Description
Claims (13)
- 点火不能な液体を燃焼室内に直接噴射する、燃焼室及び点火不能な液体を用いて内燃機関を制動する方法において、前記点火不能な液体を燃料の代わりに、内燃機関の出力運転時であれば燃料が供給されるかつ/又は点火される時点において噴射することを特徴とする、燃焼室及び点火不能な液体を用いて内燃機関を制動する方法。
- 前記内燃機関が、燃焼室を備えるガスタービンであり、前記点火不能な液体を前記ガスタービンの燃焼室内に噴射する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記内燃機関が、燃焼室を備えるピストン機械であり、前記点火不能な液体を前記ピストン機械の燃焼室内に噴射する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ピストン機械がロータリピストン機械であり、ロータリピストンの回転運動中、上死点としての最狭小位置の直前において、最狭小位置において、かつ/又は最狭小位置の後において、前記点火不能な液体を前記燃焼室内に噴射する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ピストン機械が往復動ピストン機械であり、ピストンの線形運動中、上死点の直前において、上死点において、かつ/又は上死点の後において、前記点火不能な液体を前記燃焼室内に噴射する、請求項3記載の方法。
- 上死点前5°、特に0.5°から、上死点後30°、特に15°の範囲で、有利には上死点において、前記点火不能な液体の噴射を開始する、請求項4又は5記載の方法。
- 前記点火不能な液体の噴射を下死点前に終了する、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記往復動ピストン機械が、2サイクルエンジンとして2つのサイクルを備え、作業行程を有する第1のサイクルが、上死点から下死点又は排気口の開放まで延びており、前記点火不能な液体を第1のサイクルの前、第1のサイクルの開始時かつ/又は第1のサイクル中に噴射する、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ピストン機械が、4サイクルエンジンとして4つのサイクルを備え、第3のサイクルが、上死点から下死点又は排気口の開放まで作業行程を有して延びており、前記点火不能な液体を第3のサイクルの前、第3のサイクルの開始時かつ/又は第3のサイクル中に噴射する、請求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記点火不能な液体を噴射中霧化する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 燃料噴射システムを備える内燃機関において、前記点火不能な液体を該燃料噴射システムを介して噴射する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 燃料噴射システム及び第2の噴射システムを備える内燃機関において、前記点火不能な液体を該第2の噴射システムを介して噴射する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記点火不能な液体として水を噴射する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
