JP 11-17287 A

However, when cutting steel pipe joints using gas, there is a possibility that fire may occur due to sparks generated at the time of cutting, and it is necessary to cure around the steel pipe joint pillars in order to prevent the occurrence of fire It was necessary to give consideration to the local residents at the construction site. In addition, since the steel pipe joint columns removed after cutting cannot be reused, there are problems such as the need to purchase a new steel pipe joint pillar and change the position of the steel pipe joint pillar. It was.

Therefore, the present invention takes the above-mentioned conventional technology into consideration, and when the construction column position of the fitting type assembled steel pipe joining column is changed or the fitting type assembled steel pipe joining column is removed, the fitting of the steel pipe joining column is performed. The object is to provide a tool that can be disassembled by removing the part.

In order to achieve the above object, in the invention of claim 1, in a fitting type assembled steel pipe joint column in which at least two or more steel pipes are added,
Provided with at least two upper L-shaped members having a substantially reverse L-shape when viewed from the front, comprising a vertical piece having an inner surface abutting against the steel pipe and a horizontal piece projecting outward from the upper outer surface of the vertical piece,
These upper L-shaped members are brought into contact with the lower end of the steel pipe on the upper side of the fitting portion with a hooking claw provided on the lower end of the inner side surface that comes into contact with the steel pipe of the vertical piece, and brought into contact with the steel pipe. The upper L-shaped member is fixed to the upper steel pipe by winding a fixing band from above.
The same number of lower L-shaped members having substantially the same structure as the upper L-shaped member and having no pawls are provided in the same number as the upper L-shaped member, and these lower L-shaped members are respectively provided in the upper L-shaped member. The lower L-shaped member is fixed to the lower steel pipe by bringing it into contact with the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe so that it comes directly below
A hydraulic cylinder is interposed between a horizontal piece of each upper L-shaped member and a horizontal piece of each opposed lower L-shaped member, and each upper L-shaped member is pushed up by operating the hydraulic cylinder. The removal tool for the fitting portion of the steel pipe joint column is used to disengage the fitting between the upper steel pipe and the lower steel pipe.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the inner surface of the upper L-shaped member and the lower L-shaped member, which is in contact with the steel pipe of each vertical piece, is recessed in a transverse mountain shape. It was set as the removal tool of the fitting part.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tool for removing a fitting portion of a steel pipe joint column according to the first or second aspect, wherein a permanent magnet is provided on each vertical piece of the upper L-shaped member and the lower L-shaped member.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a spacer having a thickness substantially equal to the thickness of each vertical piece of the upper L-shaped member and the lower L-shaped member with a gap formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed band. It was set as the removal tool of the fitting part of the steel pipe joint pillar in any one of claim | item 1, 2, or 3.

According to the inventions of claims 1 to 4, when the hydraulic cylinder is operated, the upper steel pipe of the fitting-type assembly steel pipe joint column is lifted, and the upper steel pipe is removed from the fitting portion between the upper steel pipe and the lower steel pipe. It is possible to remove it upward, and the removed steel pipe can be reused for convenience. The ability to reuse the removed steel pipe saves resources and is an ecological measure that has attracted attention in recent years. Moreover, since it was set as the structure which removes the upper steel pipe of a fitting type assembly steel pipe joint pillar using a hydraulic cylinder, compared with the case where it cut | disconnects with gas, a power supply is not required at a building pillar site and there is no danger of a fire.

In particular, according to the invention of claim 2, the inner surface of the upper L-shaped member and the lower L-shaped member that are in contact with the steel pipes of the vertical pieces is recessed in a transverse mountain shape, so that the outer diameter is reduced. It is possible to cope with the removal of the fitting part of the different fitting type assembled steel pipe joint columns, which is convenient.

In particular, according to the invention of claim 3, if the upper L-shaped member and the lower L-shaped member are brought into contact with the upper or lower steel pipe, these members are attracted to the steel pipe by the permanent magnet, I can stop it. Therefore, the operator can easily perform the work of winding the fixing band from above.

In particular, according to the invention of claim 4, by adopting a configuration in which a spacer is interposed between the steel pipe and the fixed band, a gap between the steel pipe and the fixed band is buried, and two or more upper portions are formed. Even when the L-shaped member or the lower L-shaped member is connected, the fixed band is rounded and fixed to the load applied to the upper L-shaped member or the lower L-shaped member by tightening the fixing band or using a pressure cylinder. The band can withstand. Accordingly, the fixed band can be reused.

