Description

The present invention relates to a thermal insulation structure of the bath with the bath tub bottom heat insulating material.

Additional piping may be connected to the bathtub side wall, such as an injection port or a water absorption port of a jet jet apparatus.
And in preparation for an emergency leak from the pipe connection port of such a bathtub, the structure (for example, patent document 1) which receives a bathtub with a bathtub pan from the lower part, and so that a pipe connection port is received for every pipe connection port Due to a structure (for example, Patent Document 2) in which the water pan is attached to the side wall of the bathtub and the water leaked by the water pan flows from the drain pipe connected to the water pan to the drainage path. Even if there is, it is made so that the building frame will not get wet.

However, in the former structure, the entire bathtub is received by a waterproof pan, but the waterproof pan is generally made of FRP because it is subject to wall / bath load. There will be a cost. In addition, when the apron provided on the washing place side is opened, the upper surface of the waterproof pan can be seen from the washing place side, and the appearance of the waterproof pan is poor.

On the other hand, in the latter structure, a water receiving pan is provided for each pipe connection port, and a water leakage drain pipe for draining water leakage is connected to each water receiving pan. Therefore, when there are many pipe connection ports such as a bathtub equipped with jet jet devices such as five locations (suction × 1, discharge × 4) of a four-hole jet, it is difficult to cope with and there is a problem in workability. In addition, the shape of the plumbing fixtures connected to the bathtub is not uniform, and water pans must be prepared for each plumbing fixture. May be adversely affected.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a heat insulating structure for a bathtub according to the present invention is provided with a piping device penetrating the side wall of the bathtub, and the bathtub bottom heat insulating material is located below the bottom of the bathtub and the through portion of the piping device. It is a heat insulation structure for a bathtub that is attached to the bathtub while surrounding the bathtub side wall from the outside and being stopped from the upper end of the bathtub bottom insulation so that water does not enter between the bathtub bottom insulation and the bathtub. The bath bottom heat insulating material has a recessed groove forming portion in the circumferential direction of the upper end of the bath bottom heat insulating material, and the notch cuts out the outer peripheral side of the bath bottom heat insulating material of the groove forming portion. It is formed Te, pipe adapter comprising a pipe connection nozzle provided continuously to the adapter body and the adapter body, fitting the a da adapter itself in the notch, the outer peripheral edge of the pipe connection nozzle bathtub bottom heat insulating material Outside It is configured to be installed in the bathtub bottom heat insulating material in a state where it is installed, so that water leaked from the bathtub flowing into the groove forming part is drained through a water leakage drain pipe connected to the pipe connection nozzle. It is characterized by.

Moreover, the said bathtub bottom part heat insulating material is equipped with the heat insulating material main body which consists of a foamed polystyrene, and the waterproof layer made from the urethane resin-type coating material which comprises the surface of the groove formation part of this heat insulating material main body.
The material of the heat insulating material main body is not particularly limited as long as the heat insulating performance is high, such as a foamed styrene resin, a foamed urethane resin, a foamed polyethylene resin, or the like, but a foamed styrene resin is preferable in consideration of manufacturing costs.

The waterproof layer is not particularly limited as long as it can cover the groove forming surface of the heat insulating material body made of foamed resin that is not completely waterproof so that water leakage does not penetrate into the heat insulating material body. It is preferable to form with the material which has tolerance with respect to components, such as surfactant contained in the bath-washing agent and detergent for bath cleaning.
The method of forming the waterproof layer is not particularly limited. For example, a method of applying a paint to be the waterproof layer to the heat insulating material body, and a resin to be the waterproof layer are extruded into a cross-sectional shape along the upper end surface of the heat insulating material body. A method of fitting the extruded product so as to be along the upper end surface of the heat insulating material main body is mentioned, and a method of applying a paint is preferable in consideration of manufacturing cost and manufacturing workability.

Moreover, as said coating material, since it has the tolerance to surfactant contained in detergent etc., a urethane resin-type coating material is preferable.
The urethane resin-based paint is not particularly problematic as long as the heat insulating material main body is not dissolved, and examples thereof include a two-component mixed type such as Efretan manufactured by Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry .

In the heat retaining structure of the present invention, the water leakage drain pipe is not particularly limited, but preferably faces the drain trap of the bathroom and includes a check valve at the outlet of the water leakage drain pipe.

Although it does not specifically limit as a water stop material, For example, a silicone resin type sealing agent is mentioned.
Moreover, you may make it a bathtub cover the exposed part of the side wall of the upper part of a bathtub bottom part heat insulating material with another heat insulating material.

The heat insulating structure of the bathtub according to the present invention is provided with a piping device penetrating the side wall of the bathtub, and the bathtub bottom heat insulating material surrounds the bathtub bottom and the bathtub side wall below the through portion of the piping device from the outside, A heat insulation structure of a bathtub attached to the bathtub in a state where water is stopped between the bathtub bottom heat insulator and the bathtub from the upper end side of the bathtub bottom heat insulator, and the bathtub bottom heat insulator is An adapter body having a recessed groove forming portion in the circumferential direction of the upper end of the bathtub bottom heat insulating material and a notch formed by cutting out the outer peripheral side of the bathtub bottom heat insulating material of the groove forming portion. state the pipe adapter comprising a consecutively been pipe connection nozzle to the adapter body, which said a da adapter itself fitted into the cutout portion, is projected to the pipe connection nozzle on the outside of the outer periphery of the tub bottom heat insulating material At the bathtub bottom Since the water leakage from the bathtub that has been attached to the heat insulating material and has flowed into the groove forming portion is drained through the water leakage drain pipe connected to the pipe connection nozzle, it is connected to the bathtub of the piping apparatus. Even if water leaks from the mouth, it is received in the groove formed by the groove forming portion. Then, the water leaked in the groove flows into the drainage path through the adapter main body fitted into the notch, the pipe connection nozzle connected to the adapter main body, and the water leak drain pipe connected to the pipe connection nozzle. It becomes drained at.

