Description

The present invention relates to a leveling body mounting structure for a rotary tiller.

Conventionally, there exists what was disclosed by patent document 1 as one form of a rotary tillage apparatus. That is, in this rotary tiller, the front edge of the rear cover body has a leveling function, and the leveling body is detachably attached to the front edge via the attachment body. The leveling body can be changed in its mounting posture by the mounting body, and can be changed to two postures of a substantially horizontal posture and a downwardly inclined downward posture around the front edge of the rear cover body. . In this way, the leveling body is removed from the rear cover body, or the mounting posture of the leveling body to the rear cover body is changed to adapt to the properties of paddy fields or fields.

However, in the case of the rotary tiller described above, the mounting posture of the leveling body is changed around the front edge of the rear cover body, i.e., it is only rotationally moved around the same axis. In upland fields, the smooth sand that is not sticky regardless of the position of the leveling body can be cultivated with the claws only by smoothing the convex part by the tip of the rear cover body and the leveling body. The concave portions, which were marks, were filled with sand and were not leveled. As a result, the concave portion is left as it is and is not sufficiently leveled, so that there is a problem that the aesthetic appearance is not good as a finished surface of the farm field.

Accordingly, in the present invention, a rotary tiller device in which a leveling body is attached to the rear edge of the rear cover body via an attachment body, and the leveling body is attached to the front end portion of the rear cover body via the attachment body. The mounting posture is a first posture in which the leveling surface formed on the lower surface of the leveling body and the leveling surface formed on the lower surface of the front end of the rear cover body are arranged on substantially the same plane, and the leveling body is adjusted. The ground and the ground leveling at the tip of the rear cover body can be freely changed to a second position that is arranged with a step in parallel, and the front surface is formed upright from the leveling surface of the leveling body, and the front surface is plowed. In the second position, the tilled soil temporarily retaining surface is separated from the tip of the tilled soil temporarily by a certain width in the front-rear direction, and the tilled soil is just before the tilled soil temporarily retaining surface. forming a temporary residence space, the ground leveling In the second position, an anti-spilling body is provided on the upper portion of the surface where the tillage soil temporarily stays, and in the second position, the anti-spilling body is disposed in a state of being close to the tip of the rear cover body. The soil spill prevention body covers the cultivated soil temporary residence space above, and in the second posture, the cultivated soil temporary residence occurrence surface portion separated from the front and rear direction and the tip of the rear cover body are separated. The width is equal to or approximately 1.5 times the level difference between the leveling surface of the leveling body and the leveling surface of the rear cover body. It is intended to provide a rotary tiller characterized by approximating the product of the separation width and the left and right width of the tilled soil temporary retention surface .

The present invention relates to a rotary tilling device in which a leveling body is attached to the rear edge of the rear cover body via an attachment body, and the leveling body changes the mounting posture of the rear cover body to the front end portion via the attachment body. The mounting posture is a first posture in which the leveling surface formed on the lower surface of the leveling body and the leveling surface formed on the lower surface of the front end portion of the rear cover body are arranged on substantially the same plane, and the leveling surface of the leveling body The front surface of the rear cover body can be freely changed to a second posture that is arranged with a level difference in parallel with the leveling surface. In the second position, the cultivated soil temporarily stays immediately before the cultivated soil temporarily staying surface by separating the cultivated soil temporarily staying surface and the tip of the rear cover body by a certain distance in the front-rear direction. It forms a space, tilling soil of the ground leveling member An anti-spilling body is provided on the upper part of the time accumulation occurrence surface part so as to project forward, and in the second posture, the anti-spilling body is disposed in the proximity of the front end of the rear cover body, and the same soil. Covering the top of the tillage soil temporary retention space with a spill prevention body, and in the second posture, the separation width between the tillage soil temporary retention occurrence surface portion separated in the front-rear direction and the front end portion of the rear cover body, The step width between the leveling surface of the leveling body and the leveling surface of the rear cover body is equal to or approximately 1.5 times the step width. It approximates the value of the product of the left and right widths of the temporarily cultivated soil surface .

