Description

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a columnar structure made of reinforced concrete having a hollow structure and a hanging jig.

In general, in a columnar structure in which a plurality of main reinforcing bars are arranged in the vicinity of a concrete surface, such as a pier made of reinforced concrete, a construction section having a predetermined height as described in, for example, “Patent Document 1”. Construction is performed by placing reinforcement and placing concrete every time.

Further, in the columnar structure made of reinforced concrete having a hollow structure like the pier described in “Patent Document 1”, a configuration in which a plurality of main reinforcing bars are arranged in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall. However, at that time, the main reinforcing bars arranged in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall may be arranged in two rows at a predetermined interval in the thickness direction of the peripheral wall.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-82019

Thus, in the columnar structure in which a plurality of main reinforcing bars are arranged in two rows near the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall, a plurality of distribution reinforcing bars extending in the horizontal direction along the peripheral wall are vertically arranged between these columns. In many cases, they are arranged at a predetermined interval.

In such a case, it is necessary to arrange the reinforcing bars in a very narrow space between the rows. Therefore, by suspending the reinforcing bars one by one in the space, The arrangement is forced by inserting into the space along the axial direction.

However, the former method is very poor in workability, and even in the latter method, the width of the assembly scaffold installed around the columnar structure is limited. There is a problem that it is not easy to perform the work of inserting into the space along the direction.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, Comprising: In the process of constructing the columnar structure made from a reinforced concrete which has a hollow structure, the column shape which can improve the working efficiency at the time of arrange | positioning a distribution reinforcing bar It aims at providing the construction method of a structure.

The present invention is intended to achieve the above object by using a predetermined hanging jig.

That is, the columnar structure construction method according to the present invention is
A columnar structure made of reinforced concrete having a hollow structure, in which a plurality of main reinforcing bars are arranged in two rows at a predetermined interval in the thickness direction of the peripheral wall in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall. A columnar structure in which a plurality of reinforcing bars extending in the horizontal direction along the peripheral wall are arranged at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction; In the construction method of the columnar structure to be constructed,
A step of arranging the plurality of main reinforcing bars on the upper surface of the concrete after construction in the columnar structure;
A step of attaching a predetermined number of the above-mentioned distribution reinforcing bars to a predetermined hanging jig in an arrangement substantially similar to the arrangement at the time of completion of construction;
Suspending a hanging jig to which the predetermined number of distribution reinforcing bars are attached between the rows,
Placing at a predetermined position from the jig narrowing hanging this narrowing suspended is completed by removing the above-mentioned distribution force rebar, only including,
As the hanging jig, using a plurality of articulated steel materials that are pin-coupled to each other in a state where a plurality of supporting steel materials having a reinforcing bar support portion are arranged in series in the vertical direction,
The attachment of each of the power distribution reinforcing bars to the suspension jig is performed in a state where the suspension jig is disposed sideways so that the plurality of articulated steel materials extend in a substantially horizontal direction,
Each of the articulated steel materials is characterized by using articulated steel materials in which a plurality of angle steels each having a substantially U-shaped concave portion opened obliquely upward on the side end face are alternately arranged back to back. To do.

As long as the “columnar structure” is made of reinforced concrete having a hollow structure, the specific shape is not particularly limited. For example, the horizontal cross-sectional shape may be a rectangle, a polygon, a circle, or the like. It can be adopted. The type of the “columnar structure” is not particularly limited, and for example, a bridge pier, a main tower, a tower, or the like can be adopted.

The specific number of the “predetermined number” is not particularly limited, and can be set to, for example, the number of one construction section or a number slightly less than the number of one construction section.

The above-described “hanging jig” is not particularly limited as long as it has a structure in which a plurality of power distribution reinforcing bars can be attached in an arrangement substantially similar to the arrangement at the time of completion of construction. . Here, “arrangement that is substantially the same as the arrangement at the time of completion of construction” means that the vertical interval between the distribution reinforcing bars is set to be approximately the same as the interval at the time of completion of the construction.

