ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記開始/停止のための制御要素が媒体アクセス制御要素であり、及び/又は前記トランシーバが、媒体アクセス制御要素を介して前記シグナリングレポートを送信するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記開始/停止のための制御要素が、コンポーネントキャリアを開始するための制御要素、コンポーネントキャリアを停止するための制御要素というグループの少なくとも一方を含み、前記コンポーネントキャリアが、前記装置によって使用されるように構成されたコンポーネントキャリアの少なくとも1つを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - セルラー通信ネットワークシステムで通信するために装置が使用するコンポーネントキャリアを開始/停止するための制御要素を受け取ったことに応答してシグナリングレポートを準備するステップと、
前記シグナリングレポートを送信するステップと、

前記シグナリングレポートが、前記装置のためのアップリンクパケットスケジューリング及びリンクアダプテーションをサポートし、バッファステータスレポートを含む、

ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記開始/停止のための制御要素が媒体アクセス制御要素であり、及び/又は前記送信ステップが、媒体アクセス制御要素を介して前記シグナリングレポートを送信するステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記開始/停止のための制御要素が、コンポーネントキャリアを開始するための制御要素、コンポーネントキャリアを停止するための制御要素というグループの少なくとも一方を含み、前記コンポーネントキャリアが、前記装置によって使用されるように構成されたコンポーネントキャリアの少なくとも1つを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - プロセッサのためのプログラムであって、前記プログラムが前記プロセッサ上で実行されたときに前記プロセッサに請求項5から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のステップを実行させるためのソフトウェアコード部分を含む、
ことを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記ソフトウェアコード部分を記憶するコンピュータ可読記録媒体に記録されている、