In this way, the leveling body is attached to the rear end of the rear cover body so as to be freely changeable between the first position and the second position, so by changing the position of the leveling body, it can be applied to fields with different properties such as paddy fields and fields. Can be applied.

In addition, in the second posture, the tilled soil temporarily staying occurrence surface portion as a front surface formed in a rising shape from the leveling surface of the leveling body is disposed in a state of being spaced apart from the front end portion of the rear cover body by a certain width, Since a temporary tilling space is formed immediately before the temporarily stagnating surface, sand that is cultivated in the field of sandy land is leveled on the leveling surface at the tip of the rear cover body and temporarily stays in the tilling soil. The ground is leveled by the leveling surface of the leveling body while being pressed in the traveling direction at the occurrence surface portion. At this time, the sand pressed in the traveling direction on the temporarily cultivated soil surface of the cultivated soil is transferred in the traveling direction in a state of being temporarily retained in the cultivated soil temporarily retaining space formed immediately before the cultivated soil temporarily retaining surface. And filled in recesses such as tillage marks formed in the sand. The filling surface is leveled by the leveling surface of the leveling body. As a result, the uneven portion of the sand can be leveled steadily and the aesthetic appearance as a finished surface of the field can be enhanced.

Furthermore, in the second position, the spill prevention body is arranged in a close proximity to the opposing state at a position immediately after the front end of the rear cover body, thus preventing spillage from occurring between the rear cover body and the leveling body. can do. And since the upper part of cultivation soil temporary residence space is coat | covered with the soil spill prevention body, soil spillage is prevented firmly and cultivation soil can be temporarily retained in cultivation soil temporary residence space. Therefore, it is possible to secure the amount of tilled soil filled in the concave portion of the field. As a result, the leveling performance can be improved also from this point.
Further, in the second posture, the separation width between the temporarily cultivated soil surface and the tip of the rear cover body is equal to or substantially equal to the step width between the leveling surface of the leveling body and the leveling surface of the rear cover body. By making the volume of the tilling soil temporary residence space 1.5 times and approximating the product of the step width, the separation width, and the left and right width of the tilling soil temporary residence occurrence surface portion, It is possible to secure the amount of filled tillage soil required to fill the recesses in the tillage soil temporarily retaining space, to fill the recesses steadily and to level the ground, and as a result, The second posture can be a posture that is particularly suitable for upland field preparation such as sandy land, and leveling performance can be improved.

Reference numeral 28 denotes an upper stay that supports the upper part of the hanger rod 26, and 30 denotes an attachment piece that also functions as a lower stay that supports the lower part of the hanger rod 26 via the hanger rod connecting hole 29.

Each of the attachment bodies 24 is formed of an attachment piece 30 provided on the rear cover body 19 side and an attached piece 31 provided on the leveling body 20 side, as shown in FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the attachment piece 30 forming each attachment body 24 is formed on the tip edge portion 19 c along the upper surface of the tip edge portion 19 c from the lower left and right side lower end portions of each support / reinforcement bracket 19 e. A pair of left and right mounting pieces 30a, 30a extending to the tip position are formed in a bulging shape upward.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, support shaft pieces 32 a and 32 b that extend in the left and right directions are spaced apart between the rear edge portions of the pair of left and right mounting main pieces 30 a and 30 a. A mounting piece side engaging portion 32 is formed by erection. In addition, between the pair of left and right mounting book pieces 30a and 30a, a plurality of openings (in the present embodiment, each mounting book piece 30a has two openings) positioned in front of and above the support shaft pieces 32a and 32b. Mounting piece side connecting holes 33a, 33a, 33b, 33b are opened at intervals in the vertical direction. Moreover, the distance from the center of the attachment piece side coupling holes 33a, 33a to the axis of the support piece 32a, and the distance from the center of the attachment piece side connection holes 33b, 33b to the axis of the support piece 32b are equal. Thus, the attachment piece side connecting portion 33 is formed.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the mounted piece 31 forming the other side of the mounting body 24 has left and right base end (front end) edges of the leveling body piece 20a facing the mounting pieces 30 and 30 in the front-rear direction. It is provided at each position. And the to-be-attached piece 31 was extended ahead from the base part piece 31a extended in the left-right direction a little wider than the right-and-left space | interval of the said attachment piece 30a, 30a, and the left-right side edge part of the base part piece 31a. A pair of left and right extending pieces 31b, 31b and a support piece 31c that supports the base main piece 31a are formed.