As shown in the above configuration, in the columnar structure construction method according to the present invention, a plurality of main reinforcing bars are arranged in two rows at predetermined intervals in the thickness direction of the peripheral wall in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall on the upper surface of the concrete after construction. On the other hand, after attaching a predetermined number of distribution reinforcing bars to be arranged between each row to a predetermined hanging jig in the same arrangement as that at the time of completion of construction, the hanging jig Are suspended between the rows, and each of the distribution reinforcing bars is removed from the hanging jig and placed at a predetermined position. Therefore, the following effects can be obtained.

That is, when the hanging jig is hung between the above-mentioned rows, a predetermined number of distribution reinforcing bars are collectively arranged in the vicinity of the planned arrangement position. The operation of removing the reinforcing bars from each other and placing them at a predetermined position can be performed very easily. Moreover, this placement operation can be performed simultaneously at a plurality of locations.

Moreover, about the operation | work which attaches these predetermined number of power distribution reinforcing bars to the suspension jig | tool, since this can be performed in the ground etc. of columnar structure vicinity, the attachment operation | work can be performed efficiently.

Thus, according to this invention, in the process of constructing the columnar structure made from reinforced concrete which has a hollow structure, the working efficiency at the time of arrange | positioning a distribution reinforcing bar can be improved. And since a hanging jig | tool can be diverted also to the construction in the following construction area, the said effect can be acquired, after ensuring economical efficiency fully.

In the above configuration, if each reinforcing bar is attached to the hanging jig in a state where the hanging jig is disposed sideways, the mounting can be performed directly without using an assembly scaffold. As a result, the mounting operation can be performed more efficiently.

As described above, the specific configuration of the “hanging jig” is not particularly limited. As the hanging jig, a plurality of supporting steel members having reinforcing bar support portions are arranged in series in the vertical direction. If a plurality of articulated steel materials that are pin-coupled to each other in the state are used, the following operational effects can be obtained.

That is, each of the predetermined number of distribution reinforcing bars is bridged to a reinforcing bar support portion of a support steel material fixed at the same height position in a plurality of multi-joint steel materials, so that each of the distribution reinforcing bars has a predetermined height. It can be attached to the hanging jig in a state of being positioned so as to extend in the horizontal direction at the position. Therefore, if the position of the reinforcing bar support part of each supporting steel material in each articulated steel material is set to a position corresponding to the height arrangement at the completion of construction of the distributing steel bars, The work of detaching and arranging at a predetermined position can be easily performed. Moreover, even when a plurality of width stop reinforcing bars are arranged so as to straddle each of the distribution reinforcing bars, the removal is easily performed without causing interference with these width stop reinforcing bars by lifting the hanging jig. be able to.

In this case, the suspension jig may be used as an assembly of a plurality of independent articulated steel materials. However, as the suspension jig, the plurality of articulated steel materials are arranged at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction. If a jig that is supported by suspension on a common suspension beam is used, a plurality of articulated steel materials can be collectively suspended while maintaining a predetermined positional relationship. The joint steel material can be easily suspended.

In addition, as each of the articulated steel materials, articulated steel materials in which a plurality of angle irons each having a substantially U-shaped concave portion opened obliquely upward on the side end face are alternately arranged back to back. If it is simple and compact, each distribution reinforcing bar can be reliably supported.

By the way, the above-mentioned “hanging jig” is suitable for suspending power distribution reinforcing bars when constructing a columnar structure made of reinforced concrete having a hollow structure as described above. In general, when a plurality of reinforcing bars extending in the horizontal direction are suspended between each of the plurality of reinforcing bars extending in the substantially vertical direction arranged in two rows, this can be used.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Is a view in the direction of the arrow b.

As shown in the figure, this bridge 10 is an extradosed bridge, and its pier 20 is constructed as a columnar structure having a height of about 100 m extending from the upper surface of a large diameter deep foundation 22 to a bridge girder 24. A pair of main towers 26 are constructed at the upper end portion of the bridge pier 20 so as to sandwich the bridge girder 24, and a plurality of diagonal members 28 are arranged in tension between the main towers 26 and the bridge girder 24. ing.

