Description
Claims (16)
- 水晶体の剥離後に水晶体嚢に植え込まれるべき眼内レンズ(10;110;210)であって、該眼内レンズは、
中央光学部分(20;120;220)と、
眼内レンズを前記水晶体嚢内に位置決めするために前記光学部分の周囲に設けられている触覚状要素(31;131;231)を備えた触覚状部分(30;130;230)とを有し、
前記眼内レンズの後面は、
前記中央光学部分(20;120;220)と前記触覚状部分(30;130;23
0)の接合部分にある鋭利な突条(24;124;224)と、
前記触覚状部分(30;130;230)の後面にある少なくとも1つの歯(35
;135;235)とを有し、
前記触覚状要素の後面は、前記光学部分の周縁の近くに位置する近位ゾーン(32;132;232)を有し、各近位ゾーンは、各触覚状要素の実質的に幅全体にわたって延びる少なくとも1つの前記歯(35;135;235)を有し、1つ又は複数個の前記歯は、前記触覚状要素から前記光学部分に向かう上皮細胞の移動を制限するために、前記水晶体嚢にぎざぎざをつけるよう設計された鋭利なエッジを有する、眼内レンズ。 - 前記近位ゾーン(32;132;232;332;432)は、少なくとも2つの互いに平行な歯を備えた前記歯(35;135;235;335;435;535)のネットワークを有する、請求項1記載の眼内レンズ。
- 各触覚状要素の1つ又は複数の前記歯(35;135;235;335;435;535)の前記鋭利なエッジは、当該触覚状要素の前記後面の曲率と実質的に連続状態にある、請求項1又は2記載の眼内レンズ。
- 各触覚状要素の1つ又は複数の前記歯(35;135;535)の半径方向断面は、実質的に同一の形態及び同一の寸法を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 各触覚状要素の1つ又は複数の前記歯の前記鋭利なエッジは、前記光学部分(20;120;220)の前記周縁(23)の前記鋭利な突条(24;124;224)に実質的に平行であり、前記光学部分(20;120;220)の前記周縁(23)の前記鋭利な突条(24;124;224)と同一の球面上に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 1つ又は複数の前記歯(35;135;235;335;535)の前記鋭利な突条は、前記触覚状要素の前記後面に対して鋭角をなした外側傾斜部(35A)と当該触覚状要素の前記後面に実質的に垂直な内側傾斜部(35B)の交差部のところに形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 1つ又は複数の前記歯(35;135;235;335;435;535)の高さは、0.05mm〜0.1mmである、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 1つ又は複数の前記歯(35;135;235;335;535)の前記鋭利なエッジは、逆方向に40°〜70°をなして傾けられた2つの傾斜部の交差部のところに位置している、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 各触覚状要素の前記歯のネットワークに属する連続して位置した歯(435)相互間の溝(436)が、U又はVの形の半径方向断面を有し、前記歯の各々の前記鋭利な突条は、当該触覚状要素の後面と前記溝の自由縁の交差部のところに形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 1つ又は複数の前記歯の前記鋭利な突条は、当該触覚状要素の前記後面に対して僅かに突き出ている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 各触覚状要素の前記歯(335)は、互いに異なる半径方向幅を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 1つ又は複数の前記歯(35;135;235;335;535)は、後方に且つ前記光学部分の外周部に向かって傾斜した傾斜部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 1つ又は複数の前記歯(35;135;235;335;435;535)は、0.5〜0.8mmの半径方向幅にわたって延びている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記ゾーンは、前記光学部分の前記周縁と当該触覚状要素の互いに反対側の縁部との間に位置した全体として三角形の形をした、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 各触覚状要素の前記後面は、前記光学部分(20;120;220)の前記後面(22;122;222)に対して、前記周縁(23)のところの前記鋭利な突条(24;124;224)の高さだけ僅かにずらされている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記眼内レンズ(10;110;210)は、大部分が又は全体が、疎水性又は親水性の軟質アクリル系ポリマーで作られている、請求項1又は2に記載の眼内レンズ。