The present invention is a fitting-type assembly steel pipe joint column in which at least two steel pipes are added, and includes a vertical piece having an inner surface that abuts the steel pipe, and a horizontal piece that protrudes outward from the upper surface of the vertical piece. At least two upper L-shaped members having a substantially inverted L shape when viewed from the front are provided, and these upper L-shaped members are provided at the lower end of the steel pipe on the upper side of the fitting portion and at the lower end of the inner surface that comes into contact with the steel pipe of the vertical piece. The upper claw-shaped claw provided on the upper steel pipe is fixed to the upper steel pipe by winding a fixing band on the steel pipe, and abutting on the steel claw. The same number of lower L-shaped members having substantially the same structure as the members and having no hooking claws are provided in the same number as the upper L-shaped members, and these lower L-shaped members are respectively located directly below the upper L-shaped members. In contact with the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe, the fixed band is wound from above, The lower L-shaped member is fixed to the steel pipe on the side, and a hydraulic cylinder is interposed between the horizontal piece of each upper L-shaped member and the horizontal piece of each opposed lower L-shaped member. By operating, each upper L-shaped member is pushed up, and the upper steel pipe and the lower steel pipe are disengaged from each other. The upper steel pipe can be removed upward from the fitting portion between the upper steel pipe and the lower steel pipe, and the removed steel pipe can be reused for convenience.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing an entire removal tool A attached to a fitting portion between an upper steel pipe 2 and a lower steel pipe 3 of a steel pipe joint column 1. The removal tool A mainly includes an upper L-shaped member 4, a fixing band 5, a push rod 6, a hydraulic cylinder 7, a lower L-shaped member 8, and a fixing band 9.

The upper L-shaped member 4 is made of, for example, metal, and as shown in FIG. The horizontal piece 4b protrudes outward from the upper end of the vertical piece, and the cross section of the vertical piece 4a is concavely curved in a mountain shape as shown in FIG. 2 (b). Thus, since the inner side surface 16 which contacts the outer periphery of the steel pipe joint pillar 1 is dented in a mountain shape, it becomes possible to contact along the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2 having various outer diameters. A permanent magnet 10 is provided at the upper end of the inner surface 16, and the upper L-shaped member 4 can be attracted to the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2 by the permanent magnet 10. Further, a latching claw 11 is provided inwardly at the lower end portion of the inner side surface 16 of the upper L-shaped member 4, and this latching claw 11 is hooked on the lower edge of the upper steel pipe 2 so that the upper L The character-shaped member 4 is fixed to the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2. The upper L-shaped member 4 is in contact with the tip of the push rod 6 on the lower surface 19 of the horizontal piece 4b, and thereby plays a role of transmitting the push-up force received from the hydraulic cylinder 7 to the upper steel pipe 2. And, when the upper claw member 11 is hooked on the lower edge of the upper steel pipe 2, when the upper L-shaped member 4 receives the pushing-up force from the hydraulic cylinder 7, the upper steel pipe 2 and the upper L-shape This prevents the mold member 4 from shifting.

The fixing band 5 is made of, for example, metal, and as shown in FIG. 3, the projecting pieces 12a at both ends of two substantially semicircular outer frames 12 are opposed to each other, and bolts 13 are passed between these projecting pieces 12a. By being tightened with the nut 14, they are combined into a substantially ring shape. The fixing band 5 is wound around the upper steel pipe 2 after the two upper L-shaped members 4 are arranged on the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2, and the two upper L-shaped members 4 are fixed to the outer periphery of the steel pipe 2. To play a role.

The push rod 6 is made of, for example, metal, and is attached to the distal end of the hydraulic cylinder 7 so that the distal end portion comes into contact with the lower surface 19 of the horizontal piece 4 b of the upper L-shaped member 4. The push rod 6 plays a role of transmitting the pushing force of the hydraulic cylinder 7 to the upper L-shaped member 4. A fitting hole 18 is formed in the rear end of the push rod 6 so that the tip of the hydraulic cylinder 7 can be fitted. The hydraulic cylinder 7 is a mechanism that moves the cylinder with the pressure of oil. When the hydraulic cylinder 7 is operated, a pushing force can be obtained. In this embodiment, two hydraulic cylinders 7 are provided, but it is desirable that the hydraulic cylinders 7 can obtain a pushing force of 6 kN to 13 kN. As shown in FIG. 6, a hydraulic cable 15 is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 7, and the hydraulic cable 15 is connected to a hydraulic pump (not shown) arranged on the ground. By operating the hydraulic pump arranged on the ground, the hydraulic cylinder 7 can be operated, so that the worker can work safely from the ground.

The lower L-shaped member 8 is made of, for example, metal and has a substantially inverted L-shape when viewed from the front, as shown in FIGS. It is comprised from the piece 8a and the horizontal piece 8b which protrudes outward from the upper end of the said vertical piece, and the cross section of the vertical piece 8a is concavely curved in the shape of a mountain as shown in FIG.4 (b). Thus, since the inner side surface 24 which contacts the outer periphery of the steel pipe joint pillar 1 is dented in a mountain shape, it becomes possible to contact along the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3 having various outer diameters. A permanent magnet 10 is provided at the upper end of the inner side surface 24, and the lower L-shaped member 8 can be attracted to the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3 by the permanent magnet 10. The lower L-shaped member 8 serves as a table for receiving a reaction force against the pushing force generated by placing the hydraulic cylinder 7 on the horizontal piece 8b and operating the hydraulic cylinder 7. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, not only the hydraulic cylinder 7 is placed on the horizontal piece 8 b of the lower L-shaped member 8, but also the hydraulic cylinder 7 is mounted horizontally on the lower L-shaped member 8. The bolt 17 is screwed into the screw hole provided at the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder 7 through the through-hole 23 provided in the horizontal piece 8b of the lower L-shaped member 8 so that the piece 8b is not displaced or dropped. The hydraulic cylinder 7 is fixed.