The pier 20 is a reinforced concrete structure having a hollow structure with a rectangular cross section, and is formed with a constant width of about 12 m in a vertical plane perpendicular to the bridge axis, but in a vertical plane including the bridge axis. Is tapered so that the width gradually decreases from 12 m to 5 m upward.

2 is a detailed cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. 1 (b) and shows a cross-sectional detail taken along the line III-III in FIG.

As shown in these drawings, the pier 20 forms a rectangular box-shaped cross section with a pair of vertical wall portions 20A and a pair of inclined wall portions 20B. The width of each vertical wall portion 20A and each inclined wall portion 20B is set to a value of about 1.2 m. A plurality of main reinforcing bars 34 and 36 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface 32a and the inner peripheral surface 32b of the concrete 32 in the pier 20. At that time, the cover thickness of the concrete 32 is set to a value of about 150 mm. In addition, a plurality of main reinforcing bars 38 are arranged in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface 32a of each inclined wall portion 20B so as to be positioned about 150 mm inside the main reinforcing bar 34.

These three types of main reinforcing bars 34, 36, and 38 are all formed of deformed reinforcing bars having a length of about 6 m. At this time, large-diameter deformed reinforcing bars (for example, D51) are used as the main reinforcing bars 34, 38, while slightly large-diameter deformed reinforcing bars (for example, D38) are used as the main reinforcing bars 36. The main reinforcing bars 34 are arranged at a relatively narrow pitch of about 150 mm, while the main reinforcing bars 36 and 38 are arranged at a relatively wide pitch of about 300 mm. The main reinforcing bars 34, 36, and 38 are arranged in each inclined wall portion 20B so as to extend in a direction inclined by the inclination angle of the inclined wall portion 20B with respect to the vertical direction.

In the pier 20, a plurality of band reinforcing bars 40 are arranged so as to surround the main reinforcing bar 34, and a plurality of band reinforcing bars 42 are arranged along the main reinforcing bar 36 on the inner peripheral side of the main reinforcing bar 36. A plurality of width-retaining reinforcing bars 44 are arranged so as to straddle the band reinforcing bars 40 and 42. Further, each vertical wall portion 20A is provided with a plurality of power distribution reinforcing bars 46 extending in the horizontal direction along the vertical wall portion 20A on the inner side of the plurality of band reinforcing bars 40 by about 150 mm. A plurality of power distribution reinforcing bars 48 extending in the horizontal direction along the vertical wall portion 20A are arranged on the inner side (that is, the outer peripheral side) of the reinforcing bars 42 by about 150 mm. On the other hand, a plurality of distribution reinforcing bars 52 extending along the main reinforcing bar 38 are arranged on the outer peripheral side of the main reinforcing bar 38 in each inclined wall portion 20B.

At that time, the belt reinforcing bars 40 and 42 and the power distribution reinforcing bars 46, 48 and 52 are arranged at the same height with a pitch of about 150 mm in the vertical direction.

In addition, each of the reinforcing bars 42 and each of the distribution reinforcing bars 46, 48, and 52 extend in a straight line in a state where the long and short reinforcing bars are bound by a lap joint, and the main reinforcing bar 34 and the reinforcing bars at the hooks at both ends thereof. 40.

The bridge pier 20 is constructed by arranging bars and placing concrete for each construction section (part indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3) having a predetermined height (specifically, about 6 m).

4, 5 and 6 are diagrams showing the step of arranging the main reinforcing bars 34, 36, 38, the band reinforcing bars 40, 42 and the reinforcing reinforcing bar 52 in the inclined wall portion 20 </ b> B at the position of the cross section taken along the line III-III in FIG. It is.

Before describing this bar arrangement process, the configuration of the hanging jig 100 used in this bar arrangement process will be described.

As shown in the figure, this hanging jig 100 includes four articulated steel members 110 having exactly the same configuration, and supports these four articulated steel members 110 in a horizontal direction at predetermined intervals. The suspension beam 120 is provided. At that time, a suspension wire 114 is locked to the upper end portion of each articulated steel material 110 via a locking ring 112. Further, the suspension beam 120 is made of H-shaped steel extending in the horizontal direction, and brackets 120a for locking the suspension wire 114 are formed at four locations on the lower surface, and 2 on the upper surface thereof. A bracket 120b for locking the wire 102 for lifting the suspension beam 120 with a crane or the like is formed at the location.