In the base end (front end) edge of the leveling body piece 20a, a portion located between the pair of left and right extending pieces 31b and 31b is partially cut out, and the support piece 32a or the support piece 32b is formed in the notch. By providing a hook-like engagement piece 34a that engages from above, a mounted-piece-side engagement portion 34 is formed between the pair of left and right extension pieces 31b, 31b.

The attached piece side connecting portion 35 is formed by opening attached piece side connecting holes 35a, 35a that open in the left-right direction at the distal ends of the pair of left and right extending pieces 31b, 31b. The attached piece side connection holes 35a and 35a are aligned with the attachment piece side connection holes 33a and 33a in the left-right direction with the support shaft piece 32a as a fulcrum, while the connection holes 33b and 33b with the support piece 32b as a fulcrum. And the left and right direction.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the engagement piece 34a is engaged with the support shaft piece 32a, and the attachment piece side connection holes 33a, 33a and the attachment piece side connection holes 35a, 35a are formed using the support shaft piece 32a as a fulcrum. First, the posture of the leveling body 20 is shown in FIG. 7 by inserting the connecting pin 36 into the connecting holes so as to be freely inserted and removed, and connecting the attachment piece 30 and the attachment piece 31. So that you can Reference numeral 37 denotes a retaining pin.

In the first posture (a), as shown in FIG. 7, the leveling surface 20 d formed on the lower surface of the leveling body 20 and the leveling surface 19 d formed on the lower surface of the front edge 19 c of the rear cover body 19 are substantially the same. It arrange | positions on the substantially identical agricultural field leveling ground P1 which is the same plane. Here, the soil spill prevention body 20c is disposed at a position immediately above the front end edge 19c of the rear cover body 19, and the tilled soil temporarily retaining surface 20b and the front end edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 are close to each other in the front-rear direction. It is arranged in the state.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the engaging piece 34a is engaged with the supporting shaft piece 32b, and the attaching piece side connecting holes 33b, 33b and the attached piece side connecting holes 35a, 35a are used with the supporting shaft piece 32b as a fulcrum. , And the connecting pin 36 is inserted into the connecting holes so as to be freely inserted and removed, and the attachment piece 30 and the attachment piece 31 are connected to each other, whereby the posture of the leveling body 20 is changed to the second posture (b shown in FIG. ).

In this second posture (b), as shown in FIG. 8, the leveling surface 19d of the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 that forms the preceding field leveling surface P2, and the leveling body 20 that forms the subsequent field leveling surface P3. The leveling surface 20d is arranged substantially in parallel to form a step (the leveling surface 19d is an upper position and the leveling surface 20d is a lower position). Here, the soil spill prevention body 20c is disposed at a position immediately after the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19, and the tilled soil temporarily retaining surface 20b of the leveling body 20 and the front edge 19c of the rear cover 19 are defined. The cultivation soil temporary residence space S is formed in front of the cultivation soil temporary residence occurrence surface portion 20b with a certain distance in the front-rear direction. Specifically, the cultivated soil temporary retention surface 20b and the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 are separated by a certain width in the front-rear direction, and the separation width L is equal to that of the leveling surface 20d of the leveling body 20 and the rear cover body 19. It is set to be equal to or substantially 1.5 times the step width Z of the tip edge portion 19c with the leveling ground 19d. Accordingly, the volume of the temporarily cultivated soil space S approximates the value of the product of the step width Z, the separation width L, and the left and right width of the temporarily cultivated soil surface 20b.

In the second posture (b), the soil spill prevention body 20c is disposed in a close proximity to the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 in the front-rear direction, and the soil spill prevention body 20c temporarily The upper part of the stay space S is covered.