The fixed band 9 is made of metal, for example, and has the same configuration as the fixed band 5. The fixing band 9 is wound around the lower steel pipe 3 from the two lower L-shaped members 8 arranged on the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3, and the two lower L-shaped members 8 are It plays a role of fixing to the outer periphery of the steel pipe 3.

Next, a method of removing the upper steel pipe 2 from the steel pipe joint column 1 using the removal tool A will be described. First, the worker hooks the latching claw 11 on the lower edge of the upper steel pipe 2 and makes the two upper L-shaped members 4 face each other and adsorb to the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2. Then, the outer frame 12 is put on the two upper L-shaped members 4 adsorbed on the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2 and assembled using bolts 13 or the like, and the fixing band 5 is wound around the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2. turn. When the fixing band 5 is wound around the upper steel pipe 2, the two upper L-shaped members 4 are such that the inner surface 16 of the vertical piece 4a abuts the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2 and the horizontal piece 4b is outward. It will be fixed to the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2 in the protruding state. Next, the two lower L-shaped members 8 are opposed to each other and adsorbed to the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3 so as to be directly below the upper L-shaped members 4. Then, an outer frame is put on top of the two lower L-shaped members 8 adsorbed on the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3 and assembled using bolts or the like, and the fixing band 9 is wound around the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3. . As shown in FIG. 5, when the fixing band 9 is wound around the lower steel pipe 3, the two lower L-shaped members 8 are such that the inner side surface 24 of the vertical piece 8 a contacts the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3. The horizontal piece 8b is in contact with and fixed to the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3 in a state of protruding outward.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 5 in which the spacer 22 is sandwiched between the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3 and the fixed band 9, the lower L-shape is spaced apart from the inner periphery of the fixed band 9. A spacer 22 having a thickness substantially equal to the thickness of the vertical piece 8a of the member 8 may be provided. By sandwiching the spacer 22, the gap between the lower steel pipe 3 and the fixed band 9 is filled, and even when two or more lower L-shaped members 8 are connected, the circular shape of the fixed band 9 is secured. The fixing band 9 can withstand the load applied to the lower L-shaped member 8 by the fastening of the fixing band 9 or the pressure cylinder 7. Therefore, the fixed band 9 can be reused.

The fixing band 5 is wound around the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2, and the fixing band 9 is wound around the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3. 14 is not screwed completely, and some play is provided.

Then, the front end portions of the two hydraulic cylinders 7 are inserted into the fitting holes 18 at the rear end portions of the push rods 6 and fitted together, and the hydraulic cylinder 7 and the push rod 6 are integrated. Then, the hydraulic cylinder 7 is placed on the horizontal piece 8 b of the lower L-shaped member 8, and is fixed using bolts 17. As a result, the tip of the push rod 6 integrated with the hydraulic cylinder 7 comes into contact with the horizontal piece 4 b extending outward from the upper L-shaped member 4. After confirming that the tip of the push rod 6 is in contact with the lower surface 19 of the horizontal piece 4b, the bolt 13 is completely screwed onto the nut 14 to fix the fixing band 5 and the fixing band 9 respectively. Then, “fixed” to the outer periphery of the upper steel pipe 2 and the outer periphery of the lower steel pipe 3. In addition, since the space | interval of the upper L-shaped member 4 and the lower L-shaped member 8 is not appropriate, the front-end | tip of the push rod 6 is not contacting the lower surface 19 of the horizontal piece 4b of the upper L-shaped member 4 well. For example, the fixed band 5 and the fixed band 9 are moved to adjust the distance between the upper L-shaped member 4 and the lower L-shaped member 8, and then the bolt 13 is completely screwed to the nut 14. Then, “Fix it”. Thereafter, a hydraulic cable 15 is connected to each hydraulic cylinder 7. Thus, the attachment of the removal tool A to the steel pipe joint column 1 is completed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the crane 21 and the upper steel pipe 2 are connected via the wire 20. This is because the crane 21 supports the upper steel pipe 2 after being removed from the steel pipe joining column 1. Then, a hydraulic pump (not shown) is operated on the ground, the hydraulic cylinder 7 connected through the hydraulic cable 15 is operated, the upper steel pipe 2 is lifted, and the crane 21 is operated in accordance with the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 7. Then, the upper steel pipe 2 is pulled right above. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper steel pipe 2 is removed from the steel pipe joint pillar 1.

Thus, by constituting the removal tool A, it becomes possible to operate the hydraulic cylinder 7 to remove the upper steel pipe 2 of the steel pipe joint column 1 from the fitting portion of the steel pipe joint column 1 and remove it. The upper steel pipe 2 can be reused for convenience.
