Description
Claims (11)
- 患者の上における複数の場所に再位置決められ、それらの場所からの電気活動を伝えるように構成される少なくとも1つの電極、及び
前記電極に電気結合される心電療法装置
を有する心臓の不整脈を治療するシステムにおいて、
前記心電療法装置は、前記電極から信号を受信する、前記受信信号を解析する、及び前記複数の場所からの前記受信信号の品質を示す人間により知覚可能な出力を生成するように動作可能であり、
前記心電療法装置は、患者のECGを測定するように動作可能であり、並びに前記患者のECGを解析し、及び前記受信信号の品質を示す人間により知覚可能な出力を生成するために、心房の信号成分強度の測定値を計算するようにさらに動作可能である制御器を有する、システム。 - 前記制御器は、ECG信号の前記心房の信号成分の振幅に基づいて前記心房の信号成分強度の測定値を計算するように動作可能である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御器は、しきい振幅に対する前記心房の信号成分の振幅に基づいて前記心房の信号成分強度の測定値を計算するように動作可能である請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記心電療法装置は、除細動器を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電極は、
基板、
前記基板の下面に置かれる導体、
前記導体に接している上面を持つ電極であり、患者の皮膚に及び皮膚から電気信号を伝える電極、
前記電極の接着力のある下面、並びに
前記接着力のある下面の部分にわたり延在している接着力のない上面を持つ剥離層であり、前記上面から前記下面に延在すると共に、前記電極と接している導電性材料を有する剥離層
を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記電極は、
基板、
前記基板の下面に置かれる導体、
前記導体に接している上面を持つ電極であり、患者の皮膚に及び皮膚から電気信号を伝える電極、
前記電極の接着力のある下面、並びに
前記接着力のある下面の部分にわたり延在している接着力のない上面を持つ第1及び第2の剥離層であり、非導電性材料から構成される第1及び第2の剥離層
を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記電極は、
基板、
前記基板の下面に置かれる導体、
前記導体に接している上面及び下面を持つ電極であり、前記下面は第1及び第2の部分を持ち、前記第1の部分は前記第2の部分よりも強い接着強度を持ち、電気信号を患者の皮膚に伝える電極、
前記第1の部分にわたり延在すると共に、前記第1の部分に接している第1の剥離層、並びに
前記第2の部分にわたり延在すると共に、前記第2の部分に接している第2の剥離層
を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記電極はヒドロゲルを有する請求項7に記載の電極接合体。
- 患者の上における複数の場所に再位置決められ、それらの場所からの電気活動を伝えるように構成される少なくとも1つの電極、及び前記電極に電気結合される心電療法装置を有する心臓の不整脈を治療するシステムの作動方法において、
患者の上における前記電極の複数の場所に対する患者の電気活動から心房に関する信号を解析するステップ、及び
前記複数の場所に対する前記心房に関する信号の品質を示す人間により知覚可能な出力を生成するステップ、
を有し、前記解析するステップは、
前記患者のECGを測定するステップ、
前記患者のECGを解析するステップ、及び
前記患者のECGの心房の信号成分強度に対する測定値を計算するステップ
を有する方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記心房の信号成分強度に対する前記測定値を計算するステップは、前記心房の信号成分の振幅に基づいている方法。
- 請求項10に記載の方法において、前記心房の信号成分強度に対する前記測定値を計算するステップは、しきい振幅に対する前記心房の信号成分の振幅に基づいている方法。
