Description
このヨークは、機械的シャフトの向きに直角な2つの平行アームを備え、
前記方法は、
− 繊維層を受け入れるために全体を十分に固く形成する心棒を製造する段階と、
− この心棒に、増大された厚さを構成するために、コネクティングロッドを構成する補強繊維のベース層と、ヨークのレベルにおいてベース層同士の間に介在された追加層を適用する段階と、
− ヨークの各アームのレベルにおいて、このヨークが搭載される機械的シャフトの向きに従って、介在層とベース層とを貫通するラグ(突起部)を挿入する段階と、
− 樹脂をベース層内と介在層内に注入して、その樹脂を重合させる段階と、
を含む。
Claims (4)
- 機械的シャフトを受け入れるようにされているヨーク(7)を備える複合材料コネクティングロッド(6)を製造する方法であって、
このヨーク(7)は、前記機械的シャフトの向き(AZ)に直角な2つの平行なアーム(7a,7b)を備え、
前記方法は、
− 繊維の層(8a〜8e,9a〜9d)を受け入れるために十分に固く全体を形成する心棒(11)を製造する段階と、
− この心棒(11)に、増大された厚さを構成するために、前記コネクティングロッド(6)を構成する補強繊維のベース層(8a〜8e)と、前記ヨーク(7,7a,7b)のレベルにおいて前記ベース層(8a〜8e)同士の間に介在されている介在層(9a〜9d)とを適用する段階と、
− 前記ヨーク(7)の各アーム(7a,7b)のレベルにおいて、このヨークが搭載される前記機械的シャフトの前記向き(AZ)に従って、前記介在層(9a〜9d)と前記ベース層(8a〜8e)とを貫通するラグ(13a,13b)を挿入する段階であって、前記ラグ(13a,13b)は、振動支持体(24)により携えられて挿入される段階と、
− 樹脂を前記ベース層(8a〜8e)及び前記介在層(9a〜9d)に注入して、前記樹脂を重合させる段階と、
を含む
方法。 - 前記ベース層(8a〜8e)は、前記心棒(11)の周りで編み組まれた補強繊維の層であり、
各介在層(9a〜9d)は、前記心棒と前記心棒が携える1又は複数のベース層(8a〜8e)との周りに巻き付けられる補強繊維結合材により形成されている、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記介在層(9a〜9d)に使用されている前記結合材は、補強繊維組織テープである、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記振動支持体(24)がベースプレート(26)を備え、前記ベースプレートの1つの面がスタッド(27)を携え、
これらのスタッド(27)の長さを超える厚さを有する圧縮可能材料スペーサ(28)が、前記スタッドを携えている前記面に対して取り付けられ、これらのスタッド(27)に前記スペーサを部分的に貫通させ、
各ラグは、前記振動支持体により携えられ、対応するスタッド(27)に対面するように、前記スペーサに挿入される、
