Claims (12)
- 純粋なNMR受信共振器(「受信専用共振器」)(RO)と少なくとも1つの前置増幅器の間の電子インターフェース(10;20;30)であって、受信プロセス時には前記前置増幅器への前記NMR受信共振器(RO)のインピーダンスを変換すると共に、送信プロセス時には前記NMR受信共振器(RO)を開路又は離調するように設計され、前記NMR受信共振器(RO)を開路又は離調するために、前記送信プロセス時に電流が流れる1つ又は複数のスイッチングダイオード(Dopen)が設けられた電子インターフェースにおいて、前記スイッチングダイオード(Dopen)を通って流れるように設計された前記電流を前記スイッチングダイオードに供給することができる1つ又は複数の制御ダイオード(Dmatch1,Dtune1,Dmatch2,Dtune2,Dtune3,Dtune4)を備え、且つ前記制御ダイオード(Dmatch1,Dtune1,Dmatch2,Dtune2,Dtune3,Dtune4)は前記スイッチングダイオード(Dopen)に直接、又は1つ又は複数の追加の直列インピーダンスを通じて接続されることを特徴とする電子インターフェース。
- 前記スイッチングダイオード(Dopen)の1つ又は複数はPINダイオードとして実装されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記制御ダイオード(Dmatch1,Dtune1,Dmatch2,Dtune2,Dtune3,Dtune4)の1つ又は複数は、バラクタダイオードとして実装されると共に、前記送信プロセス時には導通し且つ前記受信プロセス時には静電容量として働くように接続されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記バラクタダイオード(Dmatch1,Dmatch2)の少なくとも1つは、整合のために使用されることができることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記バラクタダイオード(Dtune1,Dtune2,Dtune3,Dtune4)の少なくとも1つは、同調のために使用されることができることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 1つ又は複数のさらなる保護ダイオード(DDC)が、1つ又は複数のスイッチングダイオード(Dopen)と逆並列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記電子インターフェースは、対称的に設計され、したがって回路が二重に設けられ且つ第2の回路部分のすべてのダイオードは極性が反転されるという点で2つの信号出力を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記回路の直列接続された同一の電子構成要素の1つ又は複数は、単一の構成要素で置き換えられて、接地接続が省かれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 各信号出力に対して1つの前置増幅器が設けられることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記2つの信号出力は、前記信号が位相補正方式で組み合わされ、1つの前置増幅器だけに導かれるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記バラクタダイオード及び/又は同調ダイオードは、並列又は逆並列回路によって増やされることを特徴とする請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の電子インターフェース。
- 前記電子インターフェースは、100K未満の温度で動作するように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の電子インターフェース。
