Claims (12)
- 患者の生体情報を取得する取得部と、
前記生体情報に基づいて前記患者の生体の状態について良否を判定する基準として、経時的に変化する閾値を記憶する記憶部と、
前記取得部によって取得された前記生体情報を、取得時の時間に基づく前記閾値と比較して、前記患者の生体の異常を判定する判定部と、
取得された前記生体情報の経時的な変化のパターンをモニタリングするモニタリング部と、を有し、
前記記憶部は、前記生体情報の経時的な変化の基準パターンを予め記憶しており、
前記判定部は、前記モニタリング部によりモニタリングされた前記生体情報の経時的な変化のパターンを、前記記憶部に記憶されている基準パターンと照合し、一致する場合に、前記異常の判定を開始する生体情報モニタリング装置。 - 任意の時間と当該任意の時間における前記閾値との組について、複数組の入力を受け付ける受付部と、
入力された複数組に基づいて、前記閾値の経時的な変化を設定する設定部と、
をさらに有する請求項1に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。 - 前記判定部は、取得した前記生体情報が前記閾値に達したかを判定し、
前記判定部により前記生体情報が前記閾値に達したと判定される場合、警報を発する警報部をさらに有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。 - 前記記憶部は、経時的に変化する前記閾値を複数記憶し、
前記判定部は、何れの前記閾値に達したかによって、異常の度合を判定する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。 - 前記記憶部は、経時的に変化しない閾値をさらに記憶する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。
- 前記生体情報は、動脈血酸素飽和度についての情報である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。
- 前記警報部は、異なる複数の警報を発することができ、
前記警報部は、前記判定部によって判定された異なる複数の異常の度合に対応する前記警報を発する請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。 - 表示部をさらに有し、
少なくとも一つの前記経時的に変化する閾値と、前記異常の判定中に取得された生体情報の経時的な変化のパターンとを前記表示部に表示させる請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。 - 前記閾値は、前記時間に対して段階的に変化する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。
- 前記閾値は、さらにユーザ入力に基づいて段階的に順次切り替わる請求項9に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。
- 前記閾値は、ユーザ入力に基づいて段階的に順次切り替わる請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。
- 前記警報部は、前記段階的に変化する閾値の段階毎に、異なる警報を発する請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の生体情報モニタリング装置。
