Claims (18)
- 管状ハウジング;
ロータおよびステータを含み、該ハウジング内に同軸的に配設されて長軸方向に延在する一次流路を形成し、該ロータがロータモータ磁石を含むとともに該ステータがステータモータ磁石を含み、該ロータと該ステータとの間に形成される二次流路を含む、駆動ユニットであって、前記ロータおよびステータが電磁モータを形成するように構成され、該一次流路が該駆動ユニットと該ハウジングの間の環状空間中に配置された、駆動ユニット;
該駆動ユニットの一端に配置され、かつ該ロータに接続されたインペラ;
該ハウジングの一端に配置され、かつ該インペラの少なくとも一部分を包囲する、軸方向入口を備えたポンプリング;
該ハウジングの、該インペラにもっとも近い端部から延在するカニューレ;ならびに
該ハウジングの、該インペラとは反対側の端部に近接して配置された、側方に分岐する出口管
を含む、心臓周辺血液ポンプ。 - 一次血流の方向に対してほぼ垂直に配設されかつ二次流路を一次流路と流体連通させる流路をさらに含む、請求項1記載の心臓周辺血液ポンプ。
- 駆動ユニット中、インペラの近くに配置された第一のラジアル磁気ベアリングと、該駆動ユニットの、該インペラとは反対側の端部の近くに配置された第二のラジアル磁気ベアリングとをさらに含む、請求項1記載の心臓周辺血液ポンプ。
- 駆動ユニットの、インペラにもっとも近い端部に近接する軸方向液圧ベアリングをさらに含む、請求項1記載の心臓周辺血液ポンプ。
- 軸方向液圧ベアリングが、血液を該ベアリングに通して流すように適合された開口部を含む、請求項4記載の心臓周辺血液ポンプ。
- 駆動ユニットの、インペラとは反対側の端部に近接する軸方向磁気ベアリングをさらに含む、請求項1記載の心臓周辺血液ポンプ。
- 軸方向磁気ベアリングが少なくとも部分的にアクティブである、請求項6記載の心臓周辺血液ポンプ。
- 細長いハウジング;
該ハウジング内に配置され、かつロータおよびステータと流路を有する駆動ユニットであって、該ロータがロータモータ磁石を含むとともに該ステータがステータモータ磁石を含み、前記ロータおよびステータが電磁モータを形成するように構成された、駆動ユニット;
該駆動ユニットの一端に配置され、かつ該ロータに接続されたインペラ;ならびに
該ハウジングの、該インペラにもっとも近い端部から延在するカニューレ
を含む、血液ポンプを提供する段階と、
該ポンプを作動させて、該駆動ユニットと該ハウジングの間の環状空間中に一次血流、および該ロータと該ステータとの間に形成される環状空間中の二次血流を生じさせる段階と
を含み、
該二次血流が該一次血流とはほぼ反対の方向である、
心臓支援を提供するための方法。 - 二次血流が約20ml/minを超える流量に維持される、請求項8記載の方法。
- 二次血流のせん断速度が約150N/m2未満である、請求項8記載の方法。
- 二次血流の遷移時間が約200ms未満である、請求項8記載の方法。
- 一次血流と二次血流との間の圧力差が少なくとも約60mmHgである、請求項8記載の方法。
- カテーテルベースのハウジング;

一次血液を該ハウジングの外に導くよう、該ハウジング中、該インペラの下流に配置された、一次血流開口部;および
該ロータと該ステータとの間に形成され、血液を該駆動ユニットに通して該一次血流の方向とはほぼ反対の方向に導くように構成された二次流路
を含む、血管内血液ポンプ。 - 環状空間が160mm 2 の断面積を有する、請求項13記載の血管内血液ポンプ。
- インペラの近くに配置された第一のラジアル磁気ベアリングと、ポンプの、該インペラとは反対側の端部の近くに配置された第二のラジアル磁気ベアリングとをさらに含む、請求項13記載の血管内血液ポンプ。