FIG. 9 is a detailed view of a part IX in FIG. 8A, and FIG. 10 is a detailed view of a part X in FIG. 8B.

As shown in these drawings, the articulated steel material 110 has a configuration in which a plurality of support steel materials 130 having reinforcing bar support portions 130a are connected to each other in a state where they are arranged in series in the vertical direction. At this time, the plurality of support steel materials 130 are made of a plurality of angle steels alternately arranged back to back, and the reinforcing bar support portions 130a are formed to open obliquely upward on the side end surfaces of the angle steels. It consists of a substantially U-shaped recess. In that case, the angle steel which comprises each support steel material 130 has the width | variety of the one side set to the value of about 40-50 mm.

Pin connection between the supporting steel members 130 is performed by inserting bolts 132 into bolt insertion holes 130 b formed in the supporting steel members 130 and tightening them with nuts 134. At that time, in order to enable a pair of support steel members 130 coupled to each other to rotate, the nut 134 is tightened with an appropriate tightening force, and the rotation is smoothly performed. Therefore, a washer 136 is interposed between the support steel materials 130.

Next, the reinforcing bar arrangement process of the main reinforcing bars 34, 36, 38, the belt reinforcing bars 40, 42 and the distribution reinforcing bar 52 in the inclined wall portion 20B will be described.

In this reinforcing step, first, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of main reinforcing bars 34, 36, and 38 are disposed on the upper surface of the concrete 32 that has been subjected to construction. At this time, the main reinforcing bars 34, 36, 38 are connected to the main reinforcing bars 34, 36, 38 protruding upward from the upper surface of the finished concrete 32 using the coupler 50.

Next, around the main reinforcing bar 34 arranged in the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the inclined wall portion 20B, the number of the reinforcing bars 40 corresponding to one construction section is wound from the outer peripheral side in the vertical direction with an interval of about 150 mm, and With respect to a plurality of main reinforcing bars 36 arranged in the vicinity of the inner peripheral surface of the inclined wall portion 20B, the number of belt reinforcing bars 42 corresponding to one construction section along the main reinforcing bar 36 from the inner peripheral side is about 150 mm in the vertical direction. Arrange them at intervals.

On the other hand, the number of distribution reinforcing bars 52 corresponding to one construction section is attached in advance to the hanging jig 100 in an arrangement substantially similar to the arrangement at the time of completion of the construction (that is, the arrangement shown in FIG. 3).

Each of the distribution reinforcing bars 52 is attached to the suspension jig 100 in a state where the articulated steel members 110 are disposed sideways on the ground 2 near the pier 20 as shown in FIG. At this time, each supporting steel material 130 constituting the articulated steel material 110 is configured as a substantially U-shaped concave portion in which the reinforcing bar support portion 130a is formed obliquely upward, so that the articulated steel material 110 is disposed sideways. Even in the state, it is possible to easily attach the distribution reinforcing bars 52. At that time, a pillow material 104 is interposed between each articulated steel material 110 and the ground 2 in order to make this attachment work easier.

Thus, when the lifting jig 100 in which the installation of the number of distribution reinforcing bars 52 for one construction section is completed is lifted with a crane or the like, as shown in FIG. It rises sequentially from the support steel material 130 located at the upper end, and its direction changes from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction. At this time, since each reinforcing bar support portion 130a is configured as a substantially U-shaped concave portion formed obliquely upward, even if the orientation of each supporting steel material 130 changes, the reinforcing bar support 130a can distribute the reinforcing bars. 52 will not fall out.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the lifting jig 100 to which the number of distribution reinforcing bars 52 for one construction section is attached is lifted by a crane or the like and moved to a position above the construction section in the inclined wall portion 20B. After that, the suspension jig 100 is suspended, and the four articulated steel members 110 are inserted between the main reinforcing bars 34 and the main reinforcing bars 38 arranged in two rows, and the hanging jig 100 is suspended. .