Therefore , if the heat insulation structure of the present invention is used, it is not necessary to use a waterproof pan or a water pan, and it can be carried out together with the construction of the heat insulation material conventionally performed, and the cost can be reduced and the workability is also good. It becomes.
And even if a piping connection port is provided in any position of a bathtub, it is only necessary to provide a leak water drain pipe in one place, and the workability and construction cost of a water leak drain pipe can also be reduced.

Further, in the heat insulation structure of the present invention, if the water leakage drainage pipe faces the drain trap in the bathroom and has a check valve, a sufficient drainage height difference can be secured and smooth drainage is possible. In addition, the drainage from the bathtub does not flow backward.
Furthermore, if the heat insulating material body is made of foamed styrene resin, it can be manufactured at low cost, and if the waterproof layer is made of urethane resin-based paint, components such as detergents in baths and surfactants contained in bathing agents Can prevent the waterproof layer from deteriorating.

保温材本体2aは、EPS(ビーズ法発泡スチロール)で形成されている。
That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the bathtub bottom heat insulating material 2 has a dish shape surrounding the bottom 12 of the bathtub 1 and the lower end of the bathtub side wall 11 provided so as to rise from the periphery of the bottom 12. And it has the groove formation part 21 which forms the groove | channel D between the bathtub side walls 11 at the time of mounting to the bathtub 1 over a perimeter, and it is a drain outlet in the position which faces the drain outlet of the bottom bathtub 1 A connection hole 23 is formed in the drainage pipe 5a to be connected.
The groove forming portion 21 has an outer peripheral side higher than the inner peripheral side, and a deep groove 21a having a substantially V-shaped cross section at the center.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the bath bottom heat insulating material 2 includes a heat insulating material body 2 a substantially in the shape of the bath bottom heat insulating material 2, and a waterproof layer 2 b serving as a surface layer of the groove forming portion 21.
The heat insulating material body 2a is made of EPS (bead method expanded polystyrene).

The waterproof layer 2b is applied by brushing or spraying the surface layer of the groove forming portion 21 of the heat insulating material body 2a with a two-component urethane paint that is not corroded by the surfactant contained in the detergent for washing the bathtub 1. Is formed by.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, a central portion of a portion disposed on the washing place side of the groove forming portion 21 is cut out, and a water leakage drain pipe made of a flexible tube such as a synthetic resin hose is formed in the cut portion 22. A pipe adapter 7 to which 6 is connected is bonded and fixed in a water-stopped state using a modified silicone resin sealing agent or the like.

The pipe adapter 7 is a synthetic resin molded body such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, and polyethylene, and includes an adapter main body 71 and a pipe connection nozzle 72.
The adapter main body 71 has an open top and is fitted in the notch 22 so as to be joined to the groove forming portion 21 of the bath bottom heat insulating material 2 and a bath bottom heat retaining bath. In addition to projecting to the side of the material 2, the pipe connection nozzle 72 is provided with a nozzle forming portion 71 b having a bowl shape of an upper opening projecting from the side wall surface.

The heat insulating material joining portion 71a is inclined toward the nozzle forming portion 71b at the center in the width direction, and an inclined groove 71c communicating with the nozzle forming portion 71b is formed.
One end of the water leakage drain pipe 6 is connected to the pipe connection nozzle 72. The other end of the water leakage drain pipe 6 is connected to a drain trap 8.
A check valve (not shown) is provided in the leak water drain pipe connection portion 81 of the drain trap 8 so that drainage on the drain trap 8 side does not flow into the leak water drain pipe 6 side.

The bathtub side wall heat insulating material 3 is formed of EPS, and is arranged so as to surround the periphery of the bathtub side wall 11 by combining a plurality of divided bodies and to form a small gap between the bathtub side wall 11 and the bathtub side wall 11. The piping fixture 9 part attached to 1 side wall is notched.
In FIGS. 2 to 4, P is a wash basin pan, and 5b is a main drain pipe connected to the sewer pipe.

According to the heat insulating structure of the bathtub 1, when water leaks from the connection portion of the piping device 9, the water leaking down along the bathtub side wall 11 is indicated by an arrow in FIG. Is received by the groove D through the gap. Then, the water leak received on the groove D enters the inclined groove 71c of the adapter main body 71 through the deep groove 21a of the groove D, and flows into the drain trap 8 through the water leakage drain pipe 6 via the pipe connection nozzle 72. The water is drained from the main drain pipe 5b.
Therefore, even if a waterproof pan is not provided, water leaks from the connecting portion of the piping device 9 to the lower side of the bathtub 1.

In addition, since a check valve is provided at the leakage drainage pipe connection portion of the drain trap 8, even if drainage from the bathtub 1 flows into the drain trap 8 for a period of time, it flows into the leak drainage pipe 6 side and the bathtub bottom heat insulating material 2 Accidents such as overflow from the top of the can be prevented.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the bathtub side wall heat insulating material is provided above the bathtub bottom heat insulating material, but the bathtub side wall heat insulating material may be omitted.

Example 4
A sample plate having a waterproof layer formed on only one surface was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, and then a pipe φ50 × L500 was bonded vertically on the waterproof layer of the sample plate. When the pipe was filled with a stock solution of a detergent (trade name Bath Magiclin) and the inside of the pipe was kept at a gauge pressure of 0.05 kgf / cm 2, the sample plate was moved to the EPS side even after 60 hours. There was no leakage.