Eventually, in the leveling body 20, the spill prevention body 20 c is moved from the position directly above the front edge 19 c of the rear cover body 19 to the rear position via the mounting bodies 24, 24, and the tilled soil temporarily staying surface portion is generated. The position 20b is moved from the position close to the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 to a position separated by a certain width, so that the position is changed from the first position (a) to the second position (b). Further, the leveling body 20 is moved in the opposite direction to the above, and the posture is changed from the second posture (b) to the first posture (a).

The embodiment according to the present invention is configured as described above, and the leveling body 20 has a first posture (a) shown in FIG. 7 and a first posture shown in FIG. 8 behind the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19. Since the two postures (b) are variably attached, the posture of the leveling body 20 can be changed and applied to farm fields having different properties such as paddy fields and fields. For example, as the posture of the leveling body 20, the first posture (a) can be adopted for paddy fields, and the second posture (b) can be adopted for sandy fields.

That is, in the first posture (a), the tilling soil temporary retention surface portion 20b and the tip edge portion 19c of the rear cover body 19 are arranged in proximity to each other in the front-rear direction, and the leveling surface 20d of the leveling body 20 and the rear cover body 19 Since the leveling surface 19d of the tip edge portion 19c is arranged in a close proximity on the substantially same plane P, no soil blocks or residues are caught on the leveling surfaces 19d and 20d, and between the leveling surfaces 19d and 20d. Therefore, it is possible to prevent spillage from occurring on the upper surface side of the leveling body 20. As a result, these leveling surfaces 19d and 20d can be regarded as one functional leveling surface, and the first posture (a) can be a suitable posture for paddy field leveling.

In the second posture (b), the tilled soil temporary retention surface 20b as a front surface formed so as to rise from the leveling surface 20d of the leveling body 20 is separated from the front end edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 by a certain width in the front-rear direction. Since the cultivated soil temporary residence space S is formed immediately before the cultivated soil temporary residence surface 20b, the sand that is cultivated soil in the sandy field is the tip edge portion 19c of the rear cover body 19. The ground leveling is carried out by the leveling surface 20d of the leveling body 20 while being leveled by the ground leveling surface 19d and being pressed in the traveling direction by the cultivated soil temporarily retaining surface 20b.

At this time, the sand pressed in the traveling direction by the temporarily cultivated soil surface 20b is in the traveling direction in a state of being temporarily retained in the cultivated soil temporarily retaining space S formed immediately before the cultivated soil temporarily retaining surface 20b. And is filled in a recess such as a tilling mark formed in the sand. The filling surface is leveled by the leveling surface 20 d of the leveling body 20. As a result, the uneven portion of the sand can be leveled steadily and the aesthetic appearance as a finished surface of the field can be enhanced.

In particular, in the second posture (b), the tilling soil temporary retention surface 20b and the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 are separated by a certain width in the front-rear direction, and the separation width L is the ground leveling 20d of the leveling body 20. And the step width Z of the rear edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 is equal to or approximately 1.5 times the step width Z of the leveling ground 19d. Sufficient space is secured as the cultivated soil temporary residence space S between the 20 leveling surfaces 20d. Therefore, it is possible to ensure the amount of filling tillage necessary for filling the recess in the tilling soil temporarily staying space S, to fill the recess firmly and to level the ground. As a result, the second posture (b) can be a particularly suitable posture for upland field preparation such as sand, and leveling performance can be improved.

Here, when the above-mentioned separation width L is larger than about 1.5 times the step width Z, the front-rear length of the leveling body 20 from the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19 becomes longer, and the leveling body from the tilling claw shaft becomes longer. The distance to the tip edge of 20 becomes long. Therefore, there is a problem in that the uncultivated land portion increases and the work efficiency decreases during headland leveling work in which the machine body is moved backward or the rotary tiller A is moved forward while being driven at the last minute. .

Further, in the second posture (b), since the spill prevention body 20c is disposed in a proximity state in a front-rear facing state at a position immediately behind the front edge 19c of the rear cover body 19, the rear cover body 19 and the leveling body 20 are disposed. It is possible to prevent spilling on the upper surface side of the leveling body 20 from between the two. And since the upper part of the cultivation soil temporary residence space S is covered with the soil spill prevention body 20c, soil spillage is prevented steadily and the cultivation soil is temporarily retained in the cultivation soil temporary residence space S. Can do. Therefore, it is possible to secure the amount of tilled soil filled in the concave portion of the field. As a result, the leveling performance can be improved also from this point.