At the time of the suspension, as shown in FIG. 7, each distribution reinforcing bar 46 is attached to the suspension jig 100 in a state where the overall length is shorter than that at the time of completion of the construction. That is, the two reinforcing bars constituting each of the distribution reinforcing bars 46 are bound together with a longer overlap allowance than when the construction is completed. In this way, each distribution reinforcing bar 46 can be suspended without interfering with the main reinforcing bar 34 and the band reinforcing bar 40 located at the end of the vertical wall portion 20A.

As shown in FIG. 5, the articulated steel members 110 inserted between the main reinforcing bars 34 and the main reinforcing bars 38 arranged in two rows descend between the rows by hanging the hanging jig 100. However, at that time, since the main reinforcing bars 34 and 38 are inclined by the inclination angle of the inclined wall portion 20B with respect to the vertical direction, the main reinforcing bars 34 and 38 are lowered along the main reinforcing bar 38 located on the inner peripheral side.

As shown in FIG. 6, the suspension jig 100 is suspended by suspending the suspension jig 100 to a position where the lower end portion of each articulated steel material 110 reaches the vicinity of the upper surface of the finished concrete 32. Although completed, each of the power distribution reinforcing bars 52 is removed from the hanging jig 100 where the hanging is completed, and is arranged at a predetermined position (ie, the position shown in FIG. 3).

In the vertical cross section shown in the drawing, when the suspension of the suspension jig 100 is completed, the power distribution reinforcing bars 52 are already disposed at substantially the same positions as when the construction is completed. Therefore, after this suspension is completed, each of the distribution reinforcing bars 52 is brought into contact with the main reinforcing bar 38, and the two reinforcing bars constituting the distribution reinforcing bar 52 are moved in the direction of shortening the both ends thereof. The hooks are locked to the main reinforcing bar 34 and the belt reinforcing bar 40 located at the end of the vertical wall portion 20A, whereby the arrangement is completed.

Thus, after arrangement | positioning of the number of the distribution reinforcing bars 52 of the number for one construction section is completed, the lifting jig | tool 100 is lifted and each articulated steel material 110 is removed from between the main reinforcement 34 and the main reinforcement 38. .

As described above in detail, the columnar structure construction method according to the present embodiment arranges a plurality of main reinforcing bars 34, 36, 38 on the upper surface of the concrete 32 that has already been constructed, while the number of distribution forces for one construction section After the reinforcing bars 52 are attached to the hanging jig 100 in an arrangement substantially similar to the arrangement at the time of completion of construction, a plurality of main reinforcing bars arranged in two rows near the outer peripheral surface of the inclined wall portion 20B. Since it hangs between each row | line in 34 and 38, each distribution reinforcing bar 52 is removed from this hanging jig | tool 100, and it arrange | positions in a predetermined position, the following effects can be acquired. .

That is, when the lifting jig 100 is suspended between the rows, the number of distribution reinforcing bars 52 corresponding to one construction section are collectively arranged in the vicinity of the planned placement position. The operation of detaching each reinforcing bar 52 from the hanging jig 100 and arranging it at a predetermined position can be performed very easily. Moreover, this placement operation can be performed simultaneously at a plurality of locations.

Moreover, about the operation | work which attaches each of these power distribution reinforcing bars 52 to the hanging jig | tool 100, since this can be performed in the ground 2 near the bridge pier 20, the attachment operation | work can be performed efficiently.

Thus, according to this embodiment, in the process of constructing the pier 20 made of reinforced concrete having a hollow structure, it is possible to increase the working efficiency when arranging the distribution reinforcing bars 52. And since the hanging jig | tool 100 can be diverted also to the construction in the following construction area, the said effect can be acquired, after ensuring economical efficiency fully.

Further, in this embodiment, each of the distribution reinforcing bars 52 is attached to the hanging jig 100 in a state where the hanging jig 100 is disposed sideways. It can be performed directly without using it, and the mounting operation can be performed more efficiently.

