取手段の半径方向に放射状に複数形成されると共に、少なくとも一部に前記基台の表面が露出する所定深さの長穴と、該各長穴内に嵌め込められると共に前記受取手段の回転に伴って前記半径方向に沿って往復移動可能な入れ子とを備え、前記各長穴における前記受取手段の外周側の内壁と前記各入れ子の端部との間に形成される所定容量の空間に収容された前記被計量物を前記各入れ子の前記外周側への移動によって圧縮するように構成され、
前記排出手段は、前記基台に形成される排出孔と、前記受取手段の回転に伴って前記排出孔に到来した圧縮後の前記被計量物を前記排出孔から下方に押し出す押圧機構とから構成され、
前記各入れ子は、前記受取手段の底面に前記各長穴に対応して前記半径方向に放射状に形成される作動用長穴に挿通される作動子を備え、
前記受取手段の下方には、前記各入れ子の各作動子を係合させて、前記受取手段の回転に伴って前記入れ子を前記半径方向に沿って往復移動させるカム溝を有するカム部材が設けられ、
前記カム溝は、前記受取手段の回転に伴って、前記各入れ子が前記被計量物の供給位置から前記排出孔に近付くに従って前記空間が狭まるように移動し、当該排出孔から前記供給位置に戻るに従って前記空間が広がるように移動するように形成されている、