[Second Embodiment]
FIGS. 9-11 has shown the rear cover body 19 and the leveling body 20 of the rotary tilling apparatus A as 2nd Embodiment based on this invention. The rotary tiller A as the second embodiment has the same basic structure as the rotary tiller A according to the first embodiment, but the structures of the rear cover body 19 and part of the leveling body 20 are different. .

That is, the cultivated soil temporary retention surface portion 20b is formed by rising upward substantially vertically from the front edge of the leveling body main piece 20a of the leveling body 20 forming the leveling surface 20d. In this manner, the front end edge of the leveling body main piece 20a of the leveling body 20 and the lower end edge of the tilled soil temporary retention surface 20b are connected in a substantially orthogonal state (forms a corner of approximately 90 degrees in side view). The connection part 40 is provided. The connecting portion 40 is a non-grounding surface portion that does not come into contact with the farm scene (substantially the same field leveling ground P1) in the first position (a), while the field scene (subsequent field leveling ground P3) in the second position (b). ). In addition, the ground contact surface portion makes the curvature radius of the surface in contact with the farm scene as small as possible so as to make a substantially line contact with the farm scene (following farm field leveling surface P3). In other words, the connecting portion 40 that forms a corner on the front lower side portion of the leveling body 20 is substantially in line contact with the subsequent field leveling surface P3, but the leveling surface 20d is flipped upward with the connecting portion 40 as a fulcrum to follow. A posture in a non-contact state with the agricultural field leveling surface P3 is adopted.

The second embodiment is configured as described above. In the second posture (b), as in the case of the first embodiment, the soil necessary for leveling the field cultivation surface is cultivated soil temporarily retaining space S. Can be temporarily retained. Therefore, it is possible to improve tillage performance (flatness performance) in upland fields such as sand. As a result, the rear cover body 19 and the leveling body 20 can be made to cooperate together and function as a rear cover for the field.

At this time, since the leveling body 20 is in the flip-up posture, only the connection portion 40 where the leveling surface 20d of the leveling body 20 and the tilled soil temporary retention surface 20b are connected is substantially the same as the field scene (following field leveling ground P3). It can be used as a grounding surface part in line contact. For this reason, the ground contact area of the ground contact surface portion can be made extremely small as compared with the case where the leveling surface 20d is in surface contact. As a result, the leveling pressure acting only on the field scene (following field leveling ground surface P3) only by the connecting portion 40 as the ground plane surface part can be made extremely higher than when the leveling surface 20d comes into surface contact with the leveling body. The apparent weight of 20 can be increased. Therefore, it is possible to improve the levelness in upland fields such as sand. In addition, since the leveling body 20 can be easily changed from the first posture (a) to the second posture (b) having a high contact pressure, the work performance can be improved along with the leveling performance.

Further, by appropriately adding the attachment piece side engaging portion 32 and the attachment piece side connecting portion 33, the angle of the flip-up posture in the second posture (b) of the leveling body 20 is adjusted, so that the leveling surface 20d becomes the field scene and the surface. The contact area (front-rear width) can also be adjusted. By doing so, the ground pressure at which the leveling surface 20d acts on the field scene, in other words, the apparent weight of the leveling body 20 can be changed. As a result, the posture of the leveling body 20 with respect to the rear cover body 19 can be appropriately changed according to the field and work. Therefore, by selecting the mounting posture of the leveling body 20 to the rear cover body 19, it is possible to easily and quickly adapt to farm fields having different properties such as paddy fields and fields.

Note that the ground leveling body 20 in the first posture (a) does not catch a lump or residue, and can be regarded as a functionally wide single rear cover body leveling surface. Moreover, since no clod or residue is caught, the field surface after tillage is not roughened and the tillage performance in the paddy field is not deteriorated. As a result, the rear cover body 19 and the leveling body 20 can be integrated to function as a rear cover for paddy fields.

It is possible to provide a mounting structure between the rear cover body and the leveling body that can be leveled even on sand.
