Claims (13)
- 人工大腿骨頭を寛骨臼に対して方向付ける装置であって、
a.大腿骨の髄内管内に受け入れられるように構成された大腿骨ステムと、
b.前記大腿骨ステムに結合するように構成され、さらに前記寛骨臼に受け入れられるように構成された大腿骨頭部材であって、前記寛骨臼に対する前記人工大腿骨頭の相対位置を方向付けるように構成されたしるしをさらに備え、前記しるしが、前記寛骨臼における前記人工大腿骨頭の適切な相対位置を示す、大腿骨頭部材と
を具備する装置。 - 前記寛骨臼に受け入れられるように構成された寛骨臼コンポーネントをさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記大腿骨頭部材および前記大腿骨ステムの少なくとも一方がトライアルコンポーネントである、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記大腿骨頭部材が、複数のしるしをさらに備え、前記複数のしるしのうちの1つが、前記寛骨臼における前記大腿骨頭の適切な相対位置を示し、前記複数のしるしの他のものが、前記適切な相対位置からの測定された変位量を示す、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記測定された変位量が、前記大腿骨頭と前記寛骨臼と間の相対的な回転の角度測定値である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記大腿骨頭部材が、複数のしるしをさらに備え、前記複数のしるしのうちの1つが、中間位置での前記寛骨臼における前記大腿骨頭の適切な相対位置を示し、前記複数のしるしのうちの他のものが、前記大腿骨ステムの位置がその可動域内で回転する際の前記寛骨臼に対する適切な相対位置を示す、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記適切な相対位置が、前記寛骨臼に対する外転/内転における適切な向きである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記適切な相対位置が、前記寛骨臼に対する前傾/後傾における適切な向きである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記しるしがラインである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記しるしが、前記大腿骨頭部材において緯線方向に方向付けられたラインである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記しるしが、前記大腿骨頭部材において長手方向に方向付けられたラインである、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記しるしが、前記大腿骨頭部材の表面の一部である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
