Hereinafter, a steel tower dismantling method and work jig using a helicopter according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the existing steel tower 10 is disassembled. First, as shown in FIG. 1, after removing the electric wires installed on the steel tower 10, an annular member 20 that is a circular metal ring is temporarily installed on the top 10 a of the steel tower 10. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the annular member 20 is held by a positioning member 22 that holds both sides thereof and is positioned in a vertical state. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the positions of the annular member 20 and the positioning member 22 are attached to the top 10 a of the steel tower 10 or the steel tower component 26 in the middle of the existing steel tower 10.

For example, as shown in FIG. 13, the wire 30 that is a connecting member that connects the annular member 20 and the steel tower component 26 to be disassembled is connected to the annular member 20 by a metal ring 32, and the other end of the wire 30 is also disassembled. It is connected to the steel tower component 26 by a metal ring 32. The standing portions 23 on both sides of the positioning member 22 face each other with a width slightly wider than the thickness of the annular member 20, and sandwich the annular member 20 between both sides. The positioning member 22 is provided with a fixing bracket 24 to be fixed to the steel tower constituent member 26 at the lower part, and is fixed to the steel tower constituent member 26 with a bolt 25.

The disengagement between the dismantled part of the steel tower 10 and the remaining part is performed using a support member 34 that is a jig for facilitating removal of the bolt connecting the steel tower constituting member 26. The support member 34 is attached to at least one of the portion transported by the helicopter 40 and the remaining steel tower component member 26. In this embodiment, the remaining portion of the steel tower component 26 is fixed with bolts and nuts (not shown). As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the support member 34 includes a support portion 35 having an L-shaped cross section, a male screw member 36 to which a tip of one side surface of the support portion 35 is fixed, and the male screw member 36. It comprises a screwed nut member 37 and a receiving portion 39 for receiving the nut member 37. A through hole is formed in the receiving part 39, and the male screw member 36 is inserted coaxially with the through hole, and is provided with an insertion support part 41 that guides stably. An attachment hole for fixing to the steel tower component 26 is formed on a side surface of the receiving portion 39 that is perpendicular to the side surface on which the insertion support portion 41 is provided. As shown in FIGS. 1, 8, etc., the steel tower component 26 is firmly fixed to the side surface of the steel tower component 26 with bolts and nuts (not shown).

A connecting member between the steel tower component 26 on the side transported by the helicopter 40 and the steel tower component 26 of the lower main pillar 11 connected thereto is supported on the lower end surface 26a of the steel tower component 26 on the transport side. The support portion 35 of 34 is brought into contact, and the male screw member 36 is raised by the rotation of the nut member 37, and the lower end surface 26 a is slightly pushed up by the support portion 35. Thereby, it becomes easy to remove the bolt 42 connecting the steel tower component members 26. About the four main pillar materials 11, the tower member 26 is pushed up with the nut member 37 in order, and the volt | bolt 42 is removed.

After the bolt 42 is removed, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the shaft member 52 of the connecting jig 50 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole, and the pin 54 that is a holding member is attached to the distal end portion of the shaft member 52. Lock to prevent it from coming off. In the connecting jig 50, a shaft member 52 is inserted into a cylindrical exterior member 56, and a handle 58 is attached to the base end portion of the shaft member 52 in a T shape. The long hole 60 is formed facing each other. A coil spring 62, which is an elastic member, is inserted into the exterior member 56, and urges the shaft member 52 in the storage direction.

With the helicopter of this embodiment, the steel tower dismantling method fixes the positioning member 22 to the top portion 10a of the steel tower 10 and a predetermined position of the steel tower 10. Then, the annular member 20 is inserted into the positioning member 22, the four wires 30 are extended from the annular member 20, and the lower ends of the four wires 30 are respectively connected above the center of gravity of the steel tower component 26 that is lifted and conveyed. To do.

And the supporting member 34 is attached and fixed to each side surface of the four main pillar materials 11, and the part which the steel tower 10 conveys is slightly lifted by turning the nut member 37. Then, all the bolts 42 are removed in order with respect to the main pillar material 11, and the shaft member 52 of the connecting jig 50 is against one side of the removed through holes against the urging force of the coil spring 62 by the handle 58. And a pin 54 is inserted into the tip of the shaft member 52 to prevent it from coming off. This operation is sequentially performed on the four main pillar members 11.

When the removal of the bolts 42 and the attachment of the connecting jig 50 are finished for the four main pillars 11, the helicopter 40 is positioned above the steel tower 10, and the annular member 20 is engaged with the hooks 44. If the engagement is ensured, the helicopter 40 starts to rise, and the helicopter 40 contacts the worker on the ground. A string 64 as a removing member is tied to the pin 54, and the pin 54 is formed so as to fall off the shaft member 52 when pulled from below. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, in response to the communication from the helicopter 40, the string 64 is pulled on the ground, and the pin 54 is pulled out from the shaft member 52. Then, due to the urging force of the coil spring 62, the shaft member 52 is retracted into the exterior member 56, and falls off from the steel tower constituting member 26 of the main pillar 11. Since the connecting jig 50 is connected to the support member 34 by the string 66, it does not fall to the ground.

In this state, the steel tower constituting member 26 on the transport side only has its lower end surface 26a resting on the support portion 35 of the support member 34, but since it is suspended by the helicopter 40, the helicopter 40 Ascended, it is lifted in the air. As shown in FIG. 3, the lifted steel tower component 26 is transported to a predetermined place by the helicopter 40 as it is.

Further, similarly, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the hook 44 of the helicopter 40 is engaged with the annular member 20 by the positioning member 22 and the annular member 20 attached to the next conveyance portion, and is suspended by the helicopter 40. Carry it down.

According to the steel tower dismantling method of this embodiment, it is not necessary to take many places around the existing steel tower 10, and the dismantling cost can be significantly reduced. Moreover, the dismantling of the tower 10 can be performed safely and efficiently by using dismantling jigs such as the annular member 20, the positioning member 22, the support member 34, and the connecting jig 50.

Note that the steel tower dismantling method and work jig by the helicopter of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiment, and the annular member, the support member, and the connecting jig can be appropriately set in shape, and the holding member Also, members other than pins may be used.
