Description
Claims (23)
- プロセッサ及びメモリを有するコンピュータにおいて潅流情報を決定する方法であって、前記プロセッサが、
少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤を示すデータのスペクトル分解を実施するステップであって、前記少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤は、調節プロファイルに基づいて同時に被検体の同じ血管へ投与されたものであって、それぞれ異なるスペクトル特性を示す、ステップと、
スペクトル再構成に基づいて、前記少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤の濃度を決定するステップと、
前記2つの異なる造影剤の濃度の比率及び前記調節プロファイルに基づいて、潅流パラメータを決定するステップと、
を実施する、方法。 - 前記調節プロファイルが、三角形、鋸歯又は正弦波のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 投与された各造影剤の量は、ある時間にわたって実質的に連続的に変化する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの造影剤の合計量は、ある時間にわたって実質的に一定である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 2つの異なる造影剤の調節プロファイルは反比例する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スペクトル分解は、少なくとも第1の造影剤に関する第1のK端成分及び第2の造影剤に関する第2のK端成分にデータを分解することを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記潅流パラメータは、通過時間パラメータである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記潅流パラメータは、注入時間に基づく絶対尺度である、請求項1乃至7のいずれ1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤のうち少なくとも1つは、組織特異的な造影剤である、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤のうち少なくとも1つは、非特異的な造影剤である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- コンピュータトモグラフィ装置の各部が制御手段によって制御されるコンピュータトモグラフィ装置の制御方法であって、コンピュータトモグラフィ装置が、多色放射線源と、検出器アレイと、再構成器とを有し、前記制御手段が、
第1及び第2の造影剤が投与された被検体の単一スペクトルスキャンを実施するために、前記多色放射線源及び前記検出器アレイを制御するステップであって、前記第1及び第2の造影剤は、それぞれ異なるスペクトル特性を有し、前記被検体は、前記第1の造影剤の投与から第1の予め設定された時間遅延後に前記第2の造影剤を投与されたものであり、前記第1及び第2の造影剤は、前記被検体の同じ血管に投与されたものであり、前記単一スペクトルスキャンが、前記第2の造影剤の投与から第2の予め設定された時間遅延後に実施されるスキャンである、ステップと、
前記再構成器を制御して、前記検出器アレイからの信号に基づき、第1の生理的フェーズを表わす前記第1の造影剤の第1の画像、及び第2の別の生理的フェーズを表わす前記第2の造影剤の第2の画像を生成するステップと、
を実施する、方法。 - 前記第1のフェーズが門脈静脈フェーズであり、前記第2のフェーズが大動脈フェーズである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の予め設定された時間が非ゼロである、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の予め設定された時間がほぼゼロである、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記スキャンからのデータを、少なくとも前記第1の造影剤に関する第1のK端成分及び前記第2の造影剤に関する第2のK端成分に分解するステップを更に含む、請求項11乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のK端成分は、前記生理的フェーズのうち一方を表わし、前記第2のK端成分は、前記生理的フェーズのうち別の一方を表わす、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 検査領域の周りを回転し、前記検査領域を横切る多色放射線を放出する放射線源と、
前記検査領域をはさんで前記放射線源と向かい合って位置するとともに、前記検査領域を横切る放射線を検出し、それを示す信号を生成する検出器アレイと、
造影剤調節プロファイルに基づいて、少なくとも第1の造影剤及び第2の造影剤を被検体の同じ血管に投与する注射器であって、前記造影剤調節プロファイルに従って、前記第1の造影剤の投与から第1の予め設定された時間遅延後に前記第2の造影剤が投与される、注射器と、
前記第1の造影剤の第1の画像及び前記第2の造影剤の第2の画像を生成するために、前記信号をスペクトル的に再構成する再構成器と、
を有し、前記第1及び第2の造影剤が、それぞれ異なるスペクトル特性を有し、前記第1及び第2の造影剤を捉えるための単一スペクトルスキャンが、前記第2の造影剤の投与から第2の予め設定された時間遅延後に実施され、前記再構成器が、前記単一スペクトルスキャンからのスキャンデータに基づいて、第1の生理的フェーズを表わす前記第1の造影剤の第1の画像、及び第2の別の生理的フェーズを表わす前記第2の造影剤の第2の画像を生成する、システム。 - 前記注射器は、前記第1及び前記第2の造影剤をそれぞれ異なる調節パターンに基づいて同時に投与する、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記注射器は、前記第1及び前記第2の造影剤を、それらの投与の間に時間遅延を伴って連続的に投与する、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記再構成器は、前記信号を、少なくとも第1のK端成分及び第2のK端成分を含む成分に分解し、前記第1の画像は、前記第1のK端成分に基づき、前記第2の画像は、前記第2のK端成分に基づく、請求項17乃至19のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記再構成器は更に、前記信号を、コンプトン効果成分及び光電効果成分に分解し、第3の画像が、前記コンプトン効果成分に基づいて生成され、第4の画像が、前記光電効果成分に基づいて生成される、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記調節プロファイルを決定し、提供する調節器を更に有する、請求項17乃至21のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 検査領域の周りを回転し、前記検査領域を横切る多色放射線を放出する放射線源と、
前記検査領域をはさんで前記放射線源と向かい合って位置するとともに、前記検査領域を横切る放射線を検出し、それを示す信号を生成する検出器アレイと、
造影剤調節プロファイルに基づいて、少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤を被検体の同じ血管へ同時に投与する注射器であって、前記少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤は、それぞれ異なるスペクトル特性を示すものである、注射器と、
前記少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤を示すデータのスペクトル分解を実施する手段と、
スペクトル再構成に基づいて、前記少なくとも2つの異なる造影剤の濃度を決定する手段と、
前記2つの異なる濃度の比率及び前記調節プロファイルに基づいて、潅流パラメータを決定する手段と、
を有するシステム。
