Description

Claims (28)
- 食品において、
(i) 1つまたは複数の表面ポケットを有する主食材であって、少なくとも1つの表面ポケットが充填食材を含んでいる主食材、および
(ii) 前記主食材からなる2つの閉塞端、
を有し、
前記表面ポケットの各々が、該表面ポケットの各々の側部を構成する、前記食品の縦方向に沿って、前記主食材の1つ以上の縦延在部により接続されており、該1つ以上の縦延在部が、前記食品の内部を通じて該食品の2つの閉塞面を接続する主食材の連続線状部分であり、
前記表面ポケットが前記食品の横方向に沿って繋がっておらず、
前記充填食材の少なくとも一部分が前記主食材により取り囲まれていないことを特徴とする食品。 - 前記主食材が、第1の食材および該第1の食材以外の食材からなる中央部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品。
- 前記主食材が調理済み食材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品。
- 前記充填食材が未調理の食材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品。
- 少なくとも2つの表面ポケットを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品。
- 前記主食材が、穀物系成分またはタンパク源材料、および水または湿潤剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品。
- 前記充填食材が、タンパク源材料または炭水化物源材料、および、1種類以上の栄養、機能性または医薬成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の食品。
- 複数の表面ポケットを有する食材および2つの閉塞端を含む食品であって、前記表面ポケットの各々が、該表面ポケットの各々の側部を構成する、前記食品の縦方向に沿って、前記食材の1つ以上の縦延在部により接続されており、該1つ以上の縦延在部が前記食品の内部を通じて該食品の2つの閉塞面を接続する主食材の連続線状部分であり、前記表面ポケットが前記食材の横方向にそって繋がっておらず、少なくとも1つの表面ポケットが充填食材を含んでおり、該充填食材の少なくとも一部分が前記主食材により取り囲まれていない、
ことを特徴とする食品。 - 少なくとも2種類の食材成分を有する複合食品を製造する方法であって、
所定の配置で1つまたは複数の縦に配置された表面窪みを有する成形された主食材を調製する工程、
少なくとも1つの表面窪み内に充填食材を施用して、複合材を提供する工程、
複数の所定の閉塞位置で前記複合材を横向きに閉塞して、閉塞された複合材を提供する工程、および
前記所定の閉塞位置で前記閉塞された複合材を分離して、2つの閉塞端および1つまたは複数の表面ポケットを有する前記複合食品を生成する工程、
を有してなり、
前記閉塞端が前記主食材からなり、
少なくとも1つの表面ポケットが前記充填食材を含み、
各表面ポケットが前記主食材の縦延在部を共有し、該縦延在部が前記食品の内部を通じて該食品の2つの閉塞面を接続する主食材の連続線状部分であり、
前記充填食材の少なくとも一部分が前記主食材により取り囲まれていないことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記閉塞工程が、前記複合材に対して減少した断面の厚さを有する閉塞された複合材を提供することを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記閉塞工程および分離工程が実質的に同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記複合食品を少なくとも部分的に調理する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記調製工程および前記施用工程が、前記充填食材を、前記成形された主食材の表面にある1つ以上の窪み中に共押出しする工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記成形された主食材が、C、V、S、二重S、多点星形、またはX形である断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記成形された主食材が、S、二重S、多点星形、またはX形である断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記成形された主食材が、第1の食材および該第1の食材以外の食材からなる中央部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記成形された主食材が調理済み食材であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記充填食材が未調理の食材であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記成形された主食材が、X形である断面形状を有し、調理済み食材を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記成形された主食材が、多点星形である断面形状を有し、調理済み食材を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記充填食材が、2つの表面窪み内に施され、未調理の食材であることを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 請求項9から21いずれか1項記載の方法により調製された食品。
- 少なくとも2種類の食材成分を有する複合食品を製造する方法であって、
所定の配置に1つまたは複数の縦に配置された表面窪みを有する成形された主食材を調製する工程、
少なくとも1つの表面窪み内に充填食材を施用して、複合材を提供する工程、
複数の所定の閉塞位置で前記複合材を横に閉塞して、閉塞された複合材を提供する工程、および
前記所定の閉塞位置で前記閉塞された複合材を分離して、2つの閉塞端および1つまたは複数の表面ポケットを有する前記複合食品を生成する工程、
を有してなり、
前記閉塞端が前記主食材からなり、
少なくとも1つの表面ポケットが前記充填食材を含み、
各表面ポケットが前記主食材の縦延在部を共有し、該縦延在部が前記食品の内部を通じて該食品の2つの閉塞面を接続する主食材の連続線状部分であり、
前記充填食材の少なくとも一部分が前記主食材により取り囲まれておらず、
前記主食材が調理済み食材を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも2種類の食材成分を有する複合食品を製造する方法であって、

前記所定の閉塞位置で前記閉塞された食材を分離して、2つの閉塞端および複数の表面ポケットを有する前記食品を生成する工程、
を有してなり、
各表面ポケットが、該表面ポケットの各々の側部を構成する、前記食品の縦方向に沿って、前記主食材の1つ以上の縦延在部により接続されており、
該1つ以上の縦延在部が、前記食品の内部を通じて該食品の2つの閉塞面を接続する主食材の連続線状部分であり、
少なくとも1つの表面ポケットが充填食材を含んでおり、該充填食材の少なくとも一部分が前記主食材により取り囲まれていない、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記成形された主食材が、S、二重S、多点星形、またはX形である断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項25記載の方法。
- 前記主食材が調理済み食材を含むことを特徴とする請求項25記載の方法。
- 請求項25から27いずれか1項記載の方法により調製された食品。
