Description
The present invention relates to a track snow removal vehicle that removes snow on and around a track so that a road-rail vehicle can travel.
A dual-mode vehicle (Dual Mode Vehicle) that can run on both roads and tracks (tracks) for the purpose of carrying out various operations such as maintenance and inspection on railroad tracks, as well as passenger transportation in local local routes : DMV) is used. A road-rail vehicle is a vehicle in which guide wheels for track travel are mounted on a truck or a microbus that travels on a road. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-209087 (Patent Document 1) and Japanese Patent No. 3671186 (
By the way, in a snow country railway, snow is removed by a large snow removing locomotive or a small snow removing motor car at the time of snowfall / snow accumulation. The snow removal heads of these snow removal vehicles include the Russell type and the rotary type, but the usual Russell head is 70 to 90 mm above the rail top surface, and the rotary head is also lifted by about 50 mm to remove snow. Snow will remain on the top of the rail. In addition, when there is little snow accumulation, snow may be removed by an obstacle such as a train. However, since the obstacle also floats from the rail surface, snow still remains on the rail upper surface.
Even if some snow remains on the top of the rail after snow removal work or after traveling on a train, etc., it can still run in the case of a normal train or train, but an amphibious vehicle that is driven by rubber tires on the rail will slip. End up. In particular, in a road-rail vehicle having a double-wheel rubber tire on the rear wheel, the outer tire positioned outside the drive wheel may ride on the pushed-down snow and derail, and thus cannot travel.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-203360 (Patent Document 3) discloses a method for removing snow from the rail surface by bringing the brush into contact with the rail surface while rotating the brush. However, simply removing snow on the rail surface with a rotating brush leaves snow on the outside of the track, and thus the above-mentioned problem in a dual-tire road-rail vehicle cannot be solved.
In
Further, in the above-described snow removal motor car, since the snow removal device is stored when passing through the railroad crossing so as not to damage the structure of the railroad crossing portion, snow removal in the railroad crossing is not performed. The current situation is that manual snow removal is required for parts where there are structures inside and outside the rail, such as railroad crossings. If there is a railroad crossing where snow removal is not performed, the road-rail car cannot travel.
The present invention solves the above-described problem that it is difficult or impossible to run an amphibious vehicle during snow accumulation, and snow removal that can run an amphibious vehicle by removing snow on the rail upper surface and the outer portion between the rails. It is an object to provide a vehicle.
According to the present invention, there is provided a snow-removing vehicle for both a road and a land which is equipped with a snow removal device at a front portion of the vehicle and can be run on a road and a track with a guide wheel for running on a track. A snow removal device that has a snow removal blade that removes snow from the surface, and that can be opened and closed at a widening position where the snow removal blade is extended outward in the vehicle width direction and a retracted position where the snow removal blade is retracted along the vehicle. When an excessive load is applied to the snow blade, the link member is released from holding by the biasing member, and the link member rotates around the fulcrum, thereby retracting the snow blade to the retracted position. It is preferable to do so.

In addition, a pair of hydraulic cylinders for opening and closing the pair of snow exhaust blades are provided, and the widening width of each snow exhaust blade can be individually adjusted, and the hydraulic cylinder can be controlled from the driver seat of the snow removal vehicle. Preferably.

Further, it is preferable that the guide wheels are provided at a front portion and a rear portion of the vehicle, and the rear guide wheels are flipped up and stored integrally with the rail surface snow removal device when traveling on a road.
Further, the snow removal device mounted on the front of the vehicle is a rotary snow removal device, and the rotary snow removal device can be moved up and down from 0 mm above the rail surface to a height that does not interfere with the vehicle limit with the guide wheel in contact with the rail surface. It is preferable to be configured as follows.
The rotary snow removal device has a snow removal plate provided so as to be movable in the vehicle width direction, and the snow removal width is variably provided by advancing the snow removal plate to the outside of the auger of the rotary snow removal device. Is preferred.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view showing an example of a roadside snow removal vehicle according to the present invention. 2 is a plan view of the snow removal vehicle, and FIG. 3 is a front view of the snow removal vehicle. As shown in these drawings, the
The
At the front and rear of the
The
FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged view showing the
As shown in this figure, the
Up and down of the entire
Here, the vehicle limit will be described. “Vehicle limit” is the maximum size of the cross section of the vehicle and the limit that the building does not enter in order to maintain a certain space in any case and prevent contact between the railway building such as the station building, signal, and power pole and the vehicle. It stipulates. “Vehicle limit” varies depending on the type of vehicle, and FIG. 5 shows an example of the vehicle limit of a non-electrified section railway vehicle. In the

The entry from the road to the track can be easily performed by using a railroad crossing. The railroad crossing is made so that the height of the road surface (road surface) and the height of the rail surface substantially coincide with each other, so that the

As will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 9, a pair of left and right
As shown in FIG. 9, a shaft hole is provided at the tip of a
As shown in FIG. 10, a
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, a blade 54 (widening snow discharge plate) is fixed to the lower part of the
When an excessive load is applied to the
As described above, widening snow removal (snow removal) using the rail surface
Further, it is possible to perform snow removal on the railroad crossing by widening snow removal (snow drainage) work using the rail surface
The left and
FIG. 12 shows a state in which the
By the way, as shown in FIG. 1, the
As described above, the road-rail-
