Claims (7)
- 拡張可能なバルーン、前記バルーンの外側に同軸状に装着された拡張可能なステント、内側シャフト、前記内側シャフトの外側に同軸状に配置された外側シャフトを有するステントデリバリーシステムであって、
前記内側シャフトの先端は前記外側シャフトの先端よりも先端側に延在し、前記バルーンの先端部が前記内側シャフトに接続され、前記バルーンの後端部が前記外側シャフトに接続され、前記内側シャフトの内側にガイドワイヤルーメンが形成され、前記内側シャフトの外側で、且つ前記外側シャフトの内側にインフレーションルーメンが形成されるとともに、前記インフレーションルーメンは前記バルーン内部と連通しており、
前記外側シャフトの先端に配置されたチューブ状の支持部材を有し、前記支持部材は前記内側シャフトの外側であって、且つ前記バルーンの内側に配置され、その外面に少なくとも1つの開口部を備え、
前記支持部材の内腔が前記インフレーションルーメンに連通するとともに、前記支持部材の先端部は前記バルーン内に開口することを特徴とするステントデリバリーシステム。 - 前記支持部材の先端が、前記ステントの遠位端よりも先端側まで延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステントデリバリーシステム。
- 前記開口部は、前記支持部材の全周方向にわたる螺旋状のスリットである請求項1又は2の何れか1項に記載のステントデリバリーシステム。
- 前記開口部が、前記支持部材の円周方向にわたるスリット、前記支持部材の長手方向にわたるスリット、または、円形の開口であり、前記支持部材の円周方向および長手方向に、分散して配置される請求項1又は2の何れか1項に記載のステントデリバリーシステム。
- 前記支持部材がテーパ状である請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のステントデリバリーシステム。
- 前記外側シャフトの先端が前記バルーンの内側に延在し、該延在部分が前記支持部材を構成する請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のステントデリバリーシステム。
- 前記支持部材が前記外側シャフトを構成する材料よりも曲げ弾性率の低い材料で構成される請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載のステントデリバリーシステム。