Further, in the present embodiment, as the hanging jig 100, four articulated steel members 110 formed by pin-bonding a plurality of supporting steel members 130 having reinforcing bar support portions 130a in series in the vertical direction are provided. Since it is designed to be used, the following effects can be obtained.

That is, each of the number of distribution reinforcing bars 52 corresponding to one construction section is bridged to the reinforcing bar support portion 130a of the supporting steel material 130 fixed at the same height position in the four articulated steel materials 110, thereby The distribution reinforcing bars 52 can be attached to the hanging jig 100 in a state of being positioned so as to extend in the horizontal direction at a predetermined height position. At that time, the position of the reinforcing bar support portion 130a of each supporting steel material 130 in each articulated steel material 110 is set to a position corresponding to the height arrangement at the time of completion of the construction of the distribution steel reinforcing bars 52. Therefore, it is possible to easily perform the operation of removing each of the distribution reinforcing bars and arranging them at a predetermined position. Moreover, although the several width | variety stop reinforcing bar 44 is arrange | positioned so that each distribution reinforcing bar 52 may be straddled, the removal can be performed easily by lifting up the hanging jig | tool 100. FIG.

Further, in the present embodiment, as the hanging jig 100, a jig in which the four articulated steel members 110 are supported by being suspended by the common hanging beam 120 at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction is used. These four articulated steel members 110 can be suspended in a lump while maintaining a predetermined positional relationship, whereby the four articulated steel members 110 can be easily suspended.

Particularly in the present embodiment, the distribution reinforcing bars 52 are arranged in a narrow space between the main reinforcing bars 34 and 38 extending in two rows in the direction inclined by the inclination angle of the inclined wall portion 20B with respect to the vertical direction. However, the suspension jig 100 has a structure in which four articulated steel members 110 are suspended and supported by the suspension beam 120. By rotating them, the distribution reinforcing bars 52 attached thereto can be suspended between the rows.

At that time, the plurality of supporting steel members 130 constituting each articulated steel member 110 are composed of a plurality of angle steels alternately arranged back to back, and the reinforcing bar support portion 130a is formed on the side end surface of the angle steel. Since it is comprised by the substantially U-shaped recessed part formed so that it might open diagonally upwards, it can support each distribution reinforcing bar 52 reliably with a simple and compact structure.

In addition, since each reinforcing bar support portion 130a is configured as a substantially U-shaped concave portion formed obliquely upward in this way, in the state where the hanging jig 100 is disposed sideways as in this embodiment. Even when each of the power distribution reinforcing bars 52 is attached to each of the articulated steel members 110, each of the power distribution reinforcing bars 52 can be easily attached to the articulated steel material 110, and suspended. When the jig 100 is lifted by a crane or the like, although the orientation of the support steel material 130 of each articulated steel material 110 changes from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction, the distribution rebar 52 falls off from the reinforcing bar support portion 130a. You can avoid it.

In the said embodiment, although demonstrated as what uses the four articulated steel materials 110 as the hanging jig | tool 100, what provided the other number of articulated steel materials 110 may also be used. Of course it is possible.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the arrangement | positioning of the band rebar 40 and 42 of the number for one construction area was completed, it demonstrated as what suspends the hanging jig | tool 100, However, these band rebar 40 and 42 are used. It is also possible to suspend the suspending jig 100 in parallel with the work to arrange.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the case where the distribution reinforcing bars 52 are arranged in a narrow space between the main reinforcing bars 34 and 38 arranged to extend in a direction inclined with respect to the vertical direction has been described. Even when the reinforcing bars 34 and 38 are arranged so as to extend in the vertical direction, the same effect as that of this embodiment can be obtained by adopting the same configuration as that of this embodiment.

By the way, the hanging jig 100 used in the above embodiment is particularly suitable for hanging the reinforcing reinforcing bar 52 and the like when constructing the pier 20 made of reinforced concrete having a hollow structure as in the above embodiment. In addition to this, in the case where a plurality of reinforcing bars extending in the horizontal direction are suspended between the above-described rows of a plurality of reinforcing bars extending in a substantially vertical direction arranged in two rows at predetermined intervals, in general, this suspension treatment is performed. The tool 100 can be used.
